Stunningly beautiful actress, Halle Berry, has placed her multi-million dollar West Hollywood mansion on the market, after the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry, attacked her fiancé, actor, Olivier Martinez and was beaten badly by the former boxer for doing so.

It created a scandal that landed Aubry in jail and the hospital. Berry now seeks a change of scenery. Originally it was announced, Berry sought to go to France with French native, Martinez, carrying her 4-year-old daughter Nahla with them.

Aubry, who is receiving $250,000 in child support from Berry objected, refusing to go to picturesque France, which is odd, as he is a model and could obtained work there. After the fight, the two reached a settlement, but it has not been revealed if Berry's plans to move to France are back in play.

It's clear Aubry still has feeling for Berry and resents Martinez, for not only proposing to her, but attempting to move her to Europe with his child. Aubry has been physically abusive to people in Berry's life, such as his daughter's nanny, as well as issuing slurs against the actress
