14-year-old female blogger,
Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head and neck by the Taliban in Pakistan,
has been flown to Britain for medical treatment, at the expense of the Pakistani
government. The young girl dared to write that females in Pakistan are
entitled to an education, which enraged the terrorist group, who hired 3 men to
ambush her school bush, riddling the vehicle with bullets. Two of Yousafzai's
classmates were inured in the attack.

What is this world coming to that a person can get
shot for their beliefs. However, in doing so, the Taliban has drawn
international attention to Yousafzai plight and that of women in
Pakistan, which also resulted in thousands holding a domestic rally
for the critically injured girl. She is being treated in Birmingham,
England and doctors are hopeful she will make a recovery. The teen's
supporters want her to be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. As
stated on the site last week, Yousafzai and her family should be
granted asylum in another nation.
Britain would be a good choice.
