Hollywood actress Amanda Bynes is going from bad to worse. First
she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, then charged with
two hit and run accidents, where she has broken the law in each instance.
The latest news on the trouble actress is not pretty. Bynes was
seen smoking a substance from a drug pipe, while driving on a suspended
licenses, two more criminal offenses. Due to the sense of entitlement most
Hollywood stars have, she is refusing to follow the law or appreciate the risk
her conduct poses to other motorists.
