As the U.S. election for the presidency of the United
States heats up, it begs the question, who is connecting more with
voters, President Obama or rival Mitt Romney. The top polls have Romney
in the lead (Gallup and Rasmussen) and others have him pulling ahead of
President Obama in key swing states, on matters of the economy, with
female voters and in overall polling.

If Obama is to make any head way, he only has 5 months
to do so and it would have to be regarding the economy for it to have
any true effect on voting. Millions are out of work, out of their homes
and out of money. This is weighing heavily on the voting population's
mind.
