What is going on in Britney Spears' head that she thought a man was to be her butt double. Seriously, Spears is completely confused and someone needs to ask these questions to ascertain her mental state.

I have a question, why is it everyone in the video looks like they need to take a bath...with industrial strength soap and scrub brushes. The unwashed image of raggedy tights and stockings, dirty looking clothes and weedwacker weaves is not a good look. It needs to stop.
