Racist radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, has referred to U.S. President Barack Obama as a, "Juvenile delinquent running the country." What Limbaugh meant by this insult is unclear, as there is no published evidence of Obama having a criminal record as a teen.

Limbaugh has been buoyed by the defeat of the President's political party the Democrats, in the mid-term elections that occurred this month. However, if he is going to throw disparaging comments, he should make sure they at least make sense.
