U.S. Vice President, Joe Biden, stated he is "second in line" for the presidency. Some began pointing out, Biden is first in line for the presidency, but they are wrong! Mrs. Obama is first in line for the presidency. That is, if she isn't President already. That's just how marriage works (kidding).
