According to reports, tens of thousands of fish have died in New Jersey. Immediately, the Judiciary Report wondered if the excessive use of hair gel, by the beach going cast of MTV's "Jersey Shore" caused the fish massacre, much like in the following commercial:
However, local scientists are hypothesizing the problem is due to low oxygen levels, caused by warmer temperatures in the region.
