Some sad news from Germany this week, regarding soccer player, Robert Enke. He committed suicide via throwing himself on a train track. My condolences to his family.

He was very depressed over the death of his two-year-old daughter, who had a heart problem and feared losing his adopted toddler as well.

To anyone reading this, struggling with depression and or feelings of suicide, please seek immediate medical assistance from a doctor or a medical clinic, if you cannot afford to see a psychologist. There are medicines doctors can prescribe to help you (seek medication without bad side effects) and there are also free counselors in many cities, willing to talk with you regarding the sadness you are facing.

At times, life can get pretty ugly. Being depressed doesn't mean you are a weakling or a loser. There are people, who have been through terrible traumas in this world, which created depression and sadness in their lives. There's nothing wrong with asking for help. It can be done discreetly to protect your privacy.

Germany goalkeeper Enke's funeral set for Sunday

FRANKFURT — Robert Enke, the Germany goalkeeper who was killed after throwing himself in front of a train, will be buried Sunday in a small ceremony near his home following a memorial service at the Hannover stadium.

Hannover spokesman Andreas Kuhnt said Thursday that the memorial service would be held Sunday morning, with the burial to follow near Neustadt, outside Hannover. The entire national team will attend the service, the German soccer federation said.

In the wake of Enke's death, his club urged the sport to rethink how it deals with the possible problems of its stars and to be more open about them.

Enke took his own life Tuesday evening when he stepped in front of a train near his Hannover home. His widow, Teresa, went on national television a day later to reveal that Enke had been suffering from depression for six years but did not want it to be known.

"It was a free decision by Mrs. Enke. I think she wanted to make the public aware of this subject," Hannover club president Martin Kind said. "We must learn how to open ourselves."...

The suicide of the 32-year-old Enke has left the soccer-mad nation stunned and in mourning...

Teresa Enke said her husband had kept his depression secret from the public because he had been afraid the couple's adopted 8-month-old daughter would be taken away from then if his illness was known. The couple's biological daughter died of a heart ailment when she was 2 in 2006...

Obama Bashed For Fort Hood Political Correctness

A number of websites, many of whom believe U.S. President, Barack Obama, is actually a Muslim, have been bashing the Commander-in-Chief, accusing him of mislabeling the source and inspiration of the misdeeds, committed by domestic terrorist, Nidal Hasan, who massacred innocent people at the Fort Hood army base in Texas.

A number of Americans have authored articles and written in to feedback sections, angry with the President for not policing his words, whilst assigning blame for the attack on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, rather than Hasan's radicalized, extremist Islamic views.

Many point to the fact, Hasan, was never deployed and worked as a psychiatrist, not a soldier. His behavior before the attack also resembles the actions of suicide bombers and those waging Jihad, who believe they may not survive their planned criminal misdeeds. He prepared his body and home in the same manner Jihadist do.

I can understand the President not wanting to hurt non-violent Muslims, but at the end of the day, to achieve any true understanding of this terrible, preventable tragedy, one must call it what it is and look for ways to combat it in the future, with the hope it does not happen again. He also needs to chastise and correct the FBI, as the Judiciary Report has been stating for months, as they have illustrated what the site has been trying to state all along, they are not ready to meet this kind of challenge.

Rep. Hoekstra Getting "No Cooperation" for Fort Hood Probe

The top ranking Republican in the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.) said Tuesday the FBI and CIA have given him "no cooperation at all" in his request for information on what the intelligence agencies knew about Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan.

"Finally they held a briefing last night for some of the senators and some of my staff, but again, the House is not in session, I've not been able to get the information at this point," he said on Tuesday's "Washington Unplugged." "I don't think they've been as cooperative as what the law requires them to be with Congress."

After "initial signals" from intelligence agencies that Major Hasan had contact with overseas terrorists, Hoekstra said he publically requested a report of the investigations -- what they knew and when they knew it.

U.S. President Barack Obama, attended the funerals of 13 soldiers that were murdered in a senseless act of violence and terrorism, at the Fort Hood army base in Texas, committed by a traitor that betrayed them, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who was not fit to wear the uniform. May God be with the bereaved during this difficult time.

The Judiciary Report denounces the terrible acts of violence and treachery that led to the deaths of the 13 soldiers and the injuries inflicted on 38 of their comrades. The Judiciary Report also denounces acts of terrorism inspired and or sponsored by organizations such as Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

The FBI Continues To Make Excuses

The FBI continues to make excuses, in the fall out of the Fort Hood terrorist attack, stating it did have suspect, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, under investigation in December 2008, for contacting Al Qaeda, but dropped the probe, deeming the emails he exchanged with them "benign" and for "research" purposes. Are you serious. That excuse does not work for pedophiles when busted and it should not work for terrorists either. How can contact with a terrorist organization, responsible for the deaths of many, be considered "benign."

Furthermore, months after that incident, in May 2009, the FBI was given Nidal Hasan's name once again, as he was accused of making Jihad threats on a public website. Not one, but two incidents, involving a man, who went on to murder 13 soldiers on U.S. soil, while injuring 38 others. Does that sound "benign" to you, Mr. Mueller. The FBI needs to change its practices, as it has gotten way too many innocent people killed. The bereaved families should sue the FBI, as this was all preventable.

November 10, 2009 - The FBI knew that alleged Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan had communicated with a radical imam nearly a year before the attack but determined the Army psychiatrist was no threat, officials said.

Investigative officials told the Associated Press that FBI Director Robert Mueller has ordered an internal investigation into whether the agency mishandled an "assessment" of Hasan that was conducted last December and determined he did not pose a threat. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to communicate with the media.

On Monday, the FBI and military officials briefed senior lawmakers. Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said it was his understanding that Hasan and a radical Yemeni imam had exchanged 10 to 20 e-mails.

The imam, who reports have identified as Anwar al-Awlaki, was released from a jail in Yemen last year. He writes a blog that denounces U.S. policies as anti-Muslim and once presided at a mosque in Falls Church, Va., that Hasan attended.

The officials said a joint terrorism task force, with military participation, took "a look" at Hasan, but concluded his communications with al-Awlaki were "fairly benign." At the time, Hasan was conducting research on post-traumatic stress at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and the officials say Hasan's communications were judged to be consistent with that research...

Fort Hood suspect was under FBI probe in 2008

Nov. 9, 2009, 11:40PM - WASHINGTON — The FBI and the Army last year investigated contacts between a Yemen-based militant Islamist prayer leader and the Army psychiatrist accused of last week’s deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, but they dropped the case after concluding that he didn’t pose a terrorist threat, a senior federal law enforcement official said Monday.

The disclosure on Monday that Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan communicated with an imam who had ties to Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers was sure to raise the question of whether U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies had information that, if properly shared and investigated, might have helped to prevent the attack.

Even before that disclosure, lawmakers were calling for inquiries into whether the Army, the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community missed warning signs about Hasan’s increasing radicalization in the months before last Thursday’s killing spree.

“I think the very fact that you’ve got a major in the U.S. Army contacting this guy (a radical imam), or attempting to contact him, would raise some red flags,” said Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich., the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee. Hoekstra said his office has been contacted by U.S. officials involved in the case who believe that “the system just broke down.”

The federal law enforcement official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the case is ongoing, said that all the facts are not yet known because the FBI and Army are poring over numerous e-mails sent by Hasan to Awlaki and other Islamist figures...
