Obama On U.S. Trade And Jobs

U.S. President Obama is stressing job creation by the public and private sector as the way out of the current economic recession-turned depression.

In a public address given this past weekend, the President stated, the United States is willing to trade with anyone. Does “anyone” as we know the term to mean, include Cuba and Iran?

In other news, Obama's job numbers are still being scrutinized by the press and economists as inaccurate and costly to the taxpayers. The housing and job markets are still very bad, as is the deficit and budget.

Obama: Private, public sectors must create jobs

President Barack Obama said Monday the public and private sectors must find more ways to create jobs to continue the nation's climb out of an economic recession...

The president said job losses would continue for weeks and months to come and called for bold, innovative action by his administration, Congress and the private sector to create more good-paying jobs.

He also said the U.S. must break out of a "debilitating gridlock on trade policy," by ending the false choice between a wide-open, free wheeling import policy or fearful, protectionist approach to trade. He called for a more balanced policy of letting the world know America wants to compete and trade — fairly — with anyone. He gave no specifics...

We've got a long way to go. We are still seeing production levels that are significantly below peak levels and most distressing is the fact that job growth continues to lag.

Obama tempers economic news with caution on jobs

WASHINGTON — ...The good news of the week: The economy is on the rise for the first time in more than a year. Fro m July through September the economy grew by 3.5 percent, the strongest uptick in two years. Obama called the development no cause for celebration, but a welcome sign after so many months of distressing news.

"While we have a long way to go before we return to prosperity, and there will undoubtedly be ups and downs along the road, it's also true that we've come a long way," Obama said in his weekly radio and Internet address. "It is easy to forget that it was only several months ago that the economy was shrinking rapidly and many economists feared another Great Depression."

Yet the economic indicator that matters most to the majority of families — stable, solid employment — is still lagging.

Unemployment hit a 26-year high of 9.8 percent in September, and the October report due in the coming week could show it topping 10 percent.

"Economic growth is no substitute for job growth," Obama said. "And we will likely see further job losses in the coming days, a fact that is both troubling for our economy and heartbreaking for the men and women who suddenly find themselves out of work. But we will not create the jobs we need unless the economy is growing."

He added, "Positive news today does not mean there won't be difficult days ahead."...

FBI Puzzled At Black Men Joining Islam

According to published reports, the FBI and U.S. government as a whole, are puzzled by the slight upswing in black-American men joining Islam, in spite of numerous terrorism raids.

Some black-American males are bitter regarding the racism and repression in the nation and Islam’s sell for said demographic is defeating "the white man."

However, this has taken many into dangerous territory that turned into crime. Not every white man is a racist and one does not overcome prejudice with prejudice (reverse racism).

Side Bar: if the FBI weren’t so racist, the situation wouldn’t have reached such incendiary levels.

Side Bar 2: And don’t say the agency does not have a problem with racism, as there are numerous lawsuits against the FBI, testifying to the internal and external racism problems.

Obama Agrees With Bush On Wiretapping

U.S. President Barack Obama is reneging on a campaign promise he made regarding transparency in government and honoring the Constitution, by asserting State Secrets Privilege, in having an Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) lawsuit thrown out of court, which was brought on behalf of a group of people, alleging they have been wrongfully, unlawfully and unethically wiretapped.

The mere fact the government is moving to have the lawsuit tossed out of court, lends credence to the EFF's claims. Clearly, something very egregious is going on and this is indeed a cover-up.

Thanks to the New York Times, the public has learned the White House, under George W. Bush, had been engaging in warantless wiretapping. The public learned the U.S. FBI has been reading citizens emails, scanning bank accounts and engaging in warantless wiretapping thanks to the Sound Off Column.

We've learned through Fox News the FBI routinely uses roving cell phone bugs (mobile phones), even when one's cell phone is turned off, to surreptitiously listen into conversations being held in the same room the phone is located. Other items hit the news such as the FBI's spyware program CIPAV.

The public also learned over a decade ago that the NSA routinely spies on select U.S. citizens via Echelon in England, as a technical, but unethical way to sidestep U.S. law, regarding spying on domestic citizens.

As many surveillance tools have now been uncovered, one can deduce, as there are only a number left that remain hidden, this case is based on covering ongoing behavior the government told the nation and the world it denounced and discontinued, but clearly have not, much to the chagrin of the Constitution. Such conduct erodes the nation's name.

I agree with the EFF regarding the current administration's about face, as it is indeed, "Incredibly disappointing." The public expected more.

Obama administration: Toss wiretap lawsuit

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric Holder says a lawsuit in San Francisco over warrantless wiretapping threatens to expose ongoing intelligence work and must be thrown out.

In making the argument, the Obama administration agreed with the Bush administration's position on the case but insists it came to the decision differently. A civil liberties group criticized the move Friday as a retreat from promises President Barack Obama made as a candidate...

The Bush administration invoked the privilege numerous times in lawsuits over various post-9/11 programs, but the Obama administration recently announced that only a limited number of senior Justice Department officials would be able to make such decisions...

The lawsuit was filed by a group of individuals who claimed the government illegally monitored their communications. To proceed with the case, Holder said, would expose intelligence sources and methods...

Kevin Bankston, a lawyer for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a civil liberties group in San Francisco that is pursuing a similar lawsuit against the government, called Holder's decision "incredibly disappointing."

"The Obama administration has essentially adopted the position of the Bush administration in these cases, even though candidate Obama was incredibly critical of both the warrantless wiretapping program and the Bush administration's abuse of the state secrets privilege," said Bankston.

Top BBC Executive Charged As Pedophile

This is a follow up to the articles Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors (October 7. 2009) and Did They Learn Nothing From Heath Ledger (October 8. 2009).

In the aforementioned articles, I wrote of the BBC's misconduct in conjunction with Madonna, as added to the Aisha v. FBI case, regarding the pedophilic tone present in their misdeeds.

One month later it has been announced, via a news release published yesterday, "Top BBC man charged in child sex probe." Think about it - top man at the BBC has been arrested as a pedophile.

By God's grace, the Judiciary Report has been proven right once again. Appalled, I kept wondering in my head and then in the aforementioned articles a month ago, how someone could do something so vile, as to violate the privacy of minors, as mentioned above in the October 7. 2009 article and transmit said contents on the airwaves as entertainment.

It takes an incredibly sick group of individuals, Kabbalah, to concoct and commit such depraved acts. Then again, depravity is Madonna's middle name.

No sane, non-pervert, non-pedophile, would think such conduct is acceptable human behavior (or lawful for that matter).

Don't drop the soap! Then again, you'd probably like that.

Now, if they'd only do a pedophile sting in Hollywood, but then again, the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, doesn't believe in arresting rich and famous people. Therefore, known celebrity pedophiles are quite safe and behave very egregiously as such.

When you take shows such as "Skins" into consideration, replete with underage sex, 15-16 year-olds simulating sex on TV, even with teachers a decade or two older than they are, you realize a few rotten eggs have hatched at the BBC, influenced by cult behavior.

Kabbalah has a sick foothold at the BBC. The cult is actively breaking domestic and international law there and is going to bring the storied network crashing down.

First Kabbalah's front woman Madonna and her aforementioned madness at the BBC (Aisha v. FBI). Now, Lindsay Lohan, a Kabbalah actress audiences do not regard anymore and boycott in droves, with writers and producers refusing to hire her, has mysteriously been given a plum program at the BBC. Not to mention, another Kabbalah member, Gwen Stefani, has been living with a well-known BBC executive for years.

The BBC is a historic British institution and Britons are going to tar and feather you lot over the desecration and destruction of the network, with the trust governing the channel already scrambling to establish new ethics rules, in the face of all these scandals. Mark my words, this is not going to end well in terms of public reaction, regarding what those Kabbalah cult loons have in the pipeline.

Top BBC man charged in child sex probe

A senior London-based BBC producer has been charged following a police investigation into child sex abuse, it has been reported.

The employee was arrested as part of Operation Algebra, which led to the uncovering of Scotland's largest pedophile network earlier this year.

Detectives leading the inquiry alerted the Metropolitan Police and the man now faces court. Nearly 125,000 indecent images were seized during Operation Algebra which led to the conviction of eight men in May.

Iain Livingstone, Assistant Chief Constable of Lothian and Borders Police, told the Sunday Mail newspaper: "We referred a case involving a serious offender to the Met which involved a senior figure at the BBC.

"The individual was in a very senior position and he became apparent to us during Operation Algebra.

"We passed that information on and the individual has now been charged and is awaiting court."

A BBC spokeswoman said it would not be appropriate to comment.

From Black Eyed Peas To Black Eyed Sleaze

Black Eyed Peas front woman and resident stage urinator, 34-year-old Fergie, (buy some Depends, already) is in for more bad news, as her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, who actress Megan Fox has the hots for, was outed live on Top 40 radio show Wild 949 (http://www.wild949.com) for having affairs with female members of the U.S. Air Force, while filming the "Transformers" movies. This is after a stripper came forward about their affair.

Three years ago, in the "June 30, 2006 - Day 4" page of my online diary I wrote: "Saw actor Josh 'Tad Hamilton' Duhamel in traffic in a black truck right off Sunset Blvd in Brentwood (the street adjacent to the hotel). He was driving with a friend or relative."

That was a warning shot. I didn't state all I saw, as I'm not Perez Hilton and wasn't looking to mess up anyone's relationship, but when Duhamel saw me looking at them, he did a double take and had this "uh oh" look on his face - the same look one gets when one is seen by a blogger or celebrity columnist, caught doing something one is not supposed to do.

The "friend or relative" I kindly made mention of, without stating the sex thereof, was a smiling, beaming, 20-something woman, with shoulder length, curly blond hair, sitting beside him in the passenger seat and it wasn't Fergie. Girlfriend looked as pleased as punch and was giving him these dreamy eyed looks.

But since the cat's out the bag and Fergie infringed my music, I don't care anymore. In Fergie's distasteful, unoriginal song "London Bridge" she states she is a "h*e." Apparently, so is her husband.

Bad News For Black Eyed Peas Girl...

Nov 1, 2009 - Fergie has woken up to some horrible news this morn: that her hubby of less than a year, actor Josh Duhamel, has cheated on her with two different women.

Rumours of Josh’s extra-marital activities surfaced last week after trash rag The National Enquirer quoted a stripper who claimed she’d hooked up with him at the club where she worked.

The woman called, Nicole Forrester, claims she and Josh drank vodka together, after which he asked her to perform a nude dance for him and his friend.

Then she claims, they went to his room and sweated up his bed sheets...

However, The National Enquirer has hit back claiming Nicole passed a rigorous lie detector before they published the story...

The woman called a US radio station over the weekend to say the actor had sex with her chum while he was filming ’Transformers 2’ in New Mexico...
