Mad-onna
Why would anyone in their right mind, deliberately do that to their face with bad plastic surgery. Granted, Madonna is insane. One cheek is reaching for the sky and the other for the floor. The face is pulled back too far, making her look as though she is in a wind tunnel or state of permanent whiplash.
