Rihanna breaking the law, illegally tattooing patrons in a parlor without a license
The Los Angeles Police Department has suspended two cops, over selling police crime scene photos of battered singer, Rihanna, after the violent fight she initiated with boyfriend, Chris Brown.
The photos were sold to Warner Bros. website TMZ, who bribed the officers with $68,000 to illegally obtain the photos.
