People Slam Michelle Obama As 'Ape In Heels' 'Ugly Black B*tch' And “Ghetto” Leading To Trouble

A number of people on social networking and in blogosphere feedback sections have been slamming U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama, labeling her “ugly.” Twitter and Facebook are strewn with comments repeatedly calling her "ugly." Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone is entitled to their opinions, but some of the comments resulted in people losing their jobs, when they took on a racial tone. You can use words to refer to someone as unattractive, but when you start referring to them in a negative manner and including their race, whether they are black, white, Hispanic, Asian or Indian, it is construed as hate speech. 

For example, a white loan officer, Lisa Greenwood, slammed Michelle Obama on Twitter stating, "Beautiful?? Seriously she is an ugly black b–tch." She was fired for her comments, when people on Twitter complained to her employer. If Greenwood had referred to her as an "ugly b***h" she likely would not have been fired. Adding the word "black" to the insult, created the grounds for termination of employment. Nonetheless, Greenwood may have a case, as her comments are covered by free speech. However, if she signed a morality clause upon taking the job, the case would not be successful, as she made a racial comment and swore online.

A police man in Alabama lost his job over a post he made on Facebook about Mrs. Obama. Police officer Joel Husk responded to a question asking if Mrs. Obama spoke any foreign languages, to which he replied she is, "Fluent in ghetto." The comment had a racial undertone to it and he was subsequently fired from the Talladega Police Force for "violating the city's code of conduct and the social media policy." Said code of conduct acts as a morality clause, so he has very little if no legal recourse.    

West Virginia mayor, Beverly Whaling, was forced to resign from her post after agreeing with the social networking comment of her friend, Clay County Development Corporation director, Pamela Ramsey Taylor, who stated of in-coming First Lady Melania Trump, wife of President-elect Donald Trump, "It will be refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified First Lady in the White House. I'm tired of seeing a Ape in heels. Mayor Whaling responded, "Just made my day Pam."

Once again, this comment became actionable because it contained the racially tinged word "ape" in reference to a black person. Mayor Whaling agreed with the comment, which resulted in her being forced out of her job. Had the comment not had the word "ape" it would not have taken on a racial tone and been permissible, albeit, insulting.

A black woman on Twitter, who goes by the name of Chocolate Girl 6 made negative comments about Mrs. Obama's looks and some of the First Lady's supporters began to harass her, "I love her but Michelle Obama ain’t that cute if we keeping it a buck. That underbite makes me squint." 

 

 

Michelle Obama and Barack Obama. This outfit, shoes and hairstyle did not flatter Mrs. Obama's looks. A longer dress with those shoes or different shoes would have been better, as well as not wearing her hair pulled back. This was not her best look and when you are in the public eye people will make comments online about it. 

Once again, she is another person entitled to their opinion. However, people are not entitled to harass her for it. She did not send her comment to Mrs. Obama's account on Twitter harassing the First Lady. Many people do not view Mrs. Obama as the model type and have been critical of her looks. That's their right. 

You can't go around harassing people online by directing comments to their accounts bashing and threatening them over their opinion. What she said was not hate speech. You can tell people you don't agree with their assessment, but when you start sending profanity and threats over their opinion, you are in violation of the terms of service.

One of the things I have noticed is the Obama's are censorship dictators. They get angry when anyone utters or writes anything that is less than glowing about them. They can't deal with criticism and lash out. Many bloggers and journalists have complained of this. The Obamas behavior in this regard is not in keeping with the spirit of the Constitution, regarding free speech and free press. 

There are some who think Mr. and Mrs. Obama are attractive and there are others who think they are ugly. I don't find him attractive nor do I like him and I think she would benefit from more flattering clothing choices, as well as braces (speaking as someone who's had braces for a minor dental flaw).

Some like the First Couple's looks and others do not. That's life. However, it is disgraceful to go around misusing government resources to threaten and punish people who publicly do not agree with or like you. This is what the Obamas have done via their press office and through companies such as Google Ads, which is completely juvenile, petty, vindictive, disturbing and unconstitutional.  

Hey, some people don't like me (mostly stupid people with bad taste) and you don't see me complaining to social media and blog websites every five minutes trying to get their accounts taken offline, because at the end of the day I am secure within myself and know I'm smarter and better looking than they are (LOL). I'm just teasing, but you get my point.

Talladega Police Officer Joel Husk was terminated on Wednesday from the police department in the city, Talladega City Manager Patrick Bryant said. 

Husk shared a meme on his page showing pictures of Melania Trump with the words, 'Fluent in Slovenian, English, French,Serbian and German' and another photo of Michelle Obama with the words 'Fluent in Ghetto.' Another post Husk, 37, shared showed a photo from the Facebook group 'Last American Patriots'. 

In 2014 a gay Univision television, Rodner Figueroa, host stated Mrs. Obama resembled one of the animals in the movie "Planet of the Apes." Calling black people "ape" or "monkey" is considered a racial slur in America. Mrs. Obama was offended by his comments and personally had him fired. 

That post showed bodies lying on an apparent battlefield with the caption, 'Over 620,000 white people died to free black slaves and still to this day not even 1 thank you,' according to Bryant. Husk was fired for sharing a racist meme (above) showing a photo of Michelle Obama with the words 'Fluent in Ghetto', as he violated the city's code of conduct and the social media policy...

Loan officer gets fired for racist tweet about Michelle Obama

Posted By: News Desk July 28, 2016 - Lisa Greenwood took to Twitter after Michelle Obamas speech at the Democratic National Convention and it ended up costing her job. "Beautiful?? Seriously she is an ugly black b**ch," Greenwood posted about the First Lady, and that was where it went downhill for the loan officer. 

Because Greenwood uses her actual name on her Twitter account, some social media trolls were able to track down her Facebook page, and from there, they stalked her and figured out where she works. Greenwood was a loan officer for Home Point Financial until Home Point Financial was mentioned in all sorts of tweets as liberals came out in force against Greenwood, asking Home Point Financial if they would continue to employ a ‘racist’ in their ranks.

An unnamed source at her former employer asserted that Home point Financial was contacted by the first lady’s office and ultimately Greenwood was fired from her job.

The first lady’s office declined to comment. This is not the first time Michelle Obama has had someone fired for criticizing her looks, in 2014 an openly gay Univision host who compared Michelle Obama to characters in the movie “Planet of the Apes” alleged that he was fired after the network received a complaint from the White House.

White Woman Fired For Calling Michelle Obama An ‘Ugly Black Bi**h’ 

July 27, 2016 - When Michelle Obama gave her speech at the Democratic National Convention on Monday, liberals swooned at her eloquence and beauty. Yeah, I know lefties are dangerously delusional. Somewhere a white woman was watching and was much less impressed with the First Lady. On social media this woman wrote that she thought FLOTUS was an “ugly black bi**h” and now she is out of a job. 

Lisa Greenwood was sick and tired of liberals saying how beautiful Michelle is so she wrote this in a now-deleted tweet: "Beautiful?? Seriously she is an ugly black bi**h." Social media social justice warriors took great offense with this and contacted Greenwood’s employer. I’m sure you know what happened next. Home Point Financial issued this statement: 

The individual who made reprehensible comments regarding last night’s speech by the First lady is no longer employed with Home Point Financial. Home Point Financial does not agree with nor condone such comments, which were made on the individual’s Twitter account. We hold true to our We Care philosophy – our responsibilities extend beyond the workplace and into the communities. 

So Greenwood made this comment on Monday night and by Tuesday she was fired. That’s some mighty fast turnaround, but liberal outrage is a fast moving brushfire. The thing is, this woman has a killer unlawful termination lawsuit, and here’s why: she didn’t say anything that wasn’t 100% true...

August 3, 2016 - People are talking about the dress First Lady Michelle Obama just wore at the White House State dinner for the nation of Singapore. It’s definitely raising eyebrows. The strapless gown was designed by Brandon Maxwell, who is also the stylist for Lady Gaga. Michelle wore it while dining with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife Ho Ching. These gowns cost as much as $7,000 and perhaps more… and the taxpayers received the bill! 

As WND reports: The First Lady wore an ivory-colored Brandon Maxwell dress, according to a White House pool report. The New York-based designer is a favorite of Lady Gaga’s, and he recently helped Iman celebrate her birthday. Maxwell was overseas Tuesday night, but said via e-mail, “It has been an incredible honor for me and my team to create this dress for the First Lady. Strong and elegant, she is the embodiment of the woman that inspires me to create, and a role model for women all over the world.” 

Earlier Tuesday during a tour of the National Gallery of Art with Mrs. Lee, FLOTUS wore a sunflower-colored sleeveless Naeem Khan dress. Khan said via e-mail Tuesday that the dress was designed “with the idea of something similar to a dress in my resort 2017 collection. We chose a flattering sleeveless and A-line style for quintessential summer entertaining, in yellow Guipure lace, with three-dimensional flowers.”

Muhammad Ali Spoke About Blacks Facing Discrimination In Obtaining Loans And Opening Businesses In America In A Problem That Still Exists Today (Video)

Last week I saw a video of a Muhammad Ali interview from the 1960s (posted above), featuring the late heavyweight boxing champion discussing the terrible abuse and discrimination black people face in America. Ali stated blacks were being discriminated against in attempting to open businesses. Ali correctly stated blacks were being discriminated against in trying to obtain business loans and retail real estate space. 

The video was a real eye opener, as the irony of Ali's statements is the discrimination he truthfully spoke of is still happening in America today. Blacks and other minorities are being discriminated against when applying for loans from lending institutions (Select Mortgage Companies In America Such As First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation Are Asking Consumers Their Race In Loan Applications Then Using It To Discriminate In Denying Loans and Boycott First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation And Coester VMS Who Are Scammers And Con Artists Engaging In Discrimination While Ripping Off People Seeking Mortgages). 

Blacks are also being discriminated against when trying to lease real estate space for businesses. I can testify to this firsthand as well. 4-years ago, I encountered horrible discrimination in Miami, Florida in attempting to lease retail space for my business. In watching the Ali video posted above, it was a terrible reminder to me of how much things have not changed in America, in regard to discrimination against blacks and other minorities. I've been called everything from "slave" to "nigger" in America and in modern times.

Ali and I do not share the same religion. Ali was a Muslim and I am a Christian. Ali leaned more towards the ways of Malcolm X (black power), whereas I embrace the ideas of Martin Luther King Jr (equality for all races and all men are created equal). I don't share Ali's views on the English, as seen in the video posted above. However, Ali and I do agree on this - America has a massive problem with racism and discrimination. After all this time you would think things have changed, but sadly it's the same. The U.S. government and Wall Street have an ingrained contempt for minorities that manifests itself in discriminatory abuses and mistreatment.

Ali was brave to stand up for civil rights. He was unjustly stripped of his boxing titles and sentenced to 5-years in prison, for being a peaceful man who objected to the war and abuses against minorities. Ali's sentence was later overturned. Some may not understand Ali's anger in that video, but in his day blacks were being openly lynched, attacked with dogs, not allowed to eat in most restaurants, as they were "whites only" establishments.

Ali was repeatedly told at restaurants "we don't serve niggers" or "we don't serve negroes" - even after he won a gold medal for America in the Olympics. Now, there are mainstream reports of racist waiters and waitresses writing "nigger" or "nigga" on black people's receipts at restaurants. An improvement to some degree, but still disgusting nonetheless. I was a waitress for several months when I was 21-years-old and I never wrote anything on anyone's receipt. It's not necessary. You have to go out of your way to do that, which shows it is intentional when someone writes "nigger" or "nigga" on a restaurant receipt.

I love people of all races. I would marry a white man in a heartbeat and color wouldn't even be a consideration. I am not a prejudice person. However, I am not a person who is in denial, as there are serious problems in America that need to be addressed. Black people are being discriminated against, abused and in some cases murdered in racially motivated killings. 

It's amazing how some of the same people in the U.S. government in the 1960s who vehemently opposed Ali and treated him like dirt are now applauding him as a hero, when he never changed his stance on human rights. Why does the U.S. government keep abusing people who go on to become legends. Why is it outstanding Americans who stand up for freedom and justice are more appreciated in the international community than by the U.S. government, who constantly keeps terrible, invasive files on them at the CIA and FBI. 

Then when the legend dies, the FBI and CIA are quick to destroy some of the illegal files that are subject to FOIA requests, while heavily redacting others that shows the contempt and abuse they leveled at innocent Americans, who spoke the truth and took a stance against injustice and abuse by the government. So, you can go ahead and continue to hide the disgraceful, invasive, malicious Ali files at the FBI and CIA, but make no mistake, we saw what you did to him and will remember it. 

Much like they keep hiding the Martin Luther King Jr files after they had him set up, spied on, assaulted, arrested and murdered (former FBI agents have stated the FBI murdered Martin Luther King Jr). Congress claims they have been trying to pass legislation regarding ordering the FBI to release Ali's full file, but corruptly have not done so. Yet they can quickly pass resolutions about eating fried chicken in Congress.

The owner of the restaurant, Angelo Karagiannis, claims the incident was just a "misunderstanding," and that "no malice was intended." (Since when is that word an acceptable joke?) Karagiannis even falls back on the good old "we're can't be racist because we have black customers" excuse: "We have a Redskins fan club and every week there are 12-15 black guys who come in to watch the games. We are not racist at all and serve anyone."

New Orleans Restaurant Employee Fired After Typing “Nigger” on Receipt Given to Neville Brothers’ Sibling

May 22, 2015 -  A member of one of the most famous musical families in New Orleans received a racially insulting message on her lunch receipt. Multiple news sources report Gaynielle Neville posted a photo of her receipt from Huck Finn’s Cafe after she visited the restaurant Thursday afternoon. The type receipt used the N-word and said “100 percent dislike.” 

Huck Finn’s Cafe posted a statement on its website apologizing for the actions of the employee, who was immediately fired. Neville is a sibling to The Neville Brothers, an R&B, soul and funk group, which has been performing since 1977.

This time, it was found at a Hooters in Queens. In the space reserved for the customer's name, an employee typed out the word "Chinx" to identify a Korean American couple. According to NBCNewYork.com, the couple noticed the hostess and another employee standing at the computer giggling and "gawking at them." Now the man, Kisuk Cha, is suing for racial discrimination. 

It's the latest in a string of similar WTF incidents around the country, two right here in OC. Ah, the (not-so-distant) memories. Let's look back at the stupidity, shall we? "Mc Stinkynigger," "Mc Nigsh*t" and "Mc Cottonwood" at Landmark Steakhouse. From 'Chinx' to 'Mc StinkyNigger': Five Racist Restaurant Receipts. African American businessman Mark McHenry filed a lawsuit in OC federal court against Landmark Steakhouse in Corona del Mar after an employee repeatedly listed him on credit card receipts using the racial slurs. The employee, who never confessed, was fired and the lawsuit was settled. 

Minhee Cho received this receipt at a New York City location. The image went viral when she tweeted, "Hey @PapaJohns just FYI my name isn't 'lady chinky eyes." Papa Johns apologized and fired the employee...

Did restaurant employee who wrote 'n-word' on receipt think it would slide?: Jarvis DeBerry

May 22, 2015 at 9:55 AM, updated May 22, 2015 at 2:51 PM - I have no problem with the use of the word "nigger" in Mark Twain's classic "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn," and I've decried attempts to scrub the novel clean of that epithet, but I raise my glass at the news that an employee of Huck Finn's Café was fired for writing that insult on a black customer's receipt. 

What, did that employee think the black customer couldn't read? Did that employee think this was still the antebellum period and that black illiteracy was the general rule? 

Even Jim stood up for himself. (I'm referring to the novel here.) He ran away to avoid being sold. Did the person who printed the racist epithet on the French Quarter restaurant's receipt think, "Black people are so docile. They take so much stuff. I can call them out their name and give them documented evidence that I did, and they won't dare report me"? 

Should've read "Huckleberry Finn," I guess. Because when the title character plays a particularly mean trick on the man running away from slavery, Jim breaks all the conventional rules that prohibit black people from pushing back at white ones. He tells the boy that he's nothing but trash for doing what he did...

Congress Can’t Even Agree On LUNCH

According to MSNBC’s First Read, Republicans are peeved because Democrats are picking the menu: Domenico Montanaro: Congressional food fight? The presidential race is not the only place where change is an issue. Members of Congress returning to the Capitol this week are being confronted by transformational happenings that have shaken the building to its foundations: Democrats have hired a new company to run cafeteria services. Naturally, this has caused an outbreak of partisan skirmishing. 

“I like real food,” proclaimed Republican leader John Boehner when asked about the new menu by a producer for another cable news outfit. “Food that I can pronounce the name of.” 

Boehner is now forced to wrap his lips around such phrases as “broccoli rabe and shaved persimmon,” “balsamic glazed butternut squash,” and “calico pinto beans”…all on this afternoon’s menu, along with the downright patriotic “American Regional Yankee Pot Roast,” which, even Boehner would have to admit, kind of rolls right off the tongue. On Fridays, there is a real sushi bar tended by a bona fide Japanese sushi chef. Gone are such grade-school cafeteria specialties as Salisbury steak and fried chicken, slathered in gravy and served with a side of chips. Debate rages among regulars about the merits of the new offerings. One consensus downside: the prices have gone upscale right along with the fare. 

The company that Nancy Pelosi and her people have hired has a mandate to “Go Green,” complete with a mission statement posted outside the cafeteria on an eco-friendly LCD screen and a requirement to buy carbon offsets. Boehner doesn’t think much of that either. “It reminds me of the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages, when we had indulgences,” says Boehner of the offsets. Perhaps he will nail his theses to the cafeteria door. We’ll ask for a photo-op if he does.

Premier Photography of Texas, owned by James Evans, have been sued by a black couple who state their wedding pictures have the words 'Poor Nig*er Party" stamped on them. The couple retained Evans to take pictures of their wedding and he delivered the finished product with an insulting racial slur stamped on all of them.

The couple's attorney, Cathy Hale stated of the incident, "They trusted this company to provide them with a service on their most important day and what they got was the complete opposite they got a slap in the face. Every time they think about their anniversary, they think about this. It’s never going to go away." The case has now been settled, after Evans defiantly challenged the couple to sue over his inappropriate and racist behavior, which led to him being slapped with a lawsuit.

Married Couple Sues After “Poor N***** Party” Stamped on Wedding Pics

It was supposed to say the couple’s first names and date. 

“Anybody would find this caption offensive. I’m offended by it. I don’t want to say it,” said Attorney Cathy Hale. Hale represents the couple who have sued Evans and Premier Photography claiming not only breach of contract — for a memory stick of photos they say they never received — but also for negligence and mental anguish...

Settlement reached in lawsuit over racial slur found on wedding photo

Posted: 9:15 PM, April 02, 2015 - HOUSTON - A settlement has been reached in lawsuit involving a racial slur found printed on photos taken during a 2012 wedding reception. A Houston area couple filed the lawsuit in 2014 against Premier Photography and its owner, James Evans. Documents filed in the lawsuit read the couple rented a booth from Premiere and paid for an attendant. The couple, who are African-American, claim at some point during the reception some guests received photos from the booth with the words, "Poor (n-Word) Party," printed on the bottom. 

Attorney Cathy Hale said the bride's sister received one of those photos but chose not to tell the couple for fear of ruining their wedding day. Hale said the couple learned of the photos several months later. Hale said the couple filed the lawsuit after contacting Evans and receiving what she characterized as a non-apologetic response. Court records read at one point Evans did offer to refund the couple the $450 cost of the photo booth rental, but they declined. A settlement in the suit was reached Thursday and both sides released written statements. 

"We regret this issue escalated into litigation as a result of poor communication between the parties at the time the caption was discovered," wrote Hale. "My clients accept Mr. Evans' and Premier Photography's statement that he and Premier Photography reject the inappropriate caption printed on the strips and what they represent."

George Zimmerman, the murderer of 17-year-old defenseless boy, Trayvon Martin, had the gall to go on Twitter and slam a woman for cheating on him, stating she did so with a "dirty Muslim." Zimmerman also posted her personal information, which is a violation of Twitter's terms of service (it led to his dwindling followers on Twitter contacting and verbally abusing the woman). As a result, Zimmerman's Twitter account was suspended (but could be reinstated if he meets certain criteria).

Zimmerman stated of her, "She cheated on me with a dirty Muslim. She'll sleep with anyone." What an awful thing to say (but he is right about one thing, she will indeed sleep with anyone, having slept with him - a man who murdered an innocent, unarmed boy he stalked). Muslims are not dirty people. No race, religion or nation of people should be characterized as dirty. That's a foul thing to say. Furthermore, what could be dirtier as a person than killing an innocent kid, lying about it, then bragging about it online. The acts of a coward.

George Zimmerman, the murderer of unarmed 17-year-old boy, Trayvon Martin, has been showing his true colors online, via making racists posts on the social networking website Twitter. Zimmerman has an obsession with targeting black males, having reported preteen and teen African-Americans to law enforcement, while he was a neighborhood watch captain. Zimmerman is now on Twitter making racist jokes about black people. It is another reminder that Martin’s unprovoked stalking and killing is a hate crime.

However, due to corruption in the justice system, violent Zimmerman was found not guilty in a case that was poorly presented and heard by a judge who was not impartial, fair or thorough in what was admitted into the case and the items that were deliberately ruled inadmissible.

Jurors later expressed their regrets. However, Zimmerman has a clear history of racial confrontations, assaults, domestic violent and terroristic threats. It doesn’t matter what one’s personal views are on race. It’s a sad day in America when a person can’t lawfully walk the streets without being stalked, confronted, then murdered by a hateful psychotic who should have been behind bars for previous crimes his daddy judge used his contacts to pervert the course of justice to ensure his criminal son‘s freedom.

Side Bar: George Zimmerman is so deluded. He is racist and not even Anglo-Saxon. The KKK would use slurs to inappropriately insult his Latin and Jewish heritage (as they have done to others of his racial background). Yet, there he is on social networking with a picture of the confederate flag as his avi and is tweeting out racial slurs.   

I know a lot about race mixing, coming from a Jamaican family with mixed heritage on both sides. I also grew up in the South in America (Florida) from age 9 and know about race mixing regarding the "one drop rule." For example, two of my great-great grandfathers were Anglo-Saxon. One was a blond, blue eyed Brit, the other a blue eyed brown haired Irish man. My great-great grandmothers are black Jamaican women and under the race rules in the world, the children are black, even though some had white features such as blue eyes (my family is black to this day and I love and respect all the races that went into my genealogy, as well as all other races God made). Another example, one of my grandmothers was half Brazilian and half Anglo-Saxon Irish. With the way race rules are defined in the world, she was not Anglo Saxon/white as her Irish mother was, but Latin.

Therefore, Zimmerman incorrectly thinks he is white, but he is Latin with Jewish ancestry. Not to mention, his Latin mother, who is from Peru clearly has African blood in her (I know a mixed person when I see one). His mother is mixed with the same race he keeps insulting (that's self-hate). If Zimmerman did an accurate genealogy swab test, a percentage of his ancestry/heritage would trace right back to Africa (yea, I said it!). Once again, he is deluded to be insulting minorities, as technically, he is not white, though he thinks so. Zimmerman needs to learn to respect all races.

Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans

TMZ posted an item on its website today mocking Jamaicans via the so-called psychic "Miss Cleo" and the news that she is embroiled in a lawsuit filed by her former employer the Psychic Readers Network. General Mills has been using Miss Cleo in a new advertisement for their cereal. TMZ mockingly referred to Miss Cleo as "Jamaican" but she is not according to several sources. The whole Miss Cleo character is a terrible, ignorant, offensive, exploitative stereotype of Jamaicans, perpetuated by Hollywood.

A few years ago, a news channel in Miami, Florida tracked down Miss Cleo, who was born and raised in Los Angeles to American parents. Miss Cleo, real name Youree Dell Harris, is a practicing lesbian, who has a home in Florida. When the Miami news channel ambushed Miss Cleo outside her home in Broward county, a suburb a few miles outside of Miami, she spoke with a clear American accent. This further indicates the Jamaican accent she uses in the commercials is fake. Jamaicans always discounted Miss Cleo's accent anyway, as it never sounded authentic. The U.S. government, in the form of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed charges against the Psychic Readers Network for the fraud they perpetrated on the public using Miss Cleo. They were forced to pay huge fines to the government.

I don't know one Jamaican with a crystal ball or who goes around behaving like Miss Cleo. The whole thing was insulting to Jamaicans. In Haiti there is voodoo. In Latin America and the Hispanic islands of the Caribbean there is Santeria. In Jamaica there is Obeah, brought to the island hundreds of years ago by Nigerian slaves, who were cruelly kidnapped, beaten, shackled and shipped to the nation as slaves doing hard labor for no pay. However, most Jamaicans don't practice Obeah, yet the Miss Cleo stereotype is based on it. Jamaica is an overwhelmingly Christian island and Christianity forbids tarot reading and all forms of witchcraft, as seen in the Miss Cleo ads. Hollywood also likes to slander and defame Hispanics, with terrible characterizations on film and television.

But of course, hedonistic Hollywood hates Christianity, the religion with the most adherents in the world, as it speaks to morality, something tinseltown greatly lacks. Therefore, hateful Hollywood constantly attacks Jamaica and the southern part of America known as the Bible belt, for its deep roots in Christianity.

Hollywood routinely engages is slander and slurs, portraying Jamaicans on film and television as violent, uneducated fools and American Christians in the South as inbred idiots. The whole thing is ignorant, small minded, offensive and defamatory.

I've found Hollywood to be quite hateful, sick, savage and barbaric, as they attack innocent people without provocation, in commissioned acts of violence, as well as emotional, mental and financial/economic abuse, aimed at harming and destroying innocent people (for further reference, see Anthony Pellicano, Kabbalah and Scientology). They imagine offenses, scenarios and wrongs that never occurred and use it as the groundless basis to viciously and savagely attack innocent people like savages raised by animals.

I've been called "slave" and "nigger" via emailed death threat and in person when Madonna sent Miami Kabbalah Center members to stalk, confront, harass and threaten me, while relaying crazy messages from her that I could care less about. They also kept slurring Jamaica to me on a regular basis, trying to cause maximum offense when they'd stalk and confront me. There is no justification for such sick, unprovoked, unwelcome conduct.

Hollywood, which is largely gay, loves to state Jamaica is the most homophobic place on earth, using it as a baseless excuse to slur, attack, abuse and exploit Jamaicans who have done them no harm, when more hate crimes are committed against gays in America than in Jamaica. However, Hollywood is a sick place, where cults like Scientology and Kabbalah label innocent human beings "aliens" as an excuse and sick justification in their deranged minds for assaulting, mentally abusing and terrorizing others they exploit for undue financial gain and fame.

Further proof of Hollywood's exploitation of Jamaicans is the criminal copyright infringement that occurred due to chronic copyright thief Madonna and her depraved, sick conduct, she has spooled others into in Hollywood. One of the people Madonna has been illegally selling my copyrights to at cut rate prices, is Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp/Fox company. I broke the story online by blowing the whistle on them in 2005 to the FBI (Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano) and the Metropolitan Police in London (News International/Rupert Murdoch) for wiretapping, phone hacking, computer hacking and theft, among other things, which resulted in scandals, arrests and imprisonment.

Some of my preexisting copyrights Madonna illegally stole via hacking by hackers such as Randy Vaughn and through commissioned break-ins to my home, then sold at cut-rate prices, was illegally bought by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp/Fox. Another of my PREEXISTING copyrights they stole recently surfaced in the form of the television show "Empire." I wrote that copyright nearly 10-years ago and registered it with the Library of Congress in D.C. However, it has been illegally used without permission by Rupert Murdoch's Fox and gay Hollywood producer Lee Daniels (who recently added a Jamaican character to the show that was quite insulting and defamatory).

This is not the first time Daniels' name was attached to one of my preexisting copyrights they stole. The movie "Selma" was stolen from my copyrights. I also have a PREEXISTING copyright called "The Butler" but it is not the same as the biography later used for the Daniels film of the same name.

In my estimation the worst of Daniels' conduct is the film "Precious." It is a rip off of the life of someone I know, with items used in the movie obtained via Madonna and the Kabbalah Center criminally spying on me in sick ways as detailed in this lawsuit. My mother works for a company that is under contract by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Miami, which is the U.S. government. My mother's job is like that of a social worker. In this job my mother's responsibilities has been to manage the lives of mentally and or physically disabled people. I've helped my mother with her clients for years (for free), as they are nice people.

One of my mother's clients a few years ago was a woman named Marie, who has a slight mental disability. She is very high functioning and has street smarts. The character "Precious" is based on Marie. Things got so bad that people in Miami began calling Marie "Precious" as not only does she look like the character in the film, events that happened in her real life mirror events in the later released film. The government knows exactly who Marie is, as they have her records and have communicated with her in writing and person many times over the years.

In the film, the role of Precious' social worker is played by singer Mariah Carey, who also infringed some of my copyrights for use on songs such as "Don't Stop (Funkin 4 For Jamaica)." Carey has also been sued by several people, including the legendary band Earth Wind and Fire, for copyright infringement on a number of her songs. It was an extraordinarily sick, depraved, invasive and disgusting thing for Lee Daniels to use the life of a mentally disabled woman for profit and awards in the movie "Precious." It was also highly illegal. This is the type of depravity Hollywood is swimming in that they do such foul, horrible and exploitative things.

In closing, the Judiciary Report does not recommend anyone visit a so-called psychic, such as Miss Cleo and others in her genre. Stop letting people con you out of your money. I find it very hard to believe God would bestow upon someone the ability to see the future and that person would be charging others money to do so. People in this world with extraordinary gifts are usually pure of heart, altruistic and giving.

Judge In Charleston Church Massacre Case A Racist Who Used The Word ‘Nig*er’ In Court To Black Man Who Appeared Before Him

Charles County Magistrate, James B. Gosnell Jr, was assigned the race based Charleston church massacre case, regarding the mass murder of 9 innocent black churchgoers in South Carolina, at the Emanuel African Methodist Church. The murders occurred at the hands of 21-year-old, gun wielding, white supremacist, Dylann Roof.

Issues have arisen in the press and public, with many labeling judge Gosnell Jr., a racist, after past acts were discovered. Previously, Gosnell was reprimanded by the South Carolina Supreme Court for using the word “nig*er” in court while rudely addressing a black defendant. Gosnell stated to the black male defendant, "There are four kinds of people in this world -- black people, white people, red necks, and nig*ers." When reprimanded by the South Carolina Supreme Court, Gosnell made excuses for his behavior by labeling it "ill-considered." How about just calling it what it is - racist.

To make matters worse, Gosnell referred to Roof's family as victims stating, "...we also have victims on the other side. The Roof family didn‘t ask to become part of this tragedy, and they will need help too." The Roof family have some explaining to do, as they raised a racist, who was openly espousing said views and in a hostile fashion. Roof also brandished racists flags from Apartheid era South Africa and the notorious Confederate flag, which is a symbol of racism in America. In fact, Roof took pictures in front of, inside and behind is home with the aforementioned racist flags.

Roof posted pro-Hitler pictures and made incendiary, racist statements online targeting black people, including 17-year-old murder victim, Trayvon Martin. The Daily Beast reported Roof also visited a slave plantation, "Roof is photographed wearing the flags of Rhodesia and apartheid era South Africa in front of a sign marking Sullivan's Island, just south of Charleston. The island was the entry point for 40 percent of slaves brought to North America, according to the National Park Services." Roof immersed himself in racism and violent rhetoric, all under this family's roof.  Roof's family clearly saw things and ignored it.

A police scandal has erupted in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a city just outside of Miami. Four police officers made a blatantly racist and abusive video about black people, even slurring the President of the United States in the clip. Further investigation revealed, officers James Wells, James Holding, Christopher Sousa and Alex Alvarez are KKK supporters, who have been corrupting dozens of cases with the goal of arresting and convicting innocent black people. Wells, Holding and Sousa have been fired. Alvarez quit in the face of the scandal.

In one case, an officer planted two bags of crack cocaine on a black woman he referred to as "a crackhead ni*ger!" As a result of the revelations, the case has been overturned. Now Ft. Lauderdale prosecutors have to revisit over 50 criminal cases bearing convictions the officers were apart of, due to racist conduct, evidence planting and falsified police reports.

Wednesday, April 8, 2015 | 18 hours ago - The word shot out on the police wire: Be on the lookout for a Ford Focus, black female at the wheel. The driver is waving a handgun at other cars. In total, 74 incidents came under IA review. Fifty-six of those included use of force, and more than 40 involved black suspects...

Carla Flower didn't even have a chance to get out of the parking lot. The 28-year-old black woman with glowing amber eyes was at the agency to swap out a car with underinflated tires. But before she could drive off, two Fort Lauderdale Police officers ordered her and two friends out of the replacement vehicle.

The cops never found a handgun. But according to a police report, they did turn up "two small white rocks" that would later test positive for crack cocaine. It seemed just another coke bust. But it wasn't. Charges would later be dropped after Flower claimed the drugs had been planted and the officers had showered her with racial slurs. "You're a crackhead ni*ger," one of the cops had yelled. "You're a crackhead whore." In the squad car, Flower says, the abusive talk continued. "Shut the f**k up now, ni*ger."

"They were just calling me names that you would never expect," Flower says today. "I felt like I was an animal to them." It turns out, the racist outburst was no outlier. The officers who stopped Flower — James Wells and Christopher Sousa — recently lost their jobs, along with two other Fort Lauderdale officers, thanks to racist text messages and videos.

Three weeks ago, Fort Lauderdale Police Chief Frank Adderley and Mayor Jack Seiler announced the firings of Wells, Sousa, and Officer James Holding. Officer Alex Alvarez had quit after the racist messages were discovered.

Local media have focused recently on the firings as bad actors caught red-handed. But the scandal currently engulfing the Fort Lauderdale PD spreads far beyond off-color jokes and racist videos. U.S. President Barack Obama is on the receiving end of racial slurs in North Korea and America, over the Sony hacking scandal that has greatly damaged the struggling company. The problems all emanate from Sony's ill-willed, ill-fated idea to make the corny, cheesy, anti-North Korean movie "The Interview" and unconfirmed retaliatory hacks allegedly from the nation in question.

President Obama, who was slurred by Sony chiefs, Amy Pascal and Scott Rudin regarding his taste in black film in an email exchange ("Would he like to finance some movies. I doubt it. Should I ask him if he liked DJANGO? 12 YEARS. Or the butler. Or think like a man? Ride-along. I bet he likes Kevin Hart."). Obama was also the recipient of a racial slur by the North Korean government, who called him a "monkey." The North Korean government stated, "Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest" In America the term "monkey" is a racial slur regarding black people. These comments from Sony and separately the North Korean government were completely inappropriate.

 

Scott Rudin is racist and rude

The Judiciary Report has to wonder, why President Obama waded into this issue in the first place and further violated domestic and international law, via illegally hacking and cutting off the internet in North Korea. Under United Nations' laws, this was a human rights violation. It was not fitting that a President engage in such illegal activity. President Obama is a lawyer and knows better. He did not follow the rule of law.

Additionally, as head of state, Obama is meant to set a good example, not resort to debased, unlawful hacker tactics, not befitting anyone. Obama is supposed to be engaging in international diplomacy, not inflaming a nation with a nuclear arsenal and dangerous agents, who can inflict harm on innocent Americans, over a worthless movie.

In reference to school kids in North Korea, whose lessons were interrupted because Obama had their internet cut off without authority or warning, what lesson does he think that taught them about him? The ways of diplomacy? The ways of due process? The ways of fair play? No, Obama gave them a lesson in dictatorship, which has nothing to do with democracy. To take out the internet for an entire nation, when the United Nations describes internet access for all as a human right, was an abuse of Obama's post as President.

Obama has a highly inappropriate relationship with Sony, whom he gave access to top secret U.S. government files, to make a movie, much to the anger of many lawmakers in the U.S. Congress. Sony also contributes much in the way of financial donations to Obama, which is why they get away with numerous criminal violations of U.S. law, such as insider trading, hacking, phone hacking, wiretapping, bank fraud, criminal copyright infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, patent infringement, racketeering and espionage.

 

James Franco and Seth Rogen star in "The Interview"

Seth Rogen's movies are subpar, unintelligent, inartistic, misogynistic, disgusting, gross out, unoriginal pieces of trash (i.e. "Knocked Up" "The Green Hornet" "This Is The End" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin"). I have to wonder which person he is having sex with in Hollywood, why his movies keep getting made (rhetorical). Why anyone would greelight a movie by Rogen on such a sensitive subject matter as North Korea is a mystery.

The idiocy that comes with a Rogen film has only added to the offense the movie "The Interview" has caused. It was not quality filmmaking tackling a sensitive subject. It's trash. There are so many stories one could do on North Korea, to highlight the plight of the poor and disadvantaged, yet this is what Sony choose - the murder and assassination of their head of state.

 

President Barack Obama is being hypocritical, considering he had a U.S. filmmaker indicted on trumped up charges, out of revenge for making a film about him

The artistically bereft movie "The Interview" is a about two men, who on the orders of the CIA, murder North Korean head of state, Kim Jong-un. The Judiciary Report espouses the ways of democracy and does not agree with the politics of Kim Jong-un. However, I would never make a movie about killing Kim Jong-un or any other sitting head of state. To make a movie centered on murdering a sitting head of state is highly disrespectful, hateful, malicious and shows a great lack of respect for human life.

"The Interview" is disgraceful and a waste of money. It has endangered Americans in the United States and the world and for a foolish cause. It will not help in matters of international diplomacy, as North Korea is stating they are offended and understandably so. If a movie industry of another nation made a movie about murdering President Obama, people would be very offended and understandably so. Hollywood needs to act responsibly. The conflict America is facing regarding North Korea is serious and should be a government matter. It's not a laughing matter for a tacky film. It didn't need an offensive, ignorant, degrading movie being made to muddy the waters of diplomacy. It was immature, ill-timed and foolish. There are struggling and starving people in North Korea who need help. Spitting on their head of state via film is not going to open up the country to receive the help it needs. If someone made a movie about murdering you, would you want to engage in diplomatic talks with them.

It reminds me of people who draw a picture of Islamic figure, Mohammed, knowing it will greatly offend and inflame Muslims, leading to violence and even death, as has happened, but do it anyway. Why endanger yourself and people associated with you, trying to prove some point. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Cleveland Cops Put On Administrative Leave After Racist Text Messages Surface With Them Stating They 'Hate Ni*gers'

The Cleveland Division of Police is currently embroiled in a scandal, regarding the shooting death of 12-year-old black boy, Tamir Rice, who was playing with a toy gun in the park, when officer, Timothy Loehmann, abruptly opened fire on the child. Two days later, Rice died in the hospital of his injuries. Shortly after, news of Loehmann's dismal personnel records surfaced, indicating he was forced out of another police squad, due to serious deficiencies in his performance as an officer and a troubled mental state.

A new scandal has emerged, as text messages between Cleveland police officers, Michael Sollenberge and Thomas Flanders, were packed with racial slurs. One of the text messages states, "I hate ni*gers." Another text stated, "'What do apples and black people have in common? They both hang from trees."

This comes at a time when the public (black, white, Hispanic, Indian and Asian) are protesting flagrant cases of police brutality and excessive force in America, in the fall out of the Eric Garner killing in New York, at the hands of New York Police Department officer, Daniel Pantaleo and Mike Brown's shooting death by officer Darren Wilson.

It is clear some, not all police officers have racial issues concerning minorities. People have the right to like or dislike whomever they choose, even if it is based on race. However, when it starts to interfere with your job as a public servant and you begin to treat people differently based on their race, especially in a deadly manner, this is wholly illegal and unethical. Something must be legally done within the scope of the law to stop police brutality, which is unquestionably on the rise in America, as evidenced by a number of high profile cases (some of which were covered on the Judiciary Report yesterday).

'I hate N******. That is all': Police officers who were caught 'exchanging racist texts' placed on 

administrative leave while full investigation is carried out

Two officers, Capt. Thomas Flanders and Detective Michael Sollenberger, have been placed on paid administrative leave while the other three – who are as yet unnamed – remain on the job while the investigation continues.

The accusations came to light after an anonymous source passed on hundreds of pages of the messages to the Dayton Unit of the NAACP. The texts, which contain a barrage of racist slurs and insensitive jokes aimed at African-Americans, were exchanged between November 2011 and January 2013 on personal cell phones. 

After conducted a three-month-long investigation to ensure their authenticity, Derrick Forward - the civil rights organization’s local president - turned the messages over to Sheriff Phil Plumber last week. The texts were exchanged between November 2011 and January 2013 on personal cell phones between the employees during working hours.

They contain a barrage of racist slurs and insensitive jokes aimed at African-Americans. One text said, 'I hate N******. That is all.' One deputy 'joked' to another: 'What do apples and black people have in common? They both hang from trees.' Another read: 'We stopped at a Walmart in Birmingham, there are a lot of Black people in Alabama. It's all Martin Luther Kings fault.'...
