Chloe Green, heir to the billionaire fortune behind the popular British store Top Shop, has made no secret of her feelings for R&B singer Chris Brown. In fact, Green referred to him as hot, after he performed at her dad's birthday party. Green was seen getting close to and hugging up on Chris this week.

This will come as bad news to possessive, jealous ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who flipped when Nicole Sherzinger kissed him months ago and when he reunited with model Karrueche Tran this month. Rihanna and her mannish best friend, Melissa, love to insult Tran online, referring to her as "basic" and "broke" but what will the loudmouth duo have to say about Green, whose assets both liquid and illiquid, make Rihanna look like a pauper.

According to reports, Chris Brown and model Karrueche Tran, were spotted together again. This time they were spotted together at Greystone Manor in Los Angeles. Days prior, Brown and Tran were seen together at the Wild Jam, hosted by Wild 94.9.

Days prior to that, Tran was spotted at Brown’s birthday bash, sitting at his table whilst speaking to the R&B singer. When things go wrong in his life, Brown seems to always run to Tran. Speaks volumes about his volatile on and off relationship with Rihanna.

Word is Rihanna wants him back, but in a marriage setting, something Brown says he is not ready for at this time. Every time she sees him with someone else, she wants him back. Then there are others who are stating the entire episode is a publicity ploy for Rihanna's new rubbish CD, as her career has been sliding into oblivion with significantly declining album sales and flopped TV and television projects.

Cheating woman beater, Chris Brown, participated in a a charity basketball game this past weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, smiling and laughing like nothing happened, regarding hurting one of his girlfriends, Rihanna, in hooking up with fellow Nicole Sherzinger.

Brown, who is still on probation, for badly beating Rihanna in 2009, even sent her a nonchalant tweet on Twitter today about happiness, after she posted a photo of herself crying in response to him kissing Sherzinger. Brown isn't bothered by the whole thing, though Rihanna has been going around moping since the incident with Sherzinger.

Scherzinger denies anything happened, but the pictures say otherwise and club-goers who looked up in the VIP, saw the two passionately kissing and told on them. Scherzinger's boyfriend, race car cutie, Lewis Hamilton, could not be pleased. Considering the sheer number of women trying to land him, Scherzinger is in trouble if she is to keep him.
