Bill Clinton Backtracks On His Comments From Argument With Black Lives Matter Protesters At Rally

Former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, got into a heated argument with Black Lives Matter protestors at a Philadelphia rally, in support of his wife, Hillary Clinton, who is a candidate in the current American presidential election [Former U.S. President Bill Clinton Gets Into Argument With Black Lives Matter Protestors At Rally (Videos)]. Black Lives Protestors challenged the former head of state on his 1994 crime bill that placed many African-Americans in prison. Clinton responded that the bill was necessary to stem the number of crimes being committed in America. He made reference to black on black crime stating, "You are defending the people who kill the lives you say matter."

Clinton has now backtracked on his comments, "I did something yesterday in Philadelphia I almost want to apologize for. I realized, finally, I was talking past her the way she was talking past me. We gotta stop that in this country. We gotta listen to each other again. I rather vigorously defended my wife, as I am wont to do."...

As stated in the article [Former U.S. President Bill Clinton Gets Into Argument With Black Lives Matter Protestors At Rally (Videos)], in the 1990s Hillary Clinton referred to young black men as "super predators" and further stated "we must bring them to heel." I agree there is a problem with crime in the black community. Many angry, young black males have committed violent crimes. However, there is also a problem with crime in white communities as well. Many school shootings that resulted in mass casualties in America, have been committed by angry young white males. My point is crime happens everywhere, all over the world, in acts committed by many races. From a governmental standpoint it is best to look at the crimes and not the color of the perpetrators when assessing how best to lower crime rates. Once again, law and order via a strong justice system is important, but it must treat people of all races fairly.

Side Bar: you know who's a "super predator" Hillary, your husband's willy (penis). Your husband's willy has been killing vaginas all up and down the east and west coast of America. The people at Viagra probably originally thought of naming their drug Bill Clinton, but knew they couldn't get the trademark. Yea, I said it (LOL).

Bill Clinton 'almost' apologizes for arguing with Black Lives Matter protesters

April 9, 2016 8:35 AM - Former president Bill Clinton on Friday offered an "almost" apology for a testy back-and-forth with Black Lives Matter protesters who disrupted a campaign event in Philadelphia over his and his wife's support for anti-crime policies in the 1990s that have disproportionately affected African Americans. 

But unlike on Thursday, when he defended his signing of the 1994 crime bill and Hillary Clinton's support for tough punishment to deal with what she called "super predator" juvenile offenders, Bill Clinton, according to NBC News, acknowledged Friday that some provisions of the legislation that called for longer prison sentences for minor offenses "cannot be justified." The legislation has been cited for accelerating the incarceration rate for black and Latino people, as well as ushered in policies that have led to overly aggressive policing in some communities of color. Criminal justice reform, a focal point of the Black Lives Matter movement, has become a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign. 

"I did something yesterday in Philadelphia I almost want to apologize for," Clinton told a crowd of several hundred at Penn State Behrend in Erie, Pennsylvania. Referring to a young woman who challenged him at the Philadelphia event, Clinton said: "I realized, finally, I was talking past her the way she was talking past me. We gotta stop that in this country. We gotta listen to each other again." He also sought to explain his response to the protesters by saying, "I rather vigorously defended my wife, as I am wont to do."...

Should Rape Victims Be Granted Anonymity In The Court System

Yesterday, I attended a hearing in a civil matter regarding a medical related case. During the hearing, several parties from a number of cases gathered in the judge’s chambers waiting for their turn to be heard. The most shocking case heard by the judge was a civil filing regarding a rape case (that I have nothing to do with). 

Before the lawyer for the Plaintiff began to speak I couldn't help but notice the top paper of his notepad had the words "BRUTAL RAPE" in capital letters with a page full of statements. Then I looked across from him at the Defendant’s lawyer and it was a female attorney.

The male attorney for the plaintiff argued for anonymity for his client who was "brutally raped" over the course of 3-days, being held against her will and violently attacked. It was a bit jarring witnessing a female defend a rape case in demanding the identity of the alleged victim be made public. Some hire women in such cases for sympathy, but it doesn’t always work.

The male lawyer looked dismayed borderline stunned at the whole display and I don’t believe he was acting. He kept trying and trying to get his point across, but the female lawyer sitting across from him was absolutely cold-hearted and even smirked at him at one point regarding his contentions. I thought to myself, I wish she could see herself. While I do not know all the specifics of the case, if she takes that attitude into court, the jury will show her client no sympathy.

 

Rape victim Oksana Makar was beaten up very badly and left for dead. Videos of her in hospital revealed a very emotionally distraught young woman. She later died, succumbing to her terrible injuries.

Rape is very serious and terrible. Women all over the world are raped every day. It is a horrible crime with negative, lasting long-term effects. The disturbing trend of women being given date rape drugs snuck into their drinks, without their knowledge or consent, by desperate, law-breaking men who have unquestionably gone too far, is alarming and sickening.

Rappers such as Rick Ross do the public a great disservice by promoting date rape drugs via unconscionable music lyrics, attempting to trivialize and desensitized the public to something that is quite sick and serious. Date rape is not funny. Men who engage in said conduct should have more pride than to do such a thing.

Some believe alleged rape victims should be able to remain anonymous, while others state they should not be allowed to do so. Can you blame a real rape victim from not wanting her name to go public. It’s almost like a second victimization, with the way some people speak, attacking the victim.

Some women do cry rape, but many are telling the truth and deserve to be protected by the public and court system. In closing, if a woman does not want you, keep your hands and your other body parts to yourself. Be a man and have some pride in yourself and learn to accept rejection. Do not take what is not yours and was not offered to you. Stop reading signs and signals that are not there. She does not need to be forced or relaxed via a date rape drug. When a woman says no it means no.

Judicial Commission Rules Miami Judge Ana Maria Pando Violated The Judicial Cannons

This is a follow up to the February 23, 2012 article "Judge Ana Maria Pando Is Another Miami Judge Being Called Corrupt." The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission has ruled that Judge Ana Maria Pando violated the judicial cannons by, "'Lending the prestige of judicial office' to a friend who is the owner of several medical clinics that had appeared regularly before her." Previously, in a separate 2005 incident, Pando was fined $25,000 for accepting what was in essence bribes via "improper campaign donations."

I'm not surprised by this story. It has been my experience, as a victim of crime, both the justice and judicial systems do not work, due to corruption. It is undeniable at this point, as it has happened too many times.

Look what happened to 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida. That could have been any black person. Martin was minding his own business, but was stalked, shot and killed. The authorities completely covered it up and incriminatingly refused for how long to release the 911 tapes. They continue to refuse to arrest his murderer George Zimmerman.

People have to be starting petitions and protests to bring attention to the terrible injustice of it all...and still no arrest. The public will never forget that, as Zimmerman should have been arrested weeks ago. The justice system has failed in that he has been free all this time and after the murder of a minor.

I can't say the corruption problem is relegated to Florida, as I've seen corruption come out of Atlanta, Georgia (Appeals Circuit) and Washington, D.C. (Supreme Court) as well, in addition to many cases all over the country I have covered for the website, which will be apart of my forthcoming book and indie film that I will start shooting this year (I don't need to go through Hollywood to get it done, released and out to a big audience).
