Sean Penn Under Criminal Investigation By The Mexican Government Over Contact With El Chapo

New reports have surfaced revealing mentally disturbed Hollywood actor, Sean Penn, is under criminal investigation by the Mexican government, for having secret contact with the world's biggest drug kingpin, El Chapo, real name Joaquin Guzman, who was in hiding after escaping prison in Mexico. Penn and his Hollywood cohorts contacted El Chapo via an actress, who is also under investigation, regarding doing a movie on his life.

Intrigued by the idea, El Chapo consented to speak to Penn in a Mexican jungle. Sensing a tourist would not visit said remote jungle, as it is not apart of Mexico's famed tourist districts frequented by many international visitors, the Mexican government discretely and secretly began following Penn, who led them right to El Chapo. After the Penn meeting in the jungle, Mexican authorities secretly followed El Chapo back to his safe house and arranged a raid of the property. After a fierce gun battle at the safe house, El Chapo was recaptured by the Mexican government. El Chapo and his Sinaola cartel are now wondering if Penn ratted them out.

Penn and those in the Hollywood sect he belongs to (Kabbalah) are always insanely sticking their noses where they do not belong. When former U.S. President, George W. Bush, deceitfully declared war on Iraq, Penn insanely announced to the world he is going to the region "on a fact finding mission." It was arrogant, deluded and dangerous at the same time. Penn left America for Iraq in what could have ended in tragedy.

Much in the same way Penn's fellow Kabbalah sect member, Dennis Rodman, went to North Korea and caused an international incident that angered Americans, regarding befriending and helping its head of state, Kim Jong-un. Rodman, as an American citizen, should not have been over there, especially in that capacity, as it appeared he was supporting a man threatening to wipe the United States off the map.

While it is great to travel the world and experience different cultures, when a civilian engages in meddlesome conduct that impedes the ability of domestic or international governments to do their business, said individuals have gone too far. You are entertainers, not elected government officials or employees of any recognized sovereign nation.

It’s not secret the U.S. government wants to extradite Mexican drug kingpin, Joaquin Guzman, nickname El Chapo, on a host of narcotic offenses. However, after the Mexican government recaptured their most famous escapee, all extradition requests will reportedly be denied, as El Chapo has committed so many drug related offenses in Mexico, he is eligible for hundreds of years in prison, far outlasting his life span.

El Chapo was caught after Hollywood began indirectly contacting him through third parties, stating they wish to make a biopic about his life. Intrigued by the idea, El Chapo consented to an interview for Rolling Stone magazine, with disturbed, mentally unstable actor, Sean Penn, which took place in a Mexican jungle. It is through Penn that the Mexican government traced the location of the world’s top cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and marijuana supplier. The Mexican military planned and executed a perfectly timed raid and recaptured El Chapo, who had previously escaped in 1994, then again in 2001 and remained at large for 13-years until his 2014 capture.

El Chapo has been remanded into custody. Needless to say, there will be no bail in this case. El Chapo’s mug shot reveals the hair on his head and trademark mustache have been shaved. As for Penn, suspicion surrounds him, as some will question whether the U.S. government sought to capture El Chapo and used him in a bid to do so. El Chapo still has large cash reserves hidden on the outside and has extensive ties to drug criminals apart of his network of crime.

El Chapo has been using money from the drug trade to live lavishly for two decades. Previously, his mansion was raided and seized by the Mexican government. Stolen art, exotic tigers, lions and cheetahs were seized as well, in addition to $207 million dollars in currency stored in a room of the mansion protected by armed guards.

A bad example of life imitating art has surfaced regarding Damion Hardy, 40, the drug dealer and ex-boyfriend of rapper Lil Kim. Hardy, a fan of the 1991 film classic "New Jack City" tried to become like the lead character Nino Brown, a murderous drug dealer, who took over an entire apartment block in New York, using the moniker "Cash Money Brothers" for his outfit's moniker.

Hardy, who used to live with Kim in her New Jersey mansion, has been sentenced to six life sentences for drug offenses and commissioning the murders of dozens of people in New York, via his "Cash Money Brothers" drug and murder outfit. One of Hardy's henchmen, Aaron Granton, was also found guilty. Family members of the deceased slammed Hardy and Granton after the guilty verdicts were read for robbing them of their loved ones.

While running his drug outfit from the Lafayette Gardens housing projects in Brooklyn, New York, Hardy ordered the murder of the brother of the former bodyguard to champion heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson. Hardy also ordered the murder of a man he believed disrespected him at a roller skating rink. The government successfully prosecuted Hardy and Granton on six murders, but there are believed to be many more.

The U.S. government stated, "CMB maintained control of Lafayette Gardens through acts of violence that included near-daily gun battles with rival organizations and numerous murders. For example, in 1998, Hardy ordered a junior gang member to shoot and kill Michael Colon because Hardy believed Colon disrespected and humiliated him at a roller skating rink. In 1999, while Hardy was incarcerated, his brother Myron was shot and killed in Lafayette Gardens. Hardy and other CMB members believed that a rival drug dealer named Ivery “Peanut” Davis and other members of Davis’s drug organization were responsible for the murder. While Hardy lay wounded in the hospital, Damion Hardy, from his prison cell, directed his gang members to exact revenge and ordered CMB members to murder Darryl Baum, James Hamilton, Tyrone Baum, and Ivery Davis—each was murdered by Granton. Davis’s killing also resulted in the death of an innocent bystander, Johan Camitz."

A Colombian drug lord accidentally shipped $17 million dollars worth of cocaine to the Aldi supermarket chain in Berlin, Germany. The 660 pounds of cocaine were confiscated by police, after representatives for the international supermarket chain contacted the authorities. This constitutes the largest confiscation in German history.

The drug dealer had concealed the drugs as a large shipment of bananas, by using boxes labeled as such. However, due to a mix up, someone assumed the boxes actually contained bananas and merrily transferred them to the Aldi store. There is an irate drug kingpin somewhere very ticked off over his missing shipment.

BERLIN (AP) — Berlin police on Monday found more than 386 kilograms (850 pounds) of cocaine inside banana boxes at a discount grocery chain in what authorities say is the largest-ever seizure of the drug in the German capital. No arrests have been made. The cocaine was wrapped in black plastic packs of one kilogram (about two pounds) each and hidden between the bananas, police spokesman Michael Gassen said. He said it was the largest-ever cocaine seizure in Berlin.

The drugs were found in 14 different branches of the Aldi chain in and around Berlin. Investigators were still searching through further banana deliveries at other Aldi branches and the city's wholesale market. The market value of the cocaine was estimated at around 15 million euros ($16.8 million)...

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late singer, Whitney Houston, remains in a medically induced coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Brown was given a tracheotomy, to facilitate her breathing, after a January 31, 2015 drug overdose and drowning in her bathtub.

Doctors have told the Brown and Houston families there is nothing more they can do for Bobbi Kristina at this time, as reports indicate she was submerged under water for several minutes. Brown did not look well at all when she was taken to the hospital, due to several minutes of submersion. She also had unrelated physical injuries that police are investigating, after her drug dealer Max Lomas confirmed Bobbi Kristina had a fight with boyfriend Nick Gordon, who has been abusive to her for some time.

Bobbi Kristina grew up in an abusive household, as her father, R&B singer, Bobby Brown, struck her mother on a number of occasions. To a young girl raised in such an environment, an abusive relationship is the norm, though there is nothing normal about it in any measure. No one deserves to be abused. It was a relationship Bobbi Kristina should have gotten out of years ago, but addictions, dating her enabler and the grief of her mother's passing caused her to stay.

When people are in love they sometimes tolerate things that are unfair and unkind. When you think you can't do without a person, it's a rough thing. I can only imagine how terrified Bobbi Kristina must have been at times. Now her abuser, Gordon, wants to see her in the hospital and is making public pleas via his lawyer. Brown's family is angry with him and have declined his requests. Gordon should desist attempting to see Brown.

Chelsea Bennett was a close friend of aspiring singer, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late music legend, Whitney Houston. Bennett died of a heroin overdose a year ago, after a man injected her with a lethal dose of pure heroin, while a drug dealer was present. The two men have been charged with murder. A third man was charged with concealing her death.

Bennett and Brown were close friends, attested by items on Bobbi Kristina's Instram page, where she posted, "“I love you chels! So much fun with you & have been friends with you since I can remember! Thanks for always being there for me… Ahh adore you mamacita! XO.”

The Judiciary Report previously wrote Bobbi Kristina was moving in the wrong circle of friends. Many of Bobbi Kristina's friends in her age group are addicts, while others are yes men and yes women, who did not challenge her addictions, fearing she would cut them off. Bobbi Kristina was not listening to the advice of her elders, who did not want to get too stern with her, for fear of alienating her altogether.

Two Men Charged with Murder in the Drug Death of Bobbi Kristina's Friend

February 18, 2015 - Two men have been charged with murder in the heroin overdose death of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s close friend.  RadarOnline.com reports Chelsea Bennett died last March at the age of 20 from a lethal dose of extra pure heroin. She was reportedly unconscious for 10 hours before someone called 911.


Two men -- one who allegedly injected the heroin into Bennett, and the other, the alleged drug dealer -- were both charged with murder. A third man was charged with concealing Bennett’s death. Their court case is set to begin in two weeks.

As stated in the February 3, 2015 article "Bobbi Kristina Brown On Life Support Due To Overdose Confirming Previous Site Statements From 2012 " Nick Gordon, boyfriend of Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, had been abusing the reality star. 4-days later reports surfaced that police are now investigating Gordon for abusing Bobbi Kristina, as there are unexplained bruises and injuries on her body. Gordon and drug dealer, Max Lomas, have retained lawyers, which gives a certain impression. Lomas stated Gordon cleaned up blood stains in the house before police and paramedics arrived on the scene.

The Judiciary Report also made claims Gordon was jealous of Bobbi Kristina's fame. Mainstream outlets are now reporting the same. The Daily Mail revealed today that Bobbi Kristina and Gordon tried to get a reality show and when she was offered more money, he became angry and scrapped the project.

As stated previously on the site, when Bobbi Kristina announced she was going to record an album, Gordon did the same shortly after. He began using Bobbi Kristina as a means to get a music career. Gordon was using Bobbi Kristina's connections fostered by her late mother, in trying to get things going with an entertainment career of his own . Gordon was also using Houston's memory to manipulate and control Bobbi Kristina, whom he got violent with and mentally abused. It was not a healthy relationship. He further controlled her with drugs.

Drug dealer Max Lomas, who was arrested three weeks ago with a saleable amount of narcotics and drug processing and measuring paraphernalia, was present in the home of Bobbi Kristina Brown, when paramedics arrived to transport her to the hospital after a drug overdose and drowning in her bathtub. The 21-year-old woman, who is the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, is currently on life support and is brain dead.

Lomas disputes reports by Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina, who was raised as her brother for over a decade, was the one who found and revived her (Bobbi Kristina‘s father, singer Bobby Brown, is also disputing claims by Nick Gordon and his daughter, that they were married).

Lomas stated through his attorney Philip A. Holloway, regarding Bobbi Kristina's condition when he found her, "She appeared to be lifeless at that point in time. He pulled her out and he was the one who called 911 and initiated the medical process." She was indeed lifeless. Paramedics reported when they arrived Bobbi Kristina had no heartbeat and was not breathing. Bobbi Kristina was underwater for several minutes. Hence brain death occurring, after the drugs stopped her poor little heart in the bathtub.

The question is, how and why did Lomas enter the bathroom where Bobbi Kristina lay naked, face down in the tub. He’s not her husband or boyfriend. What prompted Lomas to enter Bobbi Kristina’s bathroom while she bathed. Why did he feel this was okay. This story has more to it than meets the eye.

Bobbi Kristina, much like her mother, overdosed in a bathtub, in incidents that occurred three years apart, with their bodies somehow turning over and ending up face down in the water. Many are questioning how they were both found face down, as no one takes a bath in that manner. Both mother and daughter had a habit of taking hot baths individually whilst under the influence of illegal drugs, prescription drugs and alcohol, for elevated levels of relaxation, which is very dangerous.
