Thanks To Miley Cyrus’ Butt Bouncing VMAs Performance The Word ‘Twerk’ Lands In The Dictionary

The word "twerk" has twerked its way into the Oxford dictionary, thanks to singer Miley Cyrus’ raunchy Video Music Awards performance this past Sunday. Twerking is essentially shaking one’s backside, like one is on stage at a strip club challenging the honor and integrity of one’s family in clear sight of the public.

Cyrus has been hit with a significant amount of criticism for her r-rated performance (r is for "ratchet" another slang word that's scaring and scarring many, which could also hit the dictionary). The VMAs is proving a turning point in Cyrus' career, but sadly not for the better, as now she is known for strip club antics, rather than her acting and singing abilities.

The world "fumb" did not make the cut and as such, was excluded from the dictionary. However, it is a shame, as fumb, which means "big toe" could have been used to describe Megan Fox's thumbs (finger thumbs). It would be much easier for the blogs to use the word "fumb" regarding Fox, rather than calling her "toe thumbs."

Another word bloggers frequently used to describe Madonna, "fugly" failed to make the dictionary as well. Why do they never think of bloggers when they make these dictionary decisions.

Atheist rapper Lil Wayne has been sentenced to 1-year in prison on illegal gun possession charges. He pled guilty today in a New York court. This is not the rapper's first brush with the law, as he was previously arrested for drug possession.

It's time for Lil Wayne to shed that dangerous lifestyle he glorifies in his music and attempts to live out in his personal life, as he has children and more on the way. It's difficult to be a dad when you are in prison.

Forsaking the Bible for the dictionary, as you claim, was also unwise, as the dictionary can't save you, but Jesus can.
