Rapper Lil Wayne Sued Again For Not Paying $96,000 Fireworks Bill

New Orleans rapper, Lil Wayne, who now lives in Miami, has been sued for the umpteenth time, regarding non-payment of bills. A year ago, Wayne was sued for owing over $1,000,000 plus $800,000 in damages and legal fees regarding non-payment of a private jet he had customized and used for a year, as well as defrauding entertainment industry talent out of music royalties and engaging in copyright infringement. 

Due to the private jet lawsuit and his non-payment of $200,000 in legal fees his attorney is owed for defending it (albeit they lost the case but understandably so LOL) $2,000,000 of Wayne's $30,000,000 in art was seized this month by the Miami Dade's Sheriff Office, who raided his home under court order (the financial judgment). If Wayne wants his art back, he has to cough up the $2,000,000 he owes to his creditors. 

Wayne has now been sued by Pyrotek Special Effects regarding his 2013 concert tour, for failure to pay for fireworks displays used in his music shows. The company has obtained a court judgment for $96,000, as they had previously struck a settlement with Wayne to pay a financial figure, but he failed to do so. If Wayne does not pay, the sheriff's office could end up knocking the locks off his front door again and seizing more of his property.

People deserve to be paid for their work. I don't know why some in Hollywood, particularly the so-called, self-proclaimed "Illuminati" have the mentality that people's time, hard work and property are free for them to exploit for undue enrichment. You can afford to pay people what you owe them. Stop ripping people off.

It seems Wayne got a bunch of fireworks from Pyrotek Special Effects for his 2013 tour, including 200 tracer comets, 92 silver gerbs, 2 white flashes with a bang, 36 propane tanks and 30 lbs of exploding powder. Wayne didn't pay and the company sued, but they struck a settlement. Thing is ... Wayne never paid up, so the company just went back to court and got a $96k judgment...

Young Money rapper, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, was sued this year by an aviation company in Miami, for ordering the $1,000,000 customization of a Gulfstream private jet, accepting it under leasing terms and failing to pay the bill. The private jet, which costs $55,000 per month to run, was used by Lil Wayne, but the company did not receive payment in accordance with the terms of the leasing deal. A verdict has been reached in the case and Lil Wayne was hit with a $1,800,000 court judgment. 

Lil Wayne's money troubles are piling up. He is attempting to sell his $10,000,000 Miami mansion that he should not have bought, as he could not afford it (he has been delinquent in not paying the $220,000 property tax bill for 2014). Lil Wayne is also facing many lawsuits for copyright infringement, defrauding songwriters and producers out of royalties he is contractually obligated to pay and non-payment of other bills. This behavior is typical of Hollywood, where they all want to live the high life that many of them are not entitled to, so they rob others to fund their lifestyles and run up bills, then don't want to pay them.

Entertainers and athletes sometimes suffer from bad planning. Rapper and Cash Money owner, Birdman, is no different. For years he flaunted his wealth with wasteful financial displays, but according to the latest report, his money problems have worsened. Birdman, real name, Bryan Williams, owes $12,447.28 in maintenance fees on his condo in Miami. He has not paid his homeowners association fees in months with reports of bounced checks. 

Considering tens of millions of dollars have flown through Birdman's hands, this was preventable. The Judiciary Report constantly advocates proper financial planning and careful spending. Birdman spent money putting mink in his cars as upholstery and on his feet, via shoes, in ostentatious purchases that quickly depreciated. He purchased a mansion in Miami and over renovated it for the area. He spent six figures on one chandelier alone and imported a fortune in marble. 

Birdman has wasted several million dollars on buying luxury cars and customizing them, for vehicles that have lost 70 percent of their worth. He has also wasted a lot of money on entourages, women and partying, to the tune of millions of dollars. That's money that could have been working for him in a sensible side business outside the industry.

However, he like many mainstream stars believed the money would always be coming in. Making huge sums of money and continually in the business is the exception and not the rule.

Congress In Trouble As 60% Of Americans Want Them Voted Out And Fired Over Government Shutdown

An NBC poll reveals 60% of Americans want every member of Congress voted out, fired for the current federal government shutdown. Their inability to address national debt, budget deficits and ObamaCare, among other things, all while consistently voting for and approving salary increases for themselves, is not sitting well with the public.

Once again, they need to end the shutdown. Government workers who are currently not being paid have mortgages, car payments, gas, utility and food costs to pay for and need their money. Non-payment of bills such as mortgages and car payments will also damage their credit reports and put them in danger of default (foreclosure, repossession). This is not the time for politicians to be playing chicken.

NBC/WSJ poll: 60 percent say fire every member of Congress

Throw the bums out. That’s the message 60 percent of Americans are sending to Washington in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, saying if they had the chance to vote to defeat and replace every single member of Congress, including their own representative, they would. Just 35 percent say they would not.

According to the latest NBC/WSJ poll, the shutdown has been a political disaster. One in three say the shutdown has directly impacted their lives, and 65 percent say the shutdown is doing quite a bit of harm to the economy. NBC's Chuck Todd reports.

With Brown's latest album "Fortune" flopping on the charts, his growing expenses, including sports cars, maintaining a house and condo, the latter is on the market for sale, plus keeping women like Karrueche Tran, his funds are going down. Modeling is another avenue for Brown to make money.

Crazy, Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, is still in financial trouble. Despite the fact, since her release from jail and rehab, she has been pimping herself out for low brow work, taking payment for staged paparazzi pics and recently settled the ETrade case, the disgraced actress is still in financial straits. That's because she was so in debt, the money she has coming in via questionable means, really is not making a dent in her debts.

Maybe if she'd stop shoveling cocaine up her soon-to-be collapsed nostrils, she'd have more money, as it is an expensive vice. However, Lohan does not see the importance of such restraint and continues in a vicious cycle of drunken drug abuse and financial destitution.

Her drug and shopping addictions have cost her a $4,000,000 West Hollywood apartment, a $2,000,000 Hollywood house. All that she has been left with is a bare, rented apartment with a mattress on the floor, along with expensive, gaudy clothes and tacky shoes that are so over the top, they'd go for next to nothing in a fire sale.

Let's not forget the expensive trips, hairdressing fees in the thousands per month and pretentious luxury car rentals, to show off at the club. This lifestyle, replete with highs that do not last, could not have been worth blowing $30,000,000 in the space of a few short years. At least when MC Hammer did it, hundreds of impoverished people were employed for a few years, so some good was done in the community. Lindsay did it all for herself.

In spite of the fact, the latest CD by "American Idol" winner, Fantasia, entitled "Back To Me" debuted at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Charts, it is a low selling release, registering 117,000 copies sold. In the coming weeks, sales for the CD will drastically decline, leaving Fantasia with a flop, struggling to go gold and platinum.

Considering, she has a North Carolina mansion, $200,000 Mercedes and adulterous boyfriend to pay for, Fantasia is in trouble. Her calculated PR bid, via attempting suicide, with her manager immediately calling 911, failed to garner the kind of sales she desired.

For years, former President George W. Bush, wanted to privatize Social Security, which would have been disastrous, in light of the ongoing financial crisis that began in 2008.

This week, one of President Barack Obama's top financial advisor's made crass statements about Social Security and was slammed in the press for it. The co-chairman of Obama's Debt Panel, Alan Simpson, vulgarly stated Social Security is a, "Milk cow with 310 million tits!" Wow, you just can't buy that kind of crass class (sarcasm).
