Boycott First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation And Coester VMS Who Are Scammers And Con Artists Engaging In Discrimination While Ripping Off People Seeking Mortgages

First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation

Beware of the companies First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and Coester VMS, as they are discriminating against minorities, people with disabilities and immigrants, who apply for mortgages. This is illegal in America and violates federal and state laws. However, they are doing this. First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation uses the faulty appraisal company, Coester VMS, who collects hefty fees, then undervalues properties, destroying good real estate deals. This also allows others affiliated with them to swoop in on equity laden properties, such as those under foreclosure that are up for sale, despite the fact mortgage applicants found the properties fair and square.

Coester VMS (Value Management Services)

First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation leaves the appraisal process for last, running up thousands in fees that mortgage applicants must pay in order to obtain a loan. By the time mortgage applicants are thousands of dollars into the process, thinking their loan will close on the date issued, within a couple days of closing, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation calls the entire thing off.

First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation

This costs mortgage applicants thousands of dollars in real estate fees. Then, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation will encourage mortgage applicants to find another property to start the paperwork heavy process all over again, running up thousands of dollars in additional fees. Buyer beware. Avoid First Guaranty Mortgage and Coester VMS. Seek your loan and appraisal needs elsewhere, lest you lose thousands of dollars and waste valuable time.

TLC’s Former Manager Pebbles Really Needs To Write A Book Due To Scandalous Claims Online

Pebbles

For the past several years, there have been scandalous rumors online about TLC’s former manager and mentor Pebbles, real name Perri McKissack. After Pebbles had a legal dispute of a contractual nature with the all female music group she made very famous, some took to the internet to post items about her that are incendiary.

For instance, several blogs have reported a claim that she was a prostitute in her native Oakland, California, where she dated a drug dealer who pimped her. There are also claims that at age 20, Pebbles married George Smith - a man twice her age who was the head of a California bank - after cheating with him as his wife lay dying of cancer. The report also states Pebbles moved into his large home and began wearing his dead wife’s clothes (furs ect) the day of the funeral. The next claim states she cheated on Smith with producer L.A. Reid, whom she married.

TLC

There are claims that during the marriage to Reid, who constantly cheated on her (which is true) she picked up with an old lover Joe Broadnax, an alleged drug dealer from Oakland, whom she became pregnant for, bearing him a secret son named Tian. A post on YouTube featured Tian claiming Pebbles never owned up to him and he is living in rough circumstances in Oakland. The video was subsequently deleted. Then there’s the long list of rumors about what transpired with TLC, which needs to be addressed.

TLC, L.A. Reid and Pebbles. A reliable source responsible for some of my exclusives has again confirmed to me that Chilli had an affair with Pebbles' then husband L.A. Reid. The source stated "Chilli is lying" regarding denials about the affair.

It's great that Pebbles has now become a minister and has been devoting time to help people, which is a good thing. Pebbles has led a very interesting life, filled with accomplishments and heartbreak. A book by her would be an interesting read. I would definitely buy that book.

IRS Slaps Jermaine Dupri With Another Massive Tax Lien

Jermaine Dupri

Former rapper and music producer, Jermaine Dupri has been hit with another massive tax lien from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IRS just loves you (um, no they don't). Previously, Dupri borrowed $4,000,000 against his music catalog (is it really worth that) to pay the IRS and state taxes in Georgia. Suntrust has sued him stating he defaulted on the loan.

Now the IRS is back with a vengeance stating Dupri is delinquent on his taxes again and $800,000 is owed to the agency. Maybe Dupri can call his ex-girlfriend, Janet Jackson, whom he cheated on with a stripper he knocked up and ask her to borrow money now that she's married a billionaire (sarcasm).

At the height of Dupri's fame he was very cocky with his money, rubbing people's faces in it. He treated a number of people in the industry badly, resulting in lawsuits for theft and fraud. Dupri's burned many people and now his lavish lifestyle he stole from a number of writers and producers to maintain has caught up with him.

Jermaine Dupri Set To Lose His Music Catalog Over Loan He Defaulted On

Music producer Jermaine Dupri, famous for hits by Kris Kross and Mariah Carey, is in danger of losing his million dollar music catalog. Dupri, who lives very lavishly and has lost most of his assets as a result, borrow $4,800,000 from SunTrust bank in 2009, using his music catalog as collateral, much like affiliate Michael Jackson repeatedly did with his stake in the Sony catalog.

However, where Jackson's share of the Sony catalog was worth a few hundred million dollars, Dupri's catalog is worth a few million at best and does not generate the kind of revenue needed to repay a $4,800,000 loan, after his expenses and wild spending.

Suntrust is now stating the loan is in default and suing Dupri for $1,900,000 plus interest and penalties. It's another blow in Dupri's ever widening financial problems. His Atlanta mansion went into foreclosure twice and is facing auction, he was hit with a $3,000,000 tax bill that he paid off recently, he lost his restaurant, record label and Janet Jackson, who dumped him for his cheating and married a billionaire. Dupri was also hit with costly lawsuits for copyright infringement, alleging he stole music from others.

SunTrust suing Jermaine Dupri, So So Def for $1.9M

Updated: 7:30 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 | Posted: 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Atlanta music mogul Jermaine Dupri and his So So Def Productions have been sued for $1.9 million, accused by SunTrust Banks of defaulting on a loan. The lawsuit filed this week in Atlanta appears to be the latest in a string of financial challenges for the Grammy winner, one of the most prominent music producers in the nation.

In SunTrust’s lawsuit, the bank alleges that Dupri is in default and still owes money toward a $4.9 million loan from 2010. The loan is backed by copyrighted music owned by Dupri, So So Def and other businesses, as well as a building on Briarwood Court in DeKalb County that houses two recording studios.

Neither SunTrust nor Dupri, listed as Jermaine Dupri Mauldin in the court documents, immediately returned messages seeking comment Thursday. The debt originated in 2009 as part of an earlier loan that Dupri took on to pay off income tax and other liabilities, according to a separate court document...

Toni Braxton's Foreclosed Georgia Mansion Receives Offer In Bank Auction

Toni Braxton

A formal offer has been accepted by the bank on Toni Braxton's 6-bedroom $2,000,000 Duluth, Georgia mansion, which is currently in foreclosure. The bank attached an auction price of $1,100,000 to the sprawling property, featured on the singer's reality show "Braxton Family Values."

It must be difficult for Braxton to let go of the lovely home she lived in beginning in 2004, but vacated recently, due to foreclosure and bankruptcy. Braxton is now living in a large rented mansion in Los Angeles, California, in attempting to rebuild her career.
