Rihanna's pop music career has hit a massive decline. Her current copyright infringing CD "Rated R" has flopped all over the world, struggling to go gold, whilst ticket sales to her current tour have been terrible. According to a published report, only 20% of the tickets to the tour were sold, which is very poor by anyone's standards. The tour has also been a mess, with online videos of the so-called singer falling on her backside on stage.

Since her career hit the skids, during the fourth quarter of last year, her married mentor, Jay-Z, who signed her to a record deal at age 16 and has been having sex with her for years, scaled back public appearances with Rihanna altogether. After her dubious Grammy win for the stolen song "Umbrella" that saw her riding high on the charts and in the sales department, Jay-Z was seen everywhere with Rihanna, even more than his wife, Sony singer, Beyonce.

Rihanna and Jay-Z were frequently seen together at night clubs and hotels, which was a blatant disgrace, as the former drug dealer is married, but clearly does not take his vows seriously. However, this is Jay-Z's way. He is fickle and has no integrity. Then again, neither does his wife or Rihanna.

Rihanna has grown bitter over the decline of her career, Jay-Z's abandonment and her record label's failure, regarding her current release. However, it was said by a New York label executive, "If she does not like the way we do business she can go home" to Barbados. Rihanna's not innocent in any of this either, as she is well aware that she has been engaging in conduct that is not only immoral, but illegal as well.

According to Media Take Out, Matt Kemp, the newest boyfriend of so-called singer, Rihanna, was investigated for gang rape when he was in high school. A young woman filed a police report, accusing Kemp and two of his high school teammates of gang raping her. The case was investigated, but charges were not brought.

Despite massive amounts of promotion and well over one million dollars spent in a marketing push, it's official, Rihanna's copyright infringing "Rated R" CD has flopped, selling 500,000 copies in three months, which is very weak for a major label artist. To date, the album has no hit singles either. This mark her worst showing on the charts and in the court of public opinion, as people have turned off from her, due to her poor behavior.

However, employing the Mariah Carey/Tommy Mottola sales fakery move, of shipping out way more albums to stores than one knows one can sell, Rihanna's CD has been certified platinum (meaning 1,000,000 CDs shipped, with 500,000 of them sitting on store shelves not purchased).

That's rated F for fail. One should have to literally sell the amount specified before receiving the plaques (otherwise that's just plaque). How can an artist feel good sitting on fake numbers. It's fraud.

In the music industry, the term "You're only as good as your last hit" is usually the way business works, in determining success and failure. Viewing the second week sales numbers for faux singer Rihanna's ill-fated "Rated R" album indicates she is in big trouble, as it only sold a paltry 55,000 copies for the week, bringing the grand total to 235,000 sold. International sales are also very poor as well.

The singles from the album are bombing on the charts as well. Her record deal is now firmly in jeopardy. No doubt, she will try to break into films and television, which will be hilarious for all the wrong reasons, as she can barely speak without choking or staring aimlessly into space.

Rihanna's new CD "Rated R" is still bombing in spite of the price cut to 99 cents. Clearly "Rated R" stands for "reduced" price. It is expected to sell a paltry 165,000 copies for the week, well behind the sales of several other musical acts, such as Susan Boyle, who is projected to tally 600,000 in anticipated sales.

Her label Island/Def Jam is already making excuses in Billboard magazine, but for someone to come off a Grammy win, albeit for a song she stole and allegedly become a superstar in that time, those numbers are significantly lower than they should be for someone in that scenario. Public opinion has changed on her. Feedback comments reveal this undeniable fact.

Label and distribution executives, meanwhile, project that based on early sales returns at the big box stores and pre-orders at direct marketers like Amazon and QVC, Boyle’s album is in contention to beat this year’s top debut-week seller, Eminem’s “Relapse.” That title scanned 608,000 units in the week ending May 24, according to Nielsen SoundScan. That week also represents the best overall sales week for an album this year...

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s “Rated R” is said to be underperforming expectations so far in its debut week, “which is weird because she is on television everywhere talking about Chris Brown and a lot of teenagers are looking up to her,” says the head of purchasing at a wholesale account.

But others point out that Rihanna usually doesn’t have a big first week on a new release. “Good Girl Gone Bad,” her best-selling title with 2.5 million units, according to Nielsen Soundscan, tallied 162,000 units in its debut week for the period ended June 10, 2007. That’s in line with current projections for “Rated R,” as provided to Billboard by major label sales and distribution executives.

Due to Susan Boyle's album being on course to sell 500,000 for the week and Lady Gaga leading on the iTunes chart, Rihanna's label has slashed the price of her rip off CD "Rated R." Clearly "R" stands for ridiculous, as the songs are full of violence, guns and profanity and as such has been stickered with an explicit warning. Not a good choice for a Cover Girl rep.

To stoke interest in her floundering, poorly received, stolen single "Russian Roulette" Rihanna is scheduled to make an appearance on television next week, where she is supposedly going to speak out about the Chris Brown assault case for the first time.

It's amazing that now, after all these months of silence, when her fraudulent career is faltering, she wishes to speak, using the Chris Brown domestic violence case for selfish publicity, with the hope it will translate into sales for her new CD.

Rihanna is a cruel, contentious, horrible thief that believes in physically fighting both men and women and taunting people. This time it blew up in her face, when Brown inexcusably lost his mind and started beating her back. They were both wrong and both to blame, for an incident that set such a bad example and is still being poorly handled.

It's amazing how she refuses to tell the truth about everything, pretending nothing happened, when so much has transpired. This is just the beginning of a very long process and one that is going to be very difficult for her, especially when the truth starts coming out...and it will.

As mentioned previously on the Judiciary Report, Rihanna criminally stole my preexisting copyrighted song "Russian Roulette" slapped it together with a 1998 wrestling CD cover and stole her forthcoming album title "Rated R" from a 1990s title by Ralph Tresvant of New Edition. Now, it has been revealed, she stole her new image from Dutch singer Eva. Previously she stole from FeFe Dobson.

Copyright infringement is a crime under domestic and international law. It is illegal to rip off movies, music, photos, artwork, CD covers, song download photos and articles, to name a few.

Rihanna's whole career is an absolute fraud. You will not be remembered well for it and history is going to correct itself. She's currently being slammed all over the internet, due to said unoriginality.

Real artists don't steal or borrow, the latter being semantics. True artists innovate and create.

In my Copyrighted Catalog is a song titled "Russian Roulette" and it has been copyrighted for years, which predates Rihanna's rip off released yesterday. Once again, the FBI is free to check and compare the copyrights and the dates.

That hairdo is just plain wrong. But she is a butch, man fighting lesbian, so it was to be expected.

Only, the wretched, thieving beast, Rihanna, has changed some of my anti-Russian Roulette song, to make it a pro-Russian Roulette song, with an added lyric chanting "Pull the trigger." How irresponsible and grossly unethical.

Music often has a suggestive effect on people. Ms. Rihanna better hope that no one commits some act of terrible violence, suicide or murder, due to those altered, repetitive lyrics or God will punish her for it.

Her audience is young and impressionable and this is what the nasty, money grubbing, vile loser gives them in the way of entertainment. God have mercy on your soul.

I think what disgusts me the most about Rihanna is her willingness to do anything for money, like an animal raised in a cave with no morals or dignity.

She disgracefully proclaimed in an article that she loves money and thinks about it all the time and mark my words, that love of money and willingness to do anything for it, including breaking domestic and international law, is going to land her in prison and the poor house.
