Singers, Raz-B, formerly of B2K, his brother, Ricky Romance and vocalist, Quindon Tarver, have publicly complained that music manager and TUG production company owner, Chris Stokes, molested them when they were underage and had others, such as solo artist, Marques Houston, do the same. Ricky Romance accused Stokes of molesting Houston, who in turn molested others for the manager's sexual gratification.

However, nothing has been done about any of their complaints and Stokes continues to work in the entertainment industry, around teenage boys, which is a public hazard. How has this gone uninvestigated. Why aren't more questions being asked by local and federal authorities, as the alleged misconduct is crossing state lines.

Stokes' next project, a movie called, Boogie Town, which has been stalled a number of times and is a year behind its previously announced release date, is full of teenage boys and young men in their twenties and thirties.

Once again, why is this matter not being investigated. Is it due to Stokes' alleged gang ties in Los Angeles or his friendship with a local police chief. Each time someone comes forward about Stokes, shortly after, the public hears reports of the individual's life being threatened. If Stokes is a sexual predator molesting young boys, the authorities need to bring him in for public safety.

Looking back, he says he was “manipulated,” “cheated,” and “sabotaged” by Stokes. But according to Tarver, the damage to his career was just the beginning. “I have had some things that haunted me for quite some time,” he says, his voice in a whisper. “He is a very dirty, rotten guy.”
“For a certain amount of years, I was molested. I wouldn’t say exactly by Chris, but he would organize it.” Tarver stops speaking. It sounds like he’s hyperventilating. “He’d organize activities to be dome as he sat and watched … Watching or coaching, if you will.
He would make another member of [Immature] like come and do things … Oh my God. Four years. It was rough.”
Tarver says Stokes made him take showers with the other boys. He says Stokes would ask him, “Who do you think of at night when you masturbate?” He says Stokes made him and Marques Houston kiss each other. “[I can take] a lie detector test, anything,” he says. “This is just a little bit of the things I went through.”
Quindon says his “crying days are over”. He has forgiven Stokes and Immature. “I’ve given it to God. He can take care of it better than anyone can. I think [Stokes] felt like he killed my name, killed my career, everything. But see, what God has for me is for me, and it ain’t nothing he can do about it. [Stokes] is not going to stay on top forever….God isn’t going to allow that”.

Interview With Ricky Romance
TNU: In a press release, Omarion came out against the allegations that you and Raz B are making about Chris Stokes. Have you talked to him?
RICKY ROMANCE: Omarion is brainwashed. That’s it. And, listen, Omarion ain’t make no statement. I know that because I know his PR person. Chris made a statement for Omarion. Omarion doesn’t do nothin that doesn’t go through Chris first. And what he doesn’t realize is, Chris don’t give a **** about him.
TNU: Stokes has worked with several groups, Immature, B2K. Predators tend to carefully choose their victims based upon their vulnerabilities. Do you believe this was the case with Stokes?
RICKY ROMANCE: I can’t say for a fact that everyone got molested, but I know a lot definitely did and I won’t name names, but…. There was this kid Quindon who Chris worked with, and he’s ready to speak out. I mean, he doesn’t want his name out there, but he really wants to talk and come forward. And with IMX…. Marques Houston and Chris Stokes have been lovers for years. Yeah, Chris is married, and it's a real marriage as far as them being down for each other, but Marques will always be there. Why do you think all through the B2K period he was keeping Marques Houston's name alive when Marques was over...They had to shout out IMX, who gave a **** about IMX??? It's b/c Chris was, you know, with Marques.... That's why he kept poppin up. He told [the boys in B2K] always say my name and always say IMX.

TNU: Do you believe Marques’s relationship with Chris began when Marques was younger?
RICKY ROMANCE: I know it did. Look, Marques had lived with Chris since before his mom died. I don’t know if you’ve ever been on a tour bus before, but we’d be at truck stops and Marques would get off and buy a box of Magnum condoms and, I mean, wasn’t no girls on that bus, so what you need a box of condoms for? And you know on the bus there’s a room all the way in the back. So all of us would be sittin in the front of the bus and Chris and Marques would always be in the backroom watchin’ movies, just the two of ‘em and nobody said anything but we knew what was goin’ on. Marques Houston likes girls and messes with girls, but he’s a bisexual man, everyone knows that.
TNU: Chris Stokes is married. He has kids too right?
RICKY ROMANCE: I love [Chris’s wife], she’s a great person. She’s been there for him, she’s crazy about him. He finally married her after B2K broke up because he needed a new image. Like I said, that’s my family, and this hurts, but I’m not gonna hide what I know, because it happened and it’s wrong. It’s f***** people’s lives up, and I’m the kind of person who stands up for people.

Another Singer Accuses Chris Stokes & Marques Houston Of Molestation

Quindon Tarver had a brush with fame in 1996 after appearing in Baz Luhrmann’s film adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes. Tarver appeared in the movie as a member of a church choir, where he sang a popular rendition of Prince’s “When Doves Cry.”
