Qualified scientists have ripped apart the FBI's shoddy anthrax case, which regrettably drove an innocent man to suicide. Clearly wathcing too much TV and spending an obscene amount of time, illegally snooping on real scientists, via abusing the Patriot Act, the FBI lost its ever loving mind and decided as law enforcement, to develop their own branch of science.
This would be hilarious, save for the very important fact, an actual innocent man lost his life over the FBI's madness. Scientist, Bruce Ivins, sadly committed suicide, when the FBI began stalking, terrorizing and hounding him, as the man they chose to pin the 2001 anthrax case on, where a member of Congress and everyday citizens were exposed to spores sent by mail.

Following their usual line of corruption and crookedness, the FBI quickly tried to close the anthrax case, after costing Ivins his life. However, scientists worldwide, sensing a miscarriage of justice had transpired, spoke out against the FBI, with many threatening to sue them.
A panel was formed and this week they released their findings that Ivins was innocent. The scientist was a patsy they chose to pin the blame on, to meet one of their standard arrest quotas, to extract more American taxpayers' money from Congress.
Will the Obama Administration continue the cover up or will justice be served. Considering the FBI owns Obama, due to spying favors they have done for him, in violation of domestic and international law, I say no.
Meanwhile, the real killer remains at large. Then again, may be not, as reports surfaced the spores used in the attacks came from a CIA laboratory. Yes, the same CIA that was slammed in the press for willfully breaking international law 100,000 times per year.

On January 16. 2010, in a story this website broke first, the Judiciary Report wrote regarding the FBI's discredited aged Osama Bin Laden photo:
"The sensible, logical way to have gone about it is working with an actual photo of the real subject and adding greying to the hair and to the face, progressing it with wrinkles, slight jowls, a bit of crows feet, a mild wrinkling of the nose and things of that order, to create a projected image of what the person would look like as time passes. But the FBI took the loco approach - they cut and pasted pictures together, infusing the subject's image with that of other people, which is criminally negligent and reckless in law enforcement, as it will have the public looking for and trying to kill the wrong person. All the signs are there that a crazy person is running the FBI."
Today, IT photo expert and a professor at the University of Toronto, Parham Aarabi, confirmed what the Judiciary Report wrote two weeks ago, regarding what was truly the best way to age progress a photo of Osama Bin Laden. He stated, "The new way is to try to understand a person's face and see how that person would naturally age -- use physics and computer graphics in that sense to see realistically how my hairline and my skin will change as I get older."

The photo set posted above shows the correct age progression technique, rather than the crazy one the FBI illegally employed, in committing copyright infringement and identity theft, in merging the photo of the most notorious terrorist in the world, with that of Spanish Member of Parliament, Gaspar Llamazares.
The FBI still does not grasp the offense they have caused, but imagine it this way. What if law enforcement in Spain decided to put out an age progressed photo of a terrorist responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people and used a photo of Senator Ted Kennedy, Senator Patrick Leahy or even President Obama to create the hair, forehead, eyebrows, face shape and beard in the mock up, then disseminated it to millions all over the world. The White House and U.S. Congress would be outraged.
The FBI has declined to comment on the NextGov.com article containing the professor's commentary. Of course, they will think people are trying to show them up, but it is a matter of public safety. You cannot go around using innocent people's images for law enforcement mock-ups.
What's scary is people okayed the terrible FBI mock-up at said agency, the Department of Justice and the State Department, when one look should have told them that was not really Bin Laden in the photo.
If I'd worked in any of those government agencies and someone asked me to sign off on that crazy FBI photo amalgamation, I would not have under any circumstances and asked the person who brought it to me, "Either you hate me and want me to get fired or think I need glasses or both." My next question would have been, "No really, who is that in the photo?"

The FBI should have focused on the physical aging of the suspect's unique skin type during a recent computerized age progression of Osama bin Laden instead of simply combining facial features from other photographs, says an expert on face detection and image processing algorithms...
"If I was looking for hairlines, I would perhaps look for a photo of bin Laden," said Parham Aarabi, chief executive officer of face visualization firm Modiface and an associate professor in the electrical and computer engineering department at the University of Toronto. "I would have used as much of Osama's own photo as possible."...
Modiface generated an age-enhanced photo of bin Laden in five seconds using an automated, Web-based tool without any manual user intervention or editing, and without additional photos or illustrations, Aarabi said. Modiface last week made the tool available free to the public, hoping that the law enforcement community will experiment with it...
"About five to 10 years ago, the software that existed involved adding overlays -- or taking elements of a photo [of an older person] and adding it to a photo that they wanted to age," Aarabi said. The FBI continues to make excuses, in the fall out of the Fort Hood terrorist attack, stating it did have suspect, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, under investigation in December 2008, for contacting Al Qaeda, but dropped the probe, deeming the emails he exchanged with them "benign" and for "research" purposes. Are you serious. That excuse does not work for pedophiles when busted and it should not work for terrorists either. How can contact with a terrorist organization, responsible for the deaths of many, be considered "benign."
Furthermore, months after that incident, in May 2009, the FBI was given Nidal Hasan's name once again, as he was accused of making Jihad threats on a public website. Not one, but two incidents, involving a man, who went on to murder 13 soldiers on U.S. soil, while injuring 38 others. Does that sound "benign" to you, Mr. Mueller. The FBI needs to change its practices, as it has gotten way too many innocent people killed. The bereaved families should sue the FBI, as this was all preventable.
Answers Sought On Fort Hood Suspect's Link To Imam
November 10, 2009 - The FBI knew that alleged Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan had communicated with a radical imam nearly a year before the attack but determined the Army psychiatrist was no threat, officials said.
Investigative officials told the Associated Press that FBI Director Robert Mueller has ordered an internal investigation into whether the agency mishandled an "assessment" of Hasan that was conducted last December and determined he did not pose a threat. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to communicate with the media.
On Monday, the FBI and military officials briefed senior lawmakers. Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said it was his understanding that Hasan and a radical Yemeni imam had exchanged 10 to 20 e-mails.
The imam, who reports have identified as Anwar al-Awlaki, was released from a jail in Yemen last year. He writes a blog that denounces U.S. policies as anti-Muslim and once presided at a mosque in Falls Church, Va., that Hasan attended.
The officials said a joint terrorism task force, with military participation, took "a look" at Hasan, but concluded his communications with al-Awlaki were "fairly benign." At the time, Hasan was conducting research on post-traumatic stress at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and the officials say Hasan's communications were judged to be consistent with that research...
Nov. 9, 2009, 11:40PM - WASHINGTON — The FBI and the Army last year investigated contacts between a Yemen-based militant Islamist prayer leader and the Army psychiatrist accused of last week’s deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, but they dropped the case after concluding that he didn’t pose a terrorist threat, a senior federal law enforcement official said Monday.
The disclosure on Monday that Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan communicated with an imam who had ties to Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers was sure to raise the question of whether U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies had information that, if properly shared and investigated, might have helped to prevent the attack.
Even before that disclosure, lawmakers were calling for inquiries into whether the Army, the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community missed warning signs about Hasan’s increasing radicalization in the months before last Thursday’s killing spree.
“I think the very fact that you’ve got a major in the U.S. Army contacting this guy (a radical imam), or attempting to contact him, would raise some red flags,” said Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich., the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee. Hoekstra said his office has been contacted by U.S. officials involved in the case who believe that “the system just broke down.”
The federal law enforcement official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the case is ongoing, said that all the facts are not yet known because the FBI and Army are poring over numerous e-mails sent by Hasan to Awlaki and other Islamist figures...

According to published reports in prominent newspapers and on networks today, regarding the Fort Hood massacre that left 13 people dead and 30 wounded, "The FBI was given the gunman's name six months ago" due to threats issued online.
Six months ago, a man by the uncommon name of, Nidal Hasan, which is the exact same name as the American-born radical Muslim being held in connection with the Fort Hood killings, posted very violent items online about the U.S. army and bringing Jihad to America.

Hasan made written statements on the internet, calling for Muslims in America to strap bombs to themselves, go to Times Square in New York and detonate them, killing innocent people. He made hateful remarks with very violent leanings regarding America.
Hasan is currently in custody and on a ventilator, after being stopped in his tracks, via four bullets from a quick thinking female solider, by the name of Kimberly Munley. Wow, with that kind of precision, you must be able to shoot a fly off a mosquito's back.

If this allegation regarding the FBI having known about this man's unlawful threats for six months, turns out to be accurate and most press outlets are insisting it is true, it would mean these terrible crimes could have been prevented.
This is exactly what the Judiciary Report was referring to several weeks ago, as something that could happen at the hands of a lone criminal, if the FBI continued to let terrorism targets remain free, to see where cases can lead:

The Judiciary Report has been stating for years the FBI’s method of investigation is terribly dangerous, flawed and would cost innocent people their lives. Why was Hasan not investigated? The written threats made online six months ago should have been immediately investigated.
Paperwork to have that person arrested should have been processed immediately, as the individual is glorifying, threatening and calling for Jihad. The person could have been arrested on treason charges and or making terroristic threats.
Federal law enforcement should have impressed upon the Court that said individual be remanded into custody, as his written threats of Jihad make him a serious danger to the public, where innocent people could lose their lives (As a preventative measure, there should be processing time, allowing law enforcement to hold terror suspects in a cell for a few days, revoking any communication with the outside world, lest they tip off any existing terror accomplices).
While, that was going on, someone should have instruct staff to immediately obtain warrants to search every single thing this man owns or ever did, enabling one to go after leads in investigating each and every phone number, email, text message, credit card purchase, receipt and place he has been, that can be obtained via existing records. This would enable one to find out exactly whom the suspected criminal was communicating with in various formats.
But the FBI doesn't work that way. They conduct investigations butt backwards, posing a terrible risk to the public. Furthermore, if it was indeed Hasan that made the threats online, his security clearance should have been revoked six months ago, as he has been working on a base with 40,000 army personnel.

You don’t leave individuals like that to roam among innocent people in society, watching and waiting to see if they will do something violent, when you have enough probable cause to make an arrest.
Stop letting people that show criminal intent via terroristic threats and declarations, wander around free, as you may not have enough time to avert a catastrophe, if they divert from their original plans, substituting it with an improvisational act of violence or murder.
Once again, if the individual that made the aforementioned threats online, was indeed Hasan, as is being stated in the press, had the FBI, who still reads this website everyday, followed what the Judiciary Report wrote several weeks ago and a few months before that and a few months before that, regarding abandoning these criminally negligent wait and see practices in criminal cases, those 13 soldiers would be alive today.
Irrespective of what is revealed regarding the identity of the internet poster by the name of, Nidal Hasan, who made the threats in question, as a "victim of crime" that has been greatly harmed by the FBI’s severe criminal negligence and seen their practices up close, breaking story after story on them, I can testify, there is no method in their madness, to borrow from the phrase. It makes no sense, does not add up, nor does it work out in the end.
They sit back and allow extensive, horrible damage to happen to innocent people, time and time again, due to horrific mismanagement, terrible corruption and very poor leadership at FBI headquarters. For further reference see the Bernard Madoff case, the R. Allen Stanford indictment and the current mortgage crisis, all items the FBI knew of for many years before each transpired and did absolutely nothing to stop from happening and damaging innocent people, though it was in their power to do so.
Their criminal negligence is of such great proportions, no decent human being will ever be able to decipher it, as it is based in bureaucracy, crookedness, arrogance and ego.

Then, the FBI gets mad and labels outspoken critics such as the Judiciary Report unpatriotic and subversive, but it is they who could care less about people and this site doesn’t support stupidity.
After all, this is the same FBI that thinks it knows more than everyone else on the planet, so much so, it clumsily invented its own form of science in the Bruce Ivins Anthrax case that not one real scientist can make a lick of sense out of, as it is based in, what is the word I'm looking for, stupidity. Ok, I'll be nice, it is based in fantasy.
It’s all good and fine for the FBI to go into Congress bragging about their so-called technological advancements, when the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, began writing about them in 2006, they didn’t even have email or a working computer system, for which the site proactively offered constructive suggestions, through a series of articles, on how to remedy the problem from an IT standpoint, as it posed a great risk to national security.
But at the end of the day, to have the tools and no basic common sense or good management and effective leadership to navigate the nation through the law enforcement challenges of the 21st Century, invalidates any so-called technological strides the FBI claims it has made.
The Judiciary Report is of the belief the FBI needs to be closed and the U.S. Congress should start a new national law enforcement agency, as the current one is not listening to reason, logic or following sound practices, due to being so immersed in corruption and incompetence.
But knowing Congress, they are going to wait until something even worse happens that is widespread and horrific in scope, before they address the problems at the FBI. However, Congress should hope that one day their negligence in overseeing said agency, doesn’t inadvertently affect their families, in the manner they’ve allowed the FBI’s criminal negligence to harm other innocent families.
For example, in the movie “Rendition” there was a corrupt Muslim officer, so immersed in helping the C.I.A. torture an innocent Arab-American citizen, wrongfully believed to be a terrorist, that he failed to pay attention to his own family, namely his daughter, who was dating a man that unbeknownst to her was a suicide bomber. One day, while out in a town square, she went up to him and he opened his shirt to reveal a bomb strapped to his chest, ready to commit a terrible human atrocity. His daughter accidentally died with bomber and many other innocent people in the town square.

Published: 9:59PM GMT 06 Nov 2009 - The US Army major who killed 13 people in a shooting spree at America's biggest military base had come to the attention of the FBI six months earlier over possible links to extremist comments posted on the internet.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan, a devout Muslim who was trying to buy his way out of the Army, was suspected of being the author of postings which compared suicide bombers to heroic soldiers who throw themselves onto grenades to save others.
It also emerged that Hasan, 39, had described the US Army as "the aggressor" in Iraq and Afghanistan and was resisting a planned deployment to Afghanistan, raising questions over whether the military missed warning signs which might have prevented the massacre.
Witnesses said Hasan shouted "Allahu akbar", Arabic for God is great, as he opened fire – a phrase commonly used by Islamic militant suicide bombers – though investigators said there was no evidence he had been recruited by al-Qaeda or other Islamic extremist organisations.
Hasan – who was initially thought to have been killed – is being kept alive on a ventilator after being shot four times by a civilian policewoman who was the first officer on the scene of the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. Officer Kimberley Munley, whose actions were described as "amazing and aggressive", is one of 30 survivors who were shot by Hasan, of whom 28 remain in hospital.
Six months ago the FBI was alerted to postings by a blogger called Nidal Hasan on the Scribd website. The author wrote about a US soldier who had died smothering a grenade blast, saying: "Scholars have paralled (sic) this to suicide bombers whose intention, by sacrificing their lives, is to help save Muslims by killing enemy soldiers.
"If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard that would be considered a strategic victory."...

The FBI is blaming the New York Police Department for a poorly handled terrorism bust, which forced the Bureau to move in on a group of suspects, earlier in their timeline than scheduled.

It is being claimed, the NYPD questioned an Imam, who was a Muslim informant and he tipped off the main suspect, who tried to flee, forcing the FBI to raid residences in New York, sooner than planned.

The FBI raided an apartment block in Queens, New York last week, sounding the proverbial alarm and citing a terrorist probe, but now claim there is no imminent danger from the city that never sleeps.
That seems rather odd, given the type of language used during the raids. Did FBI Director Mueller call the raid in an attempt to divert attention away from other pressing problems and failures regarding the agency, by employing a George W. Bush tactic, of raising the terror alert status in the country, to gain public sympathy for government gain.
To call a raid and have alleged suspects running loose is not only nonsensical it is governmentally foolish. It lends the appearance of incompetence.

WASHINGTON — FBI Director Robert Mueller says there's no imminent danger stemming from the case that led authorities to search New York City apartments for explosives and possible links to al-Qaida.
Mueller made the statement during testimony Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer of New York had asked the FBI chief to reassure New Yorkers and Americans that the case did not pose a ready danger.
