The Obama Administration Engaging In Lottery Rigging And Bribery

The Judiciary Report has broken a number of time-stamped stories that later proved 100% true and correct, among them are exclusives on the Obama Administration such as: 


Here's another exclusive. A number of unprecedented scandals have erupted during the Obama Administration regarding the lottery in select U.S. states. Lottery executives have been caught red-handed rigging the lottery to financially enrich themselves and others, in criminal violation of the law. The Judiciary Report has been receiving credible tips that the Obama Administration has also been rigging select state lotteries in America, particularly through the FBI and CIA.

Lotteries have been rigged by the Obama Administration to award winning tickets for lower level prizes, ranging from tens of thousands of dollars to a few hundred thousand dollars, in order to financially compensate people in the form of bribes for behavior that cannot be placed on the government’s books. They are being given rigged, winning lottery tickets for criminal behavior the Obama Administration cannot write government checks for, such as illegal spying, wiretapping, being high level informants against innocent prominent business people and politicians (among others), issuing threats and engaging in outright aggravated harassment of people on Obama’s “enemies list.” I have been informed of three such incidents and two of them occurred in the state of Florida.

There are currently lawsuits in U.S. courts demanding the disclosure of the names of people on Obama's "enemies list" as he is misusing his post as president to settle personal vendettas against innocent, people who publicly criticize his political policies. The Obama Administration is tampering in state lotteries and has the ability to rig the winning numbers and block scores of other tickets from winning. People have been lining up to buy tickets, going out of their way, spending money they can't spare, yet this administration is tampering in the lottery in illegal ways.

Obama’s FBI and CIA have been giving people winning lottery tickets as bribe payments for breaking U.S. Law and this is illegal on two levels. In doing so, it lends the appearance the individuals won prizes in the lottery, rather than being issued a 5 to 6 figure check by the U.S. government for engaging in unconstitutional, criminal behavior on behalf of the Obama Administration. 

The Obama Administration needs to stop using the U.S. lottery as their personal bank account, as some employees have been in criminal possession of winning tickets as well. There are also other issues, such as the Obama Administration, via the CIA and FBI, tampering in a foreign lottery of a country that is America's ally, for nefarious reasons, in what is unquestionably criminal behavior on their part.

Lottery worker rigged system to win $14 million jackpot

July 20, 2015 | 4:05PM - DES MOINES, Iowa — A former lottery security official was found guilty Monday of rigging a computerized Hot Lotto game so he could win a $14 million jackpot then trying to get acquaintances to cash the prize for him without revealing his identity.

Prosecutors said Eddie Tipton inserted a stealth program into the computer that randomly picked the numbers then deleted it so it could not be detected. Although Tipton, 52, never got his hands on the winning total, he was charged with two counts of fraud. Jurors found him guilty Monday after just five hours of deliberation. Tipton declined to comment after the verdict.

Tipton, of Norwalk, had been working for the Des Moines-based Multi-State Lottery Association since 2003 and was promoted to information security director in 2013. The nonprofit association is operated by 37 mostly state-run lotteries to oversee picking numbers for various games and other lottery game administrative functions. As an employee, Tipton was prohibited from playing the lottery in Iowa. He was fired after his January arrest...

Man accused of rigging lottery drawings

Oct. 09, 2015 - Wisconsin Lottery officials have asked the Wisconsin Department of Justice to review a December 2007 Megabucks drawing after a Multi-State Lottery employee was convicted of rigging a 16.5 million drawing in Iowa and accused of defrauding lotteries in Iowa, Wisconsin and Colorado, lottery officials said Friday. 

Eddie Tipton, who provided software updates to random number generating machines, was convicted in Iowa in July on two counts of fraud after being accused of rigging the Hot Lotto game drawing for December 29, 2010, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Lottery. Tipton produced predetermined numbers for the drawing and later purchased a ticket for the drawing, eventually winning its $16.5 million jackpot, according to the release. 

Tipton is appealing the conviction. In September, Wisconsin Lottery officials asked the Wisconsin Department of Justice to review the December 29, 2007, Megabucks drawing in which a man who identified himself as "Robert Rhodes" claimed the $2 million jackpot prize on February 26, 2008. The ticket was brought to the Lottery's Madison headquarters by an attorney for Rhodes and signed by Robert Rhodes of Sugar Land, Texas, with the prize payable to Delta S Holdings. 

State law requires the Lottery to pay a prize to an individual, unless otherwise directed by a court to pay to a trust. In the Wisconsin case, the winner chose the lump sum cash payment of $1,147,630 and $783,257 after taxes was paid to Delta S Holdings following a Dane County court order. "If it is determined that something illegal took place, we will pursue a criminal prosecution, which will include demanding repayment of the funds," Wisconsin Lottery Director Mike Edmonds said in the release...

Michigan Pummeled By Claims Of Racism In Water Pollution Crisis Killing Black People And Making Many Ill

The local government of the U.S. city, Flint, Michigan have come under fire over a water pollution scandal in the predominantly black and lower income region. People have died and many made ill, including children, from lead poison in the local water supply. The government was woefully slow to address the issue.

The scandal is being accompanied by cries of racism. A headline in Rolling Stone magazine bluntly blared, "Who poisoned Flint, Michigan?" The Huffington Post wrote "How Flint's Water Got Poisonous." The New Yorker wrote "The Contempt That Poisoned Flint's Water." A quote in the New York Times opined, "If Flint were rich and mostly white, would Michigan's state government have responded more quickly and aggressively to complaints about its lead-polluted water?" Things have gotten so bad the governor of Michigan, Rick Snyder, was forced to speak to the New York Times in an article proclaiming, "Michigan Governor Says Race Had No Role In Flint Water Response."

It has been my personal view for years that the federal government has stopped giving a darn about Michigan over the past decade. The government, both state and federal (national) allowed Michigan, particularly Detroit, to rot. A city full of history that has done much for America by way of the auto industry and Motown in music, has gone largely neglected. Beautiful buildings and homes bludgeoned by the financial crisis were bulldozed and turned into parks and other variants of open spaces, while two administrations in a row spent trillions on destructive wars in the Middle East (Obama Could Rebuild American Cities If...).

The Judiciary Report petitioned via the site for the auto industry in Michigan to receive a federal financial bailout and months later they did, which helped them preserve jobs and stay afloat during the financial crisis caused by the Bush Administration and its negligent Laissez Faire policies. The auto industry has paid back much of the loans. However, the government still has not done enough to help a state that played an integral part in the nation's history.

Obama Administration Armed The Drug Cartels And ISIS At U.S. Taxpayers Expense

The Obama Administration has engaged in illegal, secret projects that ended up in the mainstream press, as they had turned into fiascos of the highest order. President Obama's former hand picked Attorney General, Eric Holder, armed drug cartels in Mexico, using U.S. taxpayer guns and cash, to see what would happen. He amazingly did not think anything bad could come out of giving drug cartels guns and cash and at the U.S. taxpayers' expense. Not long after, the drug cartels began killing American border patrol agents and U.S. citizens with the guns and leaving them at the crime scene, under Holder's stupid experiment that cost innocent people their lives.

Not learning their lesson after the fiasco concerning the cartels, the Obama Administration decided to spend $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money to arm rebels in Syria. However, the Syrian rebels gave the high tech U.S. weaponry to Al Qaeda and ISIS in the region. These same weapons are being used to kill westerners.

 It's appalling how the Obama Administration engages in unsavory, asinine, crazy maneuvers anyone with an iota of intelligence could see had the capability of horrendously backfiring and leading to massive loss of life, but forged ahead anyway with said deadly plans. This occurs when people do not think before they act. Most people ponder the consequences of their choices before choosing a course of action. The Obama Administration does not and people are dead as a result of that carelessness and callousness in tragedies that could have been prevented. Who in their right mind could come up with such dangerous plans and have hearts cold enough to execute it. And who in their right mind could support it.

Obama’s War On Journalists Evident In The Case Of CBS News Journalist Sharyl Attkisson Among Others

The Judiciary Report has written articles in the past regarding U.S. President Barack Obama and his absurd and alarming fixation on journalists and bloggers, whom he has unlawfully targeted throughout his presidency for criticizing him in print and online. Obama has illegally and unconstitutionally sent the IRS, FBI, DOJ, NSA and CIA after journalists and bloggers, among other outspoken critics of his policies, ordering the agency to financially abuse, harass, threaten and spy on scribes.

Obama is operating under the illegal premise that he has the right to dictate what goes into the press both on television and the internet and those who dare publicly criticize him must be illegally wiretapped, their computer and emails hacked, GPS systems initiated regarding their phones and cars to track them, among other things, in gross and criminal misuse of taxpayer money.

CBS News journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, began writing investigative pieces on the Obama administration years ago and the president went berserk. Obama, engaging in crimes against the constitution and violations of the U.S. Code, order members of his administration to illegally wiretap Attkisson and hack her emails and computer. Obama was bold enough to order spyware placed on Attkisson’s computer, allowing him to get advance copies of all her unpublished articles as she worked on them for print and television, to misuse and misappropriate as he saw fit (some items he illegally gained advance copies of via spying and hacking, Obama tried to thwart before Attkisson went public with them).

The illegal spyware Obama had placed on Attkisson’s computer was later detected and resulted in a lawsuit against the lawbreaking head of state and his administration. Attkisson, like me, has been repeatedly stonewalled in trying to obtain an FBI Freedom Of Information Act file (when the FBI does that they are covering up criminal activity committed by the government and others who acted in tandem with them).

I’ve stated it before and I shall state it again - there is a perversion running all the way to the top in the U.S. government, that was not present with previous administrations. The Obama Administration is mentally ill to be spying on people like this. In the latest twist, the twisted Obama Administration now has the Pentagon labeling journalists "unprivileged belligerents" giving them an unlawful right to attack and abuse journalists at will (see article excerpt below).

How did the FBI manage to “lose” Sharyl Attkisson’s file? 

Posted at 2:31 pm on November 28, 2015 - Sharyl Attkisson, the former CBS reporter and independent journalist, has a long history of getting under the government’s skin. In her book Stonewalled, she detailed many of the battles she encountered when attempting to expose the truth in the tradition of the Fourth Estate and how unpopular stories tended to wind up being discounted or silenced. Later, her Nosy Nellie ways attracted the interest of the Department of Justice, though they have thus far failed to file any actual charges against her.

This week, Attkisson tells the story of how she finally sought to obtain her own FBI file and the mysterious answers she received. The bottom line for the FBI seems to be… Attkisson? Attkisson? Who is this Sharyl Attkisson person of which you speak?

Years later, in 2013, I learned of the intrusion of my work and home computers. The intruders utilized software proprietary to a U.S. government agency. I knew that the FBI had contacted CBS News and confirmed the computer intrusion. I knew that FBI case workers listed me as a “victim” in the computer intrusion, even though they never contacted me to investigate or help.

As part of my investigation to learn more about the identities of the computer intruders, I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act request to review my FBI file (as every citizen has the right to do). I knew that — at the very least — my file would include information relevant to my White House HARD PASS background checks and the computer intrusion. But I got stonewalled.


The FBI could conceivably get away with claiming to not have any records of somebody if they were a private person who never did anything in the public eye to attract their attention. (That you know of.) But in Sharyl’s case, she had been through the full background check in the 90s to obtain approval for White House access as a reporter. Did those records simply disappear? Did the dog eat their homework?…


Sharyl Attkisson’s Scathing Indictment of Obama for Ignoring Terrorism Intel 

25 Nov 2015 - Independent investigative reporter and host of “Full Measure,” Sharyl Attkisson is giving a blistering account of what one source called Barack Obama’s potential “personality flaw,” leading him to only see and believe what he wants to see and believe when it comes to the global threat from terrorism – that, as opposed to what ground operators are actually trying to report to him.

That’s just the way he operates, apparently,” she concluded…

Obama’s Brutal War on the Press: “Pentagon Manual Calls for Treating Journalists as ‘Unprivileged Belligerents.’”

Global Research, August 13, 2015 - Pentagon manual calls for potentially treating journalists like ‘unprivileged belligerents.’ It’s well documented that President Barack Obama’s administration has been brutal in targeting whistleblowers who leak information to the press. The Department of Justice has spied on the Associated Press and Fox News to track down sources of information. It has slid down the World Press Freedom Index to 49th place, lower than several African and South American countries.

Now a new Pentagon document, a Law of War Manual, states that journalists can be treated like “unprivileged belligerents,” which is apparently the new term for “unlawful combatants,” which some may recall was the new term for “suspected terrorists.” According to some media coverage of the manual, military leaders are insisting they’re not declaring that journalists are the enemy. Rather they’re pointing out that journalists just might be the actual enemy, as in terrorists, spies, and propagandists posing as journalists.

The Committee to Protect Journalists, however, is concerned that the vagueness of the manual will give clearance to the military to detain and harass journalists with very little evidence that they’re doing anything but honest reporting:

Ex-CBS reporter’s book reveals how liberal media protects Obama

James Risen calls Obama 'greatest enemy of press freedom in a generation'

Sunday 17 August 2014 21.24 BST - The New York Times reporter James Risen, who faces jail over his refusal to reveal a source and testify against a former CIA agent accused of leaking secrets, has called President Barack Obama “the greatest enemy of press freedom in a generation”. Speaking to his colleague Maureen Dowd, Risen accused the president of aggressively pursuing journalists, including himself, who report sensitive stories that reflect poorly on the US government.

Risen faces jail over his reporting of a botched intelligence operation that ended up spilling nuclear secrets to Iran. The Justice Department has long been seeking to force him to testify and name the confidential source of the account, which is contained in his 2006 book State of War. Risen recently failed in an attempt to have the supreme court review an order for him to testify, and acknowledges that he has exhausted all his legal options against the Justice Department’s pursuit of him under the controversial Espionage Act. In the face of incarceration that could come as early as this autumn, he is resorting instead to journalistic defiance...

Why Is The Obama Administration Contacting The Family And Friends Of Journalists And Bloggers Harassing Them On His Behalf Over His Press Clippings

The Constitution was formed with the provision that there be free speech and free press in America. Megalomaniac, narcissist, President Barack Obama, disagrees and has been waging a war against journalists and bloggers for criticizing his actions in office. No U.S. President has gone to the extreme lengths Obama has in attacking members of the press that disagree with him. I have read articles by bloggers who stated the Obama Administration contacted their sites complaining about lawful items they wrote demanding the content in question be removed. I’ve read items by journalists and bloggers who have complained of being harassed by the Obama Administration over items criticizing the president on their sites.

The Obama Administration has engaged in unlawful activity regarding the Judiciary Report as well, before and after the site broke exclusive articles that later proved true regarding Obama as well as his vile campaign donors in Hollywood. In what is disturbing conduct, members of the Obama Administration have contacted some of my family and friends, demanding they tell me what to write in my column concerning him and his agenda, while complaining about items on the site they want removed.

The Obama Administration violated domestic and international law via this conduct in harassingly contacting some of my family and friends in America and Europe with this crap. They have absolutely no conscience, as some of the people they have been contacting who are related to me and others who are friends, are elderly and have physical aliments, such as heart issues, among other things. Such harassing conduct has created stress and distress in their lives and could induce heart attacks. However, that should let you know how abominable the Obama Administration is, as they don’t care about other people’s health and well-being, only their foul agenda and getting it across.

The irony is I don’t like the Obama Administration. I do not like the president due to his corrupt conduct in office. And for every time someone I know or am related to has been contacted by them with his crap regarding the Judiciary Report, it only made me dislike Obama and company even more. They even had the gall to harass someone close to me demanding they tell me I must like the president. Clearly, America has become North Korea under Supreme Leader Obama.

For every time they contacted someone I know, I simply got online and wrote something even more incendiary in exposés about the Obama Administration. Smart people would have made the connection by now and stopped. However, they kept running with this crap until I exposed so much about him and his administration that my exclusives ended up in the mainstream press, then in congressional hearings as scandals.

For those of you who like to bury your heads in the sand, Obama has quoted from time stamped items in my column and blog, AFTER I PUBLISHED THEM ONLINE, attributing my original writing to himself on several occasions (Obama has been outed in the press for being a chronic plagiarist). He reads this website. Site statistics for this site, provided by Go Daddy, also revealed numerous website visits from just about every department of the Obama Administration.

The man has no integrity or class. There have been stories published about Obama’s underage daughters that were unflattering and I opted not to run them or to ask the public to go easy on his kids as they are minors (though items were released that his first born was engaging in underage drinking, among other things). Yet here is this dictator in the White House, violating the constitution and U.S. Code having weirdos in his administration contacting my actual family and friends over lawful articles about him and his misconduct. They even showed up at one of my elderly relative’s house with this crap, harassing an old lady with preexisting heart issues in a foreign country which is a criminal violation of U.S. and international law.

Once again, you have no class and your administration loves crossing illegal and inappropriate boundaries no head of state or his administration ever should, as it is a mark of shame and disgrace. What kind of animals and savages do something like that to an old lady. Is that how your parents raised you to behave and disgrace the government in the process. Do you think that is a desirable image for the U.S. government to have - harassing and trying to manipulate old ladies because a vain, narcissistic head of state can’t stand lawful criticism that exposed his unlawful behavior.

You’re nothing but a bunch of common thugs wasting taxpayer money. Your consciences are seared, because decent human beings who were properly raised by people with morals, would be too embarrassed and ashamed to do such vile things. However, you guys revel in it. There is a distinct lack of decorum and character with the Obama Administration that is repugnant and sick, not befitting any government.

Can you imagine if someone started having people contact and publicly approach, Marian Robinson, Mr. Obama’s elderly mother-in-law, over the phone and at her home, criminally harassing her, demanding she censure Obama over his public opinions and tell him to retract it and remove it all from the internet. He and Mrs. Obama would throw a massive hissy fit and sick law enforcement on said individuals for breaking the law. So, tell me why is it okay when his administration breaks the law and does so to others.

Once again, I do not like Obama over terrible things he and his administration have done in office that I do not agree with. It is my right to dislike him and anybody else I feel like, as it is a right of ALL members of society. If he searched online he would find millions of items by millions of people in America and around the world who dislike him for things he has done. He needs to act like a grown up and accept the fact that many people do not like him and have the right to voice their opinions. He, however, does not have the right to misuse and waste American taxpayer money in harassing and abusing journalists and bloggers who disagree with him and his political policies. Congress should make him and every employee that engaged in said misconduct of targeting journalists and bloggers pay that money back.

Obama Administration Being Slammed By Americans For Refusing To Label San Bernardino Killings Terrorism

 Initially, when news broke in the press and online on December 2, 2015, of people being shot and killed by three masked gun wielding criminals at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, most automatically assumed it was another mass shooting, as it has sadly become common place in America. Many liberals blamed the conservatives for the shooting, stating it was due to a lack of gun control laws. However, the incident was not what they initially thought.

As stated in the column on December 2, 2015, a few hours after the shooting, before the suspects were publicly identified, the Drudge Report website posted the titled link "America Burning" to a foreign news site that contained tweets on Twitter with the strange hashtag "#America_Burning" glorifying the "three lions" for engaging in Jihad (three lions alluded to the three killers in San Bernardino). The tweets were connected to ISIS. This is where I saw the link and labeled the San Bernardino killings an act of "Jihad" in my December 2, 2015 article (14 Dead And 17 Wounded In Shooting By 3 Jihadis At A California Disability Center).

The Drudge Report is one of the most read websites in the world, that many liberals, such as those in the Obama Administration, complain about (as it doesn't kiss their backsides on the subject of politics). The Obama Administration (the FBI included) reads the Drudge Report every day. Yet for two whole days refused to label the killings in San Bernardino an act of terrorism.

Call it what it is. How are you going to lawfully fight a problem you refuse to identify. That's called being in denial. As a result, over the past two days, Americans have been slamming the Obama Administration for refusing to admit it was an act of terrorism. Items on social networking and in the feedback columns of websites have excoriated the Obama Administration for not labeling the attack terrorism.

Head Of U.S. Joint Chiefs Of Staff Contradicts Obama Stating The Government Has Not Contained ISIS (Video)


Recently, U.S. President Barack Obama, stated the government has ISIS under control. Hours later they struck in Paris, France killing 130 people. Obama was then roundly criticized for his statements. On December 1, 2015, Marine General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, stating during a congressional hearing in front of the House Armed Services Committee, "We have not contained ISIS."

Jihadi John Killed In U.S. Drone Strike

The U.S. Military announced this morning they have killed the terrorist known as Jihadi John in a drone strike conduct in Syria. The drone incinerated Kuwaiti born, Jihadi John, real name Mohammed Emwazi, as he tried to enter his vehicle. The U.S. government stated reports on the ground indicate Jihadi John was rushed to a local hospital after being "eviscerated" and died.

Official reports further indicate, when a senior member of ISIS dies, the local hospital is closed down, which occurred after Jihadi John was rushed there for treatment. Jihadi John is one of several high profile terrorists the Obama Administration has killed via stealth drone strikes, in military maneuvers designed at neutralizing terrorist groups.

Jihadi John first made the news after videos surfaced online of him beheading innocent western photo journalist James Foley, journalist Steven Sotloff and aid workers David Haines and Alan Henning. The videos placed him firmly on western governments' radars. He was pursued for 6-months and killed outside a building in Raqqa, Syria.

The U.S. Department of Defense stated regarding the drone strike on Jihadi John, "We are 99 per cent sure we got him. We were on him for some time. He walked out of a building and got in the car. We struck it right after with zero collateral damage. The vehicle was on fire. It was a 100 per cent flawless, direct hit."

Teen Hackers Who Hacked The Personal Emails Of Obama's CIA Chief Do The Same To FBI Official Due To Investigation

Two teenagers known as "Cra*kas With Attitude" hacked the email of CIA chief, John Brennan. The hackers forwarded the emails to Wikileaks, who posted it on their website. The emails contain the social security numbers, passport numbers and birthdays of Brennan's family members. The emails also contain items on torture. Brennan has expressed his anger at being hacked.

Brennan stated, "I was certainly outraged by it. I certainly was concerned about what people might try to do with that information. I was also dismayed at how some of the media handled it, and the inferences that were in there. Brennan further stated, "Although we are government officials, we also have family and friends, bills to pay, things to do in our daily lives, and the way you communicate these days is through the Internet. The implication of some of the reporting was that I was doing something inappropriate or wrong or a violation of my security responsibilities — which was certainly not the case. What it does is to underscore just how vulnerable people are to those who want to cause harm. We really have to evolve to deal with these new threats and challenges..."


President Barack Obama has torn up the U.S. Constitution in favor of illegally spying on whoever he feels like, receiving unlawfully complied reports containing the private emails, wiretap transcripts and computer contents of select, innocent private citizens, all done via criminal hacking, phone hacking and warrantless wiretapping. Said innocent targets include select doctors, scientists, corporate executives, journalists and bloggers, who've committed no crimes. He then illegally uses the information/ideas from the illegal surveillance for political policies and initiatives he takes full credit for. It is a sick form of plagiarism.  Brennan further stated, "Although we are government officials, we also have family and friends, bills to pay, things to do in our daily lives, and the way you communicate these days is through the Internet. The implication of some of the reporting was that I was doing something inappropriate or wrong or a violation of my security responsibilities — which was certainly not the case."

That's quite ironic, considering Brennan via the CIA, NSA and FBI, hacks the emails of law abiding Americans and international citizens in violation of domestic and international law. Brennan and others in the aforementioned federal agencies are in illegal possession of hacked emails of innocent people, containing private information regarding them and their families, after having unlawfully committed hacking for political and financial gain.

Now he's seeing firsthand what a terrible privacy violation such conduct constitutes. Not a pleasant feeling, is it. As the phrase goes, "You reap what you sow." While the Judiciary Report does not agree with hacking, the aforementioned government entities break the law everyday in this manner, doing whatever the heck they feel like with law abiding people's private, sensitive emails they unlawful hack. Therefore, it is hard to feel sorry for them in such situations, after they've so violated the public in the same manner.

In another related incident, the two teen hackers involved hacked an FBI official for daring to investigate them hacking the CIA director (LOL). The teens hacked the email account of FBI Deputy Director Mark Giuliano, swiped the emails and even called him...repeatedly. Giuliano responded, "I don't know you but you better watch your back."

11/05/15 10:15 AM EST - The teenaged hackers who exposed the personal email account of CIA head John Brennan are hacking into more government officials’ accounts in retaliation for the FBI investigation into their actions. The duo, which calls itself Crackas With Attitude, told Vice Motherboard Wednesday that they have hacked into FBI Deputy Director Mark Giuliano’s personal account.

One of the hackers, known as Cracka, told the publication that they had also obtained Giuliano’s phone number and called him. “I called it and asked for Mark and he's like ‘I don't know you but you better watch your back’ and then he hung up and I kept calling and he was getting mad then he didn't pick up,” Cracka told Motherboard via online chat...

IRS Under Fire For Continuing To Illegally Target Conservatives And Christians On The Orders Of The Obama Administration

 The Judiciary Report was the first to break the story in 2009 about the Obama Administration criminally targeting Christians and conservatives through the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in unlawfully withholding income tax returns and tax status that is due to all Americans in said financial brackets ("News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians Confirming Previous Site Claims"). The matter made its way to Congress, in a set of hearings that are on going. This week, a new report in the press has surfaced stating the problem has flared up again, regarding the Obama Administration discriminating against and harassing Christian via the IRS.

I don't care what political party you support or your race, you cannot legitimately hold the view that it is a good thing interfering with people's income as it relates to taxation. In doing so, the Obama Administration is damaging the economy. People work hard for their money, pay their taxes and expect what is due to them. The same goes for businesses. Each individual and business is supposed to receive the same tax deductions, credits, breaks and status as any other in their financial frame. For the Obama Administration to bring politics and discrimination to the IRS, to abuse and terrorize rivals and those who publicly disagree with the president's policies, is absolutely criminal.

You can't run a country like this. You can't discriminate and harass people on such a fundamental level, their taxes and businesses, as it says something terrible about your presidency that world history is recording. It will be remembered against you. The Obama Administration just keeps dragging America to new lows. You think it is cute, funny and showing people who's boss, but you are going to destroy America with what you are doing via this corruption in business, the courts and at the feds (FBI, CIA and NSA) and the history books will credit you as the despot that did it.

Well, here’s another one for you. The administration of U.S. President Barack Obama has revived COINTELPRO against political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers, who expose the government’s criminal conduct. COINTELPRO is a heinous program the FBI created in the 1950s to disrupt, discredit and destroy people and groups its disliked for having too much influence over the populace.

People, particularly outspoken black people, who sought equal rights and justice in society, saw their business and personal lives destroyed in sick ways at the FBI's hands. Some were even murdered in cold blood as a means of silencing them. As a black man, Obama should be ashamed to have rebooted this terrible tool in modern times that was previously used against great men such as the late Martin Luther King Jr. and Medgar Evers.

Under the Obama Administration, relatives, (romantic) partners and friends of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers are being illegally contacted by the feds and told their loved one has gone crazy, is making up stories on the government, who needs help reining them in, to help them for their own good. However, it is a load of crap, as it is meant to irreparably damage and destroy the target (political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers).

Relatives, partners and friends are unwittingly fed invasive items about the person and told to repeat it back at them verbatim as the government texts, emails and phone calls state, not realizing it came directly from criminally placed FBI, CIA and NSA wiretaps, roving bugs (audio and video), email hacking, phone hacking, webcam spying and other means of surveillance not permitted under law against innocent people or for the aforementioned purposes. Court orders for wiretaps, the collection of emails and phone records, as well as computer contents, must be done via a judicial process and cannot be done to silence writers and whistleblowers.

Many political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers have had their phone service and internet tampered with by the Obama Administration, via the FBI, CIA and NSA, seeking to thwart stories being publishing exposing their criminal conduct. The Obama Administration via the via the FBI, CIA and NSA, is also illegally intercepting and opening the mail of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers. The Obama Administration has also engaged in incidents of criminal harassment, threats, bullying and gaslighting, against political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers. These are criminal offenses being committed by the Obama Administration worthy of federal imprisonment.

Relatives, partners and friends are asked to search their loved one’s computers, home and personal belongings for specific information and items. They are asked to steal items and give it to the government agents handling the respective cases. Political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers are also being subjected to illegal tampering and intrusions of their bank accounts, business accounts, credit accounts and credit reports. The Obama Administration is going around unlawfully trying to get political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers fired from their jobs so they will have no means of supporting themselves, which is an economic crime.

Additionally relatives, partners and friends of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers who do not go along with the sick program, are fired from their jobs, subjected to malicious, baseless tax audits and in some cases fake, trumped up charges are brought against them for things they did not do (arrested for phony DUIs when they were not drunk, accused of financial crimes they did not commit ect…).

In many of these cases the Obama Administration’s conduct are not just criminal, they also constitute hate crimes. For example, one journalist being targeted is an gay American man. His boyfriend, most of his friends and some of his family are gay as well. The government unleashing the rebooted COINTELPRO against them in illegal bids at stopping the journalist’s lawful stories exposing Obama Administration criminal activity, is targeting gays and as such is a hate crime, deemed worse under existing U.S. statutes.

In other cases, some of the law abiding political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers being criminally targeted by the Obama Administration are Christians and so are the people in their circle who are being subjected to the government sponsored abuses as well, under the president‘s bids at illegally silencing them from publishing articles exposing his criminal behavior. Once again, these are hate crimes by the Obama Administration, as it is targeting a specific group of people, in order to harm a political journalist, blogger or whistleblower.

There are cases under this rebooted COINTELPRO where the Obama Administration has inexcusably interfered with the medical care of political journalists, bloggers and whistle blowers in criminal violation of HIPA. The Obama Administration has illegally contacted doctors and other medical providers demanding they engage in conduct counterproductive to the health and well being of political journalists, bloggers and whistle blowers targeted under their vile reboot of COINTELPRO.

This criminal misconduct is done to cause division in families and relationships, in order to isolate and damage political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers from their loved ones, in a psychological maneuver psychiatrists label a targeted plan to emotionally and mentally abuse, then destroy the victim as a means of neutralizing them.

The Obama Administration has taken its COINTELPRO reboot so far as to engage in deceptive, underhanded and vile conduct to break up marriages and families of political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers, as was previously done in repeated efforts to destroy the home life of Martin Luther King Jr. The reasoning is a person will lose their will to live under such circumstances. The FBI is after all the agency that sent civil rights hero Martin Luther King Jr a letter demanding he kill himself.

The COINTELPRO reboot has a psychological component of the program aimed at applying pressure with the intent of driving targets to suicide and was designed with the assistance of psychiatrists. The psychiatrists who designed this aspect of the rebooted COINTELPRO program were told it would be used on terrorists. However, the Obama Administration is using it on political journalists, bloggers and whistleblowers (as well as political rivals) in criminal violation of the law.

What type of insidious evil is this coming from the Obama Administration. You do realize this type of invasive, criminal conduct is associated with psychotics, sociopaths and perverted voyeurs. Not to mention, nowhere in U.S. or U.N. law is it legal to do such sick things to people. Just because you’re the government doesn’t make the conduct you’re exhibiting, which is found in books on mental illness and abnormal psychology, acceptable or okay. If civilians did any of the sick crap the Obama Administration is doing they would be thrown in federal prison and fed a steady stream of anti-psychotic medication.

This is what the Obama Administration is wasting American taxpayer dollars on in criminal violation of United States and United Nations laws. This criminal misconduct against members of the press and whistleblowers constitutes serious felonies and human rights abuses (and there's proof). Congress is giving them billions of dollars in taxpayer money and this is the contemptible evil they are doing with it (then hypocritically lecturing America and the world on human rights, equality, democracy and free society).

Chairman/Emperor/Dictator Obama is violating the rights of political journalists and whistleblowers in conduct condemned by domestic and international laws, as well as noted human rights groups. It’s pretty sad when the public can’t tell the administration from the criminals.

Wikileaks Releases The Private Emails Of CIA Chief John Brennan

The website Wikileaks has released the private emails of American CIA Director, John Brennan, swiped from his AOL account. News reports indicate Wikileaks were sent the emails by an alleged 13-year-old high school student, who goes by the name "Cra*kas With Attitude" a take off of the name of 1980s rap group N.W.A. ("Nig*as With Attitudes"). The teen hacked Brennan's email box, as he is angry over, "American foreign policy." The emails contain Brennan's personal and identifying information. The leak has the U.S. intelligence agency angry, as it is an embarrassing incident for a secretive government outfit that prides itself on clandestine activities.

Brennan became CIA Director, after years as a top Barack Obama financial donor. In essence, this is how he got the job. His private emails contain a number of items on the Obama administration's position on torture, China, Afghanistan and Iran. This means Brennan, like Hillary Clinton, was using a personal email account to conduct business on behalf of the United States and to transmit classified materials, which is forbidden. Emails may only be sent from secure, encrypted email channels approved by the U.S.  government. The Obama administration is making it too easy for hackers to nab national secrets.

The Decline Of The U.S. Postal Service


The U.S. Postal Service has greatly declined under the Obama Administration. There were problems before, but they have worsened and in a very noticeable way. Revenues are in freefall with the government having to subsidize the U.S. Postal Service, unable to stabilize the company.

For example, I mailed an item first class mail with registered receipt and tracking from London to Miami and the Royal Mail got it there in 5-days for $10.00. An item was mailed to me via the U.S. Postal Service from Miami to London first class mail with registered receipt and tracking and 13-days later the item still hasn’t gotten here.

Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis Freed As Judge Is Condemned By The Public Over Her Unlawful Jailing

Christian court clerk, Kim Davis, who refused to issue gay marriage licenses in Kentucky and was subsequently jailed by a hostile, abusive judge, has been released after a week in jail on contempt of court charges. The public was outraged at U.S. District Judge David Bunning jailing Davis. 

Under the 2013 Religious Freedom Restoration law, Davis is and was allowed to opt out of issuing gay marriage licenses. It would then be up to another court employee to do so.

However, Judge Bunning, summarily turned America into an autocratic police state by throwing Davis in jail, which was cruel, unconscionable and illegal, in conduct that has become all too common in the Obama administration, in not following established law. This is ironic, as Obama is an attorney who knows the law. He has no excuse.

This behavior is also indicative of the ongoing misconduct in the Obama administration, if you do not do what he/they want or criticize the president's agenda, they will financially, emotionally and mentally abuse you into submission or destroy your life. It is completely un-American. This shall occupy a terrible place in world history regarding Obama's name and legacy of suppressing free speech and stripping people of their religious freedoms, freedom and in some cases property and finances. As it stands, the Obama administration has the worst human rights record in American history, actively abusing Christians. The things being is unconscionable, insidious and sick.

Judge Bunning violated the judicial cannons via this misconduct and with President Obama's approval. It is not a good image to portray of the court system to the nation or watching world, as he made it look merciless, cruel, vicious, abusive and unjust. Where are the "checks and balances?" Why was he allowed to violate the law in this manner. It seems to be a common theme among certain judges in disrespecting the law of the land.

Judge Bunning must go. He needs to be removed from the bench. His behavior is intolerable and ironically intolerant and bigoted, which he claims he is against in his push for gay marriage. His conduct reveals a hatred and contempt for Christians and one that he cannot separate from his work, which means he is not suitable to be a judge. It's judges like Bunning that give the judiciary a bad name and shakes the public's faith in the legal system.

What if gays were jailed for being gay? Would that be okay? No it would not. However, Judge Bunning has set the nasty, vile precedent that a Christian can be jailed for being a Christian, which is illegal and he should be prosecuted under federal law for this criminal conduct. Judge Bunning criminally stripped a citizen of her religious freedoms and freedom in criminal violation of the law. Davis should sue, as her civil rights and human rights were violated.

Davis, a clerk in Rowan County, Ky., was incarcerated Thursday for refusing to comply with several court orders to issue marriage licenses to gay couples following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in June on the basis of her “religious conviction.”

Bunning, Gannam said, was satisfied that the marriage licenses Davis had refused to issue were subsequently granted by her deputies. Mike Huckabee, who met with her before her release.

“God showed up in the form of an elected official: Kim Davis,” Huckabee said. “Today I was proud to stand with Kim Davis as she was released from jail. Kim Davis should have never been locked up for being a Christian and for following her conscience and the law.“...

Last week, Cruz called Davis’ jailing an “outrage.” ...“For the first time, we’re seeing a Christian thrown in jail for standing up for her faith,” Cruz told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly. “I’ll tell you, I stand with Kim Davis unequivocally. I stand with her or anyone else the government is trying to persecute for standing up for their faith.”
