Frequently jailed, former child star, Lindsay Lohan, 24, is said to be depressed over being incarcerated again, for her latest spate of self-destructive and unattractive criminal conduct. Yesterday, Judge Stephanie Sautner, found Lohan guilty of violating her probation, on a string of DUIs, with a new grand theft larceny case, she acquired when stealing a necklace from the Kamofie & Co. jewelry store, in Venice Beach, California.

The judge did not cite her for the incident, as she did not see it until the next day, when most of us did as well, due to photo enlargements, but she did revoke an order that Lohan was to report to rehab in 2-days, shaving it down to 24-hours, giving the disgraced star one less day to party before facing long overdue sobriety.

The first item of note is the early wake time of 5:00 AM, which would infuriate anyone like Lohan, who parties into the early morning, then sleeps past 2:00 PM. It is an irresponsible life and one she needs to change, as it has gotten her nowhere and cost her almost everything. The main thing Lohan has left is her life, which she endangers with excessive pharmaceutical meds, narcotics and alcohol. If she does not change her ways, it will be the premature end of her. Judge Revel did her a favor with this wake up call and she needs to learn from it.
