After years of Spears' crazy behavior, especially where their children are concerned, Federline is not the healthy, worry free, weed smoking back-up dancer he once was. During the filming of the program "Excess Baggage" K-Fed began having chest pains and was rushed to the hospital, due to cardiac difficulty.
