FBI Investigates Tiger Woods Doctor For Steroids

Tiger Woods and wife Elin

The way the head of the Miami FBI spoke about Tiger Woods a week ago, made me wonder. John V. Gilles, lumped Woods in with criminals, to which I remarked, "Tiger isn't on trial for committing a federal crime."

Well, it looks like they are trying to close in on the beleaguered golfer, as according to numerous reports, the FBI is preparing to charge Woods' physician for administering the steroid HGH. Critics are now asking if Woods has been taking steroids, which is illegal.

"Video: Ramifications for Woods and His Sport Unfolding"

Over the last two weeks, it seems there has been a push to destroy Woods. Is someone out to get this man. From the stories about the adulterous affairs, alleged prescription pill misuse, DCF investigating his family in checking for abuse, the loss of lucrative sponsorship deals to a criminal probe of his physician, with his name being called in every article.

Why didn't all this stuff come out before, as many of the claims are not exactly new. I've known of stories for years about Woods and his preference for wild women. I don't agree with it, but I certainly wouldn't ruin the man's marriage by writing about the rumors, as I don't know him and he hasn't done anything to harm me.

While people should responsibly address the consequences of their actions, here's hoping they don't push this man over the edge with all this calamity at once.

Tiger's Canadian doc faces charges linked to performance enhancing drugs

TORONTO — Tiger Woods' Canadian sports medicine doctor will soon be slapped with criminal charges related to performance-enhancing drugs after investigations by the FBI and RCMP.

Dr. Anthony Galea is a prominent Toronto-based doctor who has treated some of the most elite athletes in North America including the superstar golfer whose marriage has imploded publicly over an admission of infidelity. He has also treated sprinter Donovan Bailey and figure skater Patrick Chan.

The charges stem from a raid on the doctor's clinic outside Toronto a month after the discovery of the Human Growth Hormone contained in a medical bag found in a car driven over the U.S.-Canadian border in September by Galea's assistant...

Talk Of Tiger Woods Criminal Trouble

Tiger Woods and wife Elin

According to the Examiner, Tiger Woods' confession regarding infidelity, could spell criminal trouble for the world's top golfer. This is in light of a madam, Michelle Braun, stating this week, Woods paid for call girls from her escort service, which was a front for prostitution. She is claiming she arranged orgies for Woods.

Tiger Woods' yacht "Privacy" which he currently lacks

In May of this year, there were articles in the press regarding Braun talking to the federal police regarding her misconduct in running said service. Could this be what the head of the Miami FBI had in mind. However, if they didn't indict Eliot Spitzer, how are they going to charge Woods.

Could Tiger Woods be in danger of criminal prosecution?

December 12, 10:22 AM - With all the other woes Tiger Woods has faced, could his admission of "infidelity" place the golfer in legal difficulty?

On his Web site Woods not only admitted infidelity but also made a statement that he will take an “indefinite break” from golf.

If some of the reports alleging that Woods paid for intimate relations are true, it is possible the golf legend could face charges of patronizing a prostitute, which is a crime that can result in the sentence of a year behind bars.

A former madam, Michelle Braun has claimed Woods paid more than $60,000 2006 and 2007 for "escort services."

Miami FBI Gets A New Chief

John V. Gilles

The Miami FBI has a new chief. The newly minted Special Agent In Charge is John V. Gilles. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller transferred him from an FBI office in St. Louis. His résumé is fairly long, dealing with judicial corruption matters, cyber crime and white collar offense. Still, talk is cheap and he shall be measured by his conduct and nothing else.

Judging by the Miami FBI press releases on their website, former Miami FBI Special Agent In Charge (SAC), Jonathan I. Solomon, unceremoniously vacated his job at the FBI the week after I sent a letter to President Obama about this case, with a copy of the lawsuit.

Much like a week after I wrote about the U.S. Attorney over the case, R. Alexander Acosta, he too left his job.

Then, there's the head of the FBI's computer department that resigned the day after I questioned the integrity of their system, the illogical approach they have taken to computer science and the poor implementation of said software and machinery.

Apparently, people do not like being publicly challenged on their wrongdoing and deliberate failures, which is pretty much what I figured when I started authoring the articles.

Well, there is a solution to that - do your job with integrity and do not follow orders from a corrupt person, whose misconduct has the ability to get you imprisoned and disgrace your family's name forever.

As I see it, Jonathon I. Solomon is still liable for what transpired during his tenure and will be held as such in international court.

Incidents transpired that criminally endangered my life and because his boss, Robert S. Mueller, who hates blacks, immigrants and Muslims, as attested by numerous lawsuits filed against him by different people for said misconduct, told him to drag his feet on the case to aid ignorant, uneducated, thieving Hollywood stars and executives, in criminally robbing a black immigrant out of billions in copyrights, he looked the other way and it almost cost me my life. Not to mention, it's held up my patents, which is another story I shall address shortly.

May God have mercy on all of you involved in the misconduct, as what you did is so evil, vile, disgraceful and unconscionable, even heaven would have no sympathy, as you put stolen money/copyrights that are not yours ahead of human lives.

That's something I will never think well of the FBI for and when the public finds out the full story, world history will not absolve any of you.

Miami gets new FBI chief

John V. Gillies is the FBI's top agent in South Florida. He has been named special agent in charge of the FBI's Miami division, replacing Jonathan I. Solomon, who retired from the FBI this summer.

Gillies will start his new job in October. The Miami field office, the fifth largest in the country with about 460 FBI agents, stretches from Fort Pierce to Key West. It focuses on counterterrorism, fraud and other major crimes...

He has been involved as a special agent and supervisor in numerous white collar, public corruption and financial fraud prosecutions across the country. Among his successful cases: the convictions of three California Superior Court judges in the mid-1990s.
