Chris Brown A No Show In India At Massive IPL Cricket Concert
Chris Brown
Beleaguered singer, Chris Brown, continues to have trouble
regarding the logistics surrounding his concerts dates.
Brown has repeatedly been denied visas to several world
nations, over his felony conviction, in reference to the
Rihanna domestic violence case that occurred 7-years ago.
This forced the cancellation of a number of planned
international concerts.
The most recently cancellation is shrouded in mystery. Brown
was scheduled to perform at the IPL cricket concert in
India, with a number of other recording stars, but was a no
show, with no explanation given. IPL cricket is massive all
over the world and would have provided exposure for Brown to
many people. The concert's promoter, Big Up Ferriswheel
Entertainment, stated they will release a statement on
Brown's absence.

Chris Brown, whose name was listed as one of the performers
on the IPL opening ceremony ticket, was surprisingly a no
show at the event. The organisers Big up Ferriswheel
Entertainment and Shubhra Bharadwaj had earlier sent out a
release stating that the 26-year-old “Loyal” singer would
perform in India for the first time at the ceremony.
Artistes are generally forthcoming about
their tours and country visits in their social media
accounts. But Brown surprisingly did not mention anything
about his so-called India visit or a subsequent cancellation
of his gig at the mega cricket event. The night saw
performances from Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif, Ranveer
Singh, Honey Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez alongside West
Indian cricketer Dwayne Bravo. The concluding performance
was by American dancehall reggae group Major Lazer. When the
organisers were contacted they said they would come out with
a statement later.

The Government Needs To Cut The Defense Budget And Divert Funds Into Helping The Poor, Students In Need Of Scholarships And Small Businesses

The U.S. government sequester threatening programs that benefit the poor, could have been easily resolved, had the defense budget been adequately cut. Other world nations have been cutting their defense budgets during the ongoing financial crisis, but the cuts suggests in Washington are paltry at best.
The real war in the world right now is an economic one and Washington is losing. Other emerging economies such as China, India and Brazil, have made great strides, while Washington continues to focus on military spending. Economic clout has surpassed military might in the world.
Money wasted by Washington on bloated defense budgets and the FBI illegally spying on hoards of citizens while its officials fly, work and live in luxury, could go to helping the poor in America, creating new scholarships to help the next generation of American business people compete in the world and to aid struggling small and mid-sized businesses. Taxpayer money is going to the wrong endeavors and it is weakening the country.

Brutal Rape And Beating Death Of Medical Student In India Leads To Protests (Video)
The government in India has indicted 5 men in the brutal rape, beating and death of a 23-year-old medical student, after the woman and her boyfriend were lured onto a public bus and attacked. The couple were on their way home after a movie, when the bus stopped to pick them up. The 5 men unleashed a furious and vicious attacked raping and beating the young woman, even violating her with an iron bar.
When the attack was over, they threw the couple off the bus, then attempted to run over her, which prompted her injured boyfriend to pull her out of the way. However, her injuries were too severe and two weeks later she died from organ failure. This incident has sparked protests in India with the government vowing to address the people's concerns. It can be difficult being a woman in this world. Human rights for women need to be improved globally.

Xenophobic Kim Kardashian has apologized to Indians for stating she
does not like curry. Kim and her sister Kendall publicly referred to
Indian food as "so disgusting." Many took offense and slammed the
Kardashians online. Indian food is quite good and their statements were
mean. You need to open up your minds.
Recently, my aunt in England introduced me to an Indian dish that was
new to me. She bought "samosas" which is seasoned ground meat and veg in
pastry and they were a delicious meal with a nice side salad. I
initially thought my aunt had said "mimosas" and automatically thought,
"no, I don't like to drink" (though, I think I must be a secret Jew,
because the only wine that didn't test my gag reflexes was Manischewitz,
because it's sweet, but still, the most I can do is taste a sip of any
alcohol before I start feeling unwell/nauseous, so I try to avoid
everything).
But back to the curry. I've always loved curry, as it is one of
Jamaica's national dishes (curry chicken or alternatively curry mutton).
A funny, yet sad story about that. When I was about 5, my mom bought a
goat that unsuspecting me thought was a pet. We lived in a suburban
area, but we had a huge backyard, which gave me the chance to pet the
cute animal.

For days I played with the goat, not realizing what was really going
on. No one bothered to tell me the goat was actually for my birthday
dinner and our neighbor, who knew about being a butcher and working with
meat in that realm, killed the goat. I woke up one day to see the goat
dead. I was horrified.
As a result, for many years I would not eat goat/mutton (but it has
nothing to do with curry, which is very good for you). Really, it's just
in the last few years that I've had curry mutton a few times, but I've
always liked curry chicken. I never let my mom forget that incident and
anytime anyone offers us goat/mutton for dinner, I tell that story and
she, being the kind, height challenged person she is, laughs at me.
On a lighter note, here's another story about Caribbeans and meat.
One of my Jamaican friends, who loves pork, was telling me about her Cuban co-workers
that invited her to dinner. He was making roast pork and bought a whole
pig. She said he turned roasting into a science. She said he had the
barbeque area cordoned off like a crime scene with plastic tape that no one was
to enter but him, while he intently roasted the pork.
She said if anyone in his family tried to come up to him and ask a
question while he was working on the barbeque, breaking his
concentration, he would state in a
slightly annoyed manner, "Yessss, may I help you!" (LOL). She said it was the
best pork she'd ever tasted in her life, summing it up as, "Cubans don't
joke when it comes to the pork!"

When It Comes To Debt The Obama Administration Has The Mindset Of Gamblers

In listening to President Obama and members of his cabinet speak about the financial crisis, one walks away with the impression, they have the mindset of gamblers. So much money has been pumped into the U.S. economy during President Obama’s term, yet he alarmingly continues to spend and keeps suggesting more stimulus packages, as the solution to America’s dire financial problems.
They sound like gamblers, who keep making risky wagers, believing that next gamble is the one that’s going to put them on top and in the black, only to end up further in the red, in a financial hole that keeps deepening.
It’s time for a sensible approach to finance with a sound fiscal plan, as the Judiciary Report has advocated for years. America does not have money to burn. It’s time for certain people in Washington to stop acting like it. There is a massive difference between debt and profit. Learn it.
After two presidents in a row, Bush and Obama, exhibited poor financial acumen, making very risky economic choices, to the detriment of America and the globe, the financial world has lost confidence in Washington.
The tides are changing in the world. It is the rise of China, India and Brazil in finance, which is a positive development for the world, as it means more people advancing. If America is to remain competitive in the financial world, prudent, precise and insightful action needs to be taken now to set things aright with the economy or risk falling to the wayside. The truth hurts, but it is only in confronting it and making the necessary changes, can one improve and move forward.

Man Has 39 Wives, 94 Children and 33 Grandchildren

Ziona Chana of India, is head of what is believed to be the world's largest family. He has 39 wives, 94 children and 33 grandchildren, totaling 181 people with 5 more on the way. They live in a four story 100 room mansion in a remote village.
Wow, some men don't even want one wife and Chana has 39. He certainly got a lot of use out of his crown jewels. Once again, following the Judiciary Report's on-going theme, Viagra is to blame for this.

When Black People Can’t Dance
This past weekend, U.S. President, Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, decided to participate in a dance, being performed by lovely native children in India. First of all, the President looked a little too happy watching Mrs. Obama dance and shake like she was on Soul Train.
Secondly, the First Lady did fine picking up all the dance moves the kids taught. However, President Obama was another story. One can see why he went into politics, as he had no future as a dancer.

File this one under the FBI messed up again. The FBI was given a credible tip in early October 2010, by the Saudi Government, warning of a potential terrorist attack, to originate from Yemen, involving multiple airplanes.
As is the FBI's pathetic standard, they did nothing. A few short weeks later, packages containing modified ink cartridges, infused with the explosive PETN, were intercepted in England by MI6, who then warned the U.S. Government of the same headed in America's direction.

Obama Makes $10 Billion In Deals During India Trip

U.S. President Barack Obama and his administration, have secured $10 billion dollars in business deals, during a trip to India. It is being said the deal will create 50,000 jobs. However, some politicians in India have been speaking out, decrying what they call a one-sided deal that does not help India.
It is a sensitive subject and one both sides need to work out in a compromise satisfactory to all involved. The key is to do the most good for the world economy, which includes America and India, with the least amount of damage to both parties.
Side Bar: it was reported in the U.S. press, the Indian government removed coconuts from Mumbai trees, in anticipation of Obama's visit. I'm not going to lie, if a coconut had conked him in the head, I would have laughed just as hard as I did at George W. Bush dodging shoes in Iraq. However, considering Obama's airborne Despereaux styled ears, how much damage could the coconuts have really done (kidding).

Republican lawmakers are coming after U.S. President Obama. Not only are they vowing to repeal the life out of his health care plan, they are also seeking to investigate his administration. Numerous articles indicate, the Republicans, who now control the U.S. House, want the Obama administration to preserve all documents and emails for forthcoming probes. Hopefully Obama won't pull a George W. Bush and throw all email servers into the Potomac.
In other Obama news, in the wake of massive election losses this week, the President is fleeing traveling to India tomorrow, where he will defect and seek refugee status engage in political talks and seek economic opportunities. However, not everyone in India is excited about his visit.

The U.S. Federal Reserve, under President Barack Obama, has announced another $600 billion to $1 trillion in spending, in an attempt to spur growth in the American economy. Once again, another attempt by Obama & co., to buy one's way out of debt, which will produce artificial growth and negative consequences. The Obama administration continues its wild spending spree that is further destabilizing the U.S. economy.
Side Bar: On a similar note, President Obama's upcoming trip to India is going to cost the U.S. taxpayers $200 million dollars a day, which the nation can't afford. The Judiciary Report loves India and wishes its people well, but Obama needs to travel with less folks (3,000) from his Administration, during the planned 9 day drip, requiring fewer military airplanes to carry everybody's things. Hollywood Law Firm Embroiled In Jamaican Extradition Controversy - Part 2
This is a continuation of the March 22. 2010 article Hollywood Law Firm Embroiled In Jamaican Extradition Controversy, regarding the dubious law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips and their questionable involvement in an extradition request between Jamaica and the United States, for alleged drug dealer Christopher Michael Coke.
Two days after the article ran on the site, it was announced the FBI is investigating Manatt, Phelphs and Phillips in the matter. The Judiciary Report raised the conflict of interest issue surrounding the case in the aforementioned article, as over a dozen high profile Manatt, Phelps and Phillips clients in Hollywood, have actively and irrationally tried to destroy Jamaica, via publicized boycotts and sponsored defamation, over the lyrics of a few dancehall rappers that represent themselves, not the Caribbean island.
It was vile and unbalanced for members of the so-called "gay mafia" and their associates in Hollywood to seek to destroy an entire nation over a dozen dancehall entertainers. It was equally inappropriate for Manatt, Phelps and Phillips to officially wade into the extradition case, knowing who is lingering under their preexisting client list. Their conduct constitutes code of ethics violations.
Under American Bar Association protocols and rules of professional conduct, the law firm should have disclosed the massive conflict of interest, before talking $50,000 - $100,000 in Jamaican taxpayer money, in their bid at being the country's legal representation.
Lawyers are supposed to do conflict of interest searches from the outset and Manatt, Phelps and Phillips clearly did not disclose their Hollywood based, anti-Jamaican client list, before they offered their services and accepted the money.
The Judiciary Report is of the belief, it was a deliberate act of egregious misrepresentation. A firm of that size does not make such mistakes and oversights and the Hollywood orchestrated "Boycott Jamaica" campaign that failed, was publicized and pushed by parties in Hollywood, known to the law firm as clients.
It was Manatt, Phelps and Phillips' legal duty as a law firm to disclose the conflict of interest. The sad fact of the matter is Manatt, Phelps and Phillips got involved in the case on both ends, which is grossly unprofessional and inappropriate according to the dictates of the American Bar Association.
It was a deceitful attempt to directly get involved in the national and international politics of a sovereign foreign nation, some of the firm's other prominent clients tried to financially damage, destroy and defame. It's also quite telling that the firm clammed up and refused to comment on the story this week, when asked by the press.
Once again, Hollywood trying to get into areas they have no business being - the official politics of a nation. I dare Manatt to disclose its Hollywood anti-Jamaican client list by name.

What the Judiciary Report also dislikes in this case is the fact the extradition evidence does not meet the international legal standard. Extraditions are a useful legal tool, but must meet the respective international rule of law.
Once again, U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, has shown himself to be bumbling, incompetent and hypocritical and embarrassing the Obama administration, not only via his unprepared appearances in the U.S. Congress, but the international community as well.
Jamaica has extradited dozens of criminals to America upon request. Yet, Holder, defamed and slammed the Jamaican government as complicit in drug crime, after his legally deficient argument and illegal wiretap evidence he submitted in the Coke case, qualifies him and FBI Director Mueller for a 5 year stretch in a Jamaican prison, for violating the DOJ/FBI's Congressional mandate, as they criminally broke Jamaican law, to illegally wiretap a foreign citizen in his own nation, without permission.
Then, in the next breath, Holder and Mueller, in tandem with Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, this week declined the Indian government's valid, official extradition request for suspect David Headley, believed to be apart of the terrible terrorist attacks on their nation in November 2008 that left scores of people dead.
The Indian government is displeased with the decision. The Judiciary Report finds Holder's conduct regarding India hypocritical in light of what he has put the Jamaican government through, due to his folly in breaking Jamaican law with illegal wiretaps.
Furthermore, in the legal world, a terrorist is worst than a drug dealer, yet Holder would have the world thinking otherwise. How can you besmirch the Jamaican government's name, via placed pieces on the Associated Press, over an alleged drug dealer, in a case where you failed to meet the requirement of law, while shielding an alleged terrorist accused of killing many innocent people, from the Indian government, who met the requirement of law for an extradition to take place. Maybe Mr. Holder and Mr. Mueller are the ones that are complicit with crime.

FBI watching US law firm deal
Wednesday, 24 March 2010 - The Bruce Golding led administration is yet to comment on reports that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has taken an interest in the controversial contract involving the US law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips and Harold Brady.
RJR news has been reporting that the FBI is eyeing the case. However, it is not known what triggered the query. Mr. Brady who crafted the arrangement with Manatt, Phelps and Phillips has refused to disclose whether payments have been made to the law firm.
He cited client confidentiality for not disclosing any information about payments to the American firm. However, RJR News has obtained a copy of the latest filings with the Department of Justice which indicate that almost US$50,000 has been paid to Manatt by Mr. Brady's firm.
In the filings, representatives of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips met on three occasions in October and November with State Department officials to discuss treaty issues.

1 In 6 Americans Live In Poverty

America is often referred to as the land of plenty, but a shocking study discovered, 1 in 6 Americans live in poverty. The National Academy of Science stated in a recently released report this week, 47.4 million Americans lived in poverty last year. The U.S. population currently sits at 305 million people.
This dangerous shift, indicates something the Judiciary Report published two years ago. Due to the financial corruption transpiring in America's corporate sector and government's complicity in this regard, the U.S. is heading in the direction of becoming the new India, no disrespect intended to either nation.

Revised formula puts 1 in 6 Americans in poverty
WASHINGTON — The level of poverty in America is even worse than first believed. A revised formula for calculating medical costs and geographic variations show that approximately 47.4 million Americans last year lived in poverty, 7 million more than the government's official figure.
The disparity occurs because of differing formulas the Census Bureau and the National Academy of Science use for calculating the poverty rate. The NAS formula shows the poverty rate to be at 15.8 percent, or nearly 1 in 6 Americans, according to calculations released this week. That's higher than the 13.2 percent, or 39.8 million, figure made available recently under the original government formula...
