Mathew Knowles, the father of singer Beyonce Knowles, made a slip up in an interview this week during a chat with the Power 105.1 Breakfast Club radio show, which revealed his daughter has been lying about her age for years. Knowles stated during an interview, "Destiny's Child had a competitiveness. L.A. Reid had a rival girl group at the time and I'll be you don't know who the lead singer was. It was Pink and she was the exact same age as Beyonce." Pink is 37-years-old. Beyonce is claiming to be 34. However, even the 37 estimate is off for Beyonce.

In the November 28, 2008 article "Beyonce's Sales Decline" the Judiciary Report wrote that Beyonce has been lying about her age, as revealed by the Media Take Out website. Years ago, Media Take Out obtained records from the Texas Department of Health, the U.S. state in which Beyonce was born. The records listed her full name as Beyonce Gisele Knowles, her parents' names and her date of birth as September 4, 1974. That means Beyonce is 41, not 34 as she is falsely claiming.

43-year-old actress, Gabrielle Union, also previously made the statement, "Beyonce and I have been friends since we were teenagers. We go to the same hairstylist now and you know how those bonds are!" A television newscaster who is in her 40s also made a similar statement revealing she and Beyonce went to high school together. High school in America is only 4-years. Beyonce is grossly lying about her age.

At the end of the day, if you live, you will age and get older. That's life. It happens to everybody. There is no necessity to go to great lengths to formally shave a decade off your age and keep up this pretense, lying to millions of people on such a grand scale. It comes across as very deceitful. Beyonce has been lying about many things, including her fake marriage to Jay Z (her uncle let that secret out and the fact she said Jay Z is "ugly") and her fake career.

The opening episode of BET's television show "Being Mary Jane" starring actress Gabrielle Union, got off to a solid start with decent cable ratings. However, the show lost 500,000 viewers in week two and continues to slide. According to the Los Angeles Times, "The debut installment had already dropped from the more than 4 million viewers who tuned in to the show's movie-length pilot, which aired last May."

Could the plunging ratings have to do with the drama in Union's personal life, as it was revealed Miami Heat star basketball player, Dwyane Wade, fathered a child with another woman, Aja Metoyer, during the time the two were together. The baby was born in November 2013 and his mother went on a Twitter tirade, spilling the beans regarding Wade and Union, who she labeled an alcoholic.

Wade has since proposed to the actress, but Union is receiving a significant amount of criticism online, with people calling her weak over her decision to stay with a boyfriend who cheated on her. People are also unhappy with the fact Union broke up Wade's marriage to this high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Wade, who became much more vocal over the past several months.

No matter how interesting a show might be, likeability regarding its cast can impact ratings. If there is a public image scandal, it can cause ratings to wane. Bloggers certainly aren't trying to help Union, who is deemed a homewrecker online.

Gabrielle Union continues to anger Siohvaughn Wade (nee Funches) the ex-wife of Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade. During a recent television appearance, the actress recounted the events surrounding Wade’s marriage proposal last month.

Union stated during a trip to the couple’s new home that is under construction, Wade got his sons to hold up a sign that read “Will you marry us.” Union cockily stated “they ask me all the time” and “this is embarrassing, now they’ve created signs.” Then Wade got on one knee and proposed prompting Union to state, “You’re serious?” She accepted his proposal of marriage, much to the anger of his ex-wife, who is not pleased her sons were used as apart of it.

Since the beginning of their relationship in 2009, Union has been publicly accused of breaking up Wade’s relationship with then wife, Funches, who bitterly spoke out. Union kept taunting Funches with online comments and public conduct designed to get under her skin. Funches even sued Wade over her adulterous conduct.

Some speculate the proposal was due to the fact a woman named Aja Metoyer was about to go public with the fact Wade has been having sex with her for the past 9-years and it resulted in a pregnancy in 2013. Wade and Metoyer’s secret son Xavier was born in November 2013, much to Union’s embarrassment as she was dating him at the time.

Aja Metoyer, the mother of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's 2-month old son, Xavier, stated she is not a gold digger, referring to herself as a university educated business woman. However, Metoyer's failure to use birth control is going to net her over $50,000 per month in child support payments for what could be the next 18-years. That's at least $600,000 per year.

Child support payments in states like California are assessed based on the parent's income and assets. Under this premise, the child is to live in the same manner and financial level as its wealthy parent. It is done as a provision to ensure the best financial quality of life for the child.

For example, rapper Nas was hit with $40,000 in child support payments to then soon-to-be ex-wife singer, Kelis. It was later increased to $51,000 per month, infuriating the rapper. Nas went to a judge and had it decreased, as his income has declined and he is heavily in debt to the IRS (owes millions in back taxes to the government). Nas' monthly payment was halved. However, for a time Nas was forking over $51,000 per month to Kelis.  

Wade's net worth is said to be $150,000,000, which far exceeds that of Nas. Metoyer, who lives in California, is in line to see payments that could exceed that of the $51,000 per month Kelis was receiving, once the case is properly processed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Therefore, it gives the appearance Metoyer was after Wade's money to get knocked up and so soon.

Nonetheless, money oriented Gabrielle Union, the fiancée of Wade (in a forthcoming union destined for disaster and divorce, pardon the pun) is not happy about the money Wade is going to have to shell out. He is already paying $25,000 per month to his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, in Chicago, Illinois, in alimony payments.

Sounds like Wade trusted Metoyer too much. Truthfully, one can't completely trust people whilst dating, allowing them to handle birth control, as you don't know what they truly want from you. Some will see you as a chance to collect a big child support check every month. Some will see an unplanned pregnancy as a way to force someone into marriage or moving into your place, at the least. If one is going to engage in sex outside of marriage, one runs the risk of unplanned pregnancies and STDs, both costly in different ways.

However, she needs to be mindful of what she states online as she has a son, who in a few short years can log onto the internet and read various cutting comments she made about his dad. Women should not poison their children's minds against their dads, as that hurts and damages the child as well. 

Side Bar: I remember years ago during a stand up comedy routine, comedian turned talk show host and author, Steve Harvey, joked about hearing that his child support payments would be $5,000 per month. He questioned why an infant would need that much money stating, "Why? Is my baby on crack."

Metoyer has taken offense to the labels she is being tagged with online by bloggers and internet readers and fired off tweets slamming Wade and Union. Metoyer stated when they began a sexual relationship, Wade told her he had broken up with Union, over her "drinking" and his "cheating."

Still, some will state she is not wealthy like Wade, who is a millionaire many times over. A gold digger does not have to be broke. Therefore, some will not accept that argument. 

Metoyer also stated she has a degree from NYU. The question is why the unplanned pregnancy. Certainly a business woman with a degree would be on top of something like that, pardon the pun, opting to use birth control. It gives the impression it was a planned pregnancy on Metoyer's end, but an unplanned one for Wade, who was still dating Union.

The word around town is that actress Gabrielle Union is jealous of Aja Metoyer, the mother of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade’s new baby boy Xavier, who was born last month. Metoyer, 31, is also the mother of Damon Wayans Jr.'s two daughters. It's clear Metoyer is holding a grudge against birth control. Metoyer is a pretty girl and men obviously like her, but three kids by two famous men have people on social networking calling her a "groupie" looking for a paycheck.

As news was about to break about the unplanned pregnancy and subsequent birth, Wade, 31, proposed to Union, 41 and she accepted. However, Union fled town for the Bahamas when the baby story broke, to spend time away from the prying press and paparazzi. She rang in the New Year with a pained look on her face and a big, forced smile.

It was all above board in what was a friendly and kind tweet. Little did he know that three years later she would become the mother of one of his children.

However, sometimes people start off as friends and it turns into something more. As the Judiciary Report stated a few weeks ago, the friend zone is not always a permanent situation (Men Have Hope Because The Friend Zone Is Not A Permanent Situation). Sometimes it goes from platonic to romantic. Wade is personable and pleasant, two qualities women like in a man. Maybe, Wade and Metoyer were leaning on each other for support as friends and she slipped, fell and landed on his… (LOL ok, bad joke).

What do you guys want me to say. It is what it looks like between them. Wade is one of my favorite athletes, so I'm not gonna give him a hard time. However, Union is devastated at the news regarding Metoyer. She's wanted to marry Wade and have children with him. Make it worse, Wade’s sexual relationship with Metoyer happened during his relationship with her.

Aja Metoyer, pictured above, who has two children for actor Damon Wayans Jr., picked men who look somewhat similar and have the same initials (D.W.) with names that sort of sound alike. Was she missing Wayans and projected those feelings onto Wade.

Though some people have long engagements and their marriages turn out well, the Judiciary Report has maintained for some time that Union is dragging Wade down the aisle. They’ve been together for over 4-years and he showed no intention of proposing until a week before the baby news was set to go public, not wanting Union to be humiliated. She was practically begging him to marry her on television during an awards show.

Throughout his relationship with Union, he’s dated at  least three other women in Miami (one in North Bay Village according to the Miami Herald), which says he is not serious about her. Wade should save himself the trouble of getting into a messy marriage, via what is a relationship already showing signs of serious trouble.

Marriage should never be an obligation or done to help someone not be embarrassed by a difficult situation. Marriage should be about true love. It should be something within you that has you certain you want to marry the person. Anything less is not fair to either person.

Beyonce Knowles has been busted again lying about her true age. 5-years ago Media Take Out outed Beyonce as a liar, who shaved 7-years off her age. The website produced 1974 birth records for the State of Texas with Beyonce's name listed under that year (with her parents correct names listed as well as the birth parents) revealing she is several years older than she has been stating. Then, blogger Sandra Rose outed Beyonce as lying about her age, via a Gabrielle Union interview that supported Media Take Out's claims. Union is 41. Beyonce is actually 39.

Now mainstream show Good Morning America has given away Beyonce's age as well. One of Good Morning America's hosts, Biana Golodryga, revealed she went to high school with Beyonce. Golodryga is 35, approaching 36. Once again, Beyonce is 39. According to Media Take Out and other sources, Beyonce is going to be 40-years-old this year.

The thing is why lie about your age. Tina Turner had her biggest hits in the 1980s when she was in her 50s. To this day, Turner, who is in her 70s, is better than Beyonce, Rihanna and Britney Spears combined. Look at Halle Berry, she's 47 and looks better than Beyonce, Rihanna and Britney (Oooh, Halle Berry makes me so mad, it's not fair that anyone should be that beautiful LOL). Think about it, Susan Boyle is in her 50s and clowning Beyonce, Rihanna and Britney Spears on the album charts in the sales department. The point is every person that lives ages and gets older. That's life. It's not a big deal. No need to lie about your age.

Wade's ex-wife took it very badly and went public with many sensational allegations to hurt him over the demise of their marriage. In the process, she embarrassed their two young children Zion and Zaire, with scandalous revelations about an STD that she blamed Wade for. However, she contracted it when she cheated on him to get even.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time. But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday." Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ... There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending." Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were." For a time, home wrecking actress, Gabrielle Union, was visibly missing from the life of Miami Heat basketball star, Dwyane Wade. The two had broken up and during that time, Wade impregnated a long time friend, who just gave birth to a baby boy. Wade has acknowledged paternity.

Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, has been fighting to void their divorce, but he has reconciled with Union and proposed marriage. In the meantime, the couple is said to have "privately worked though the issue" of Wade having gotten another woman pregnant. This is Wade's third child. He has two boys with Siohvaughn Funches named Zaire and Zion. Funches is not going to take the news well.

People in Miami have been stating all year that Wade has a woman in the city. Another woman also began publicly insinuating on social networking that something is going on between them, rubbing Union's face in it. Side Bar: why are so many side chicks going public with their stories. Some famous men and their significant other agree to keep their relationship private which is not necessarily a bad thing, because that way everyone won't be in your business causing trouble and fabricating scandal.

Three-time home wrecker, Union, proudly displayed her engagement ring online proclaiming she accepted Wade's proposal. Union has been hinting on television and the internet at wanting a proposal from Wade. She was putting it out there in a big way. Now after years of hinting, Wade has asked her to marry him and they are planning a summer 2014 wedding.

Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches Wade, has desperately fought to get him back. Recently, she filed legal paper work to void their divorce - this was after firing her 13th lawyer. When Union broke up Wade's marriage to Funches, his ex-wife, the mother of his two children, had a mental breakdown. Union kept taunting Funches online and engaging in stunts provoking Siohvaughn.

It should go without saying, Funches is not taking the news of their engagement well, as she still loves Wade, her high school sweetheart. Dade County Circuit Court Judge Antonio Marin has ordered Siohvaughn Wade, the ex-wife of Miami Heat star Dywane Wade to "undergo an evaluation for anger management" after her display this month, proclaiming on a Chicago street, that she is homeless because of him. Wade disputed the claim via his attorney who publicly stated he is paying the mortgage on Siohvaughn's home, the taxes and insurance and for her four cars.

Wade filed an emergency motion with the court requesting Siohvaughn undergo a psychological evaluation. His motion was declined, with Judge Marin replacing it with the "evaluation for anger management." He also ordered Wade, who has primary custody of the kids, to turn the kids over to Siohvaughn for a visit.

Wade's attorney James Pritikin stated, "On behalf of Mr. Wade, we are satisfied. If we hadn’t brought that motion, there was no other way to call the court’s attention to her erratic behavior in the courthouse and at Daley Plaza. An evaluation for anger management is the same thing as a psychological evaluation. . . . Tomorrow morning, they’re going to begin a period of visitation with their mother."

Sadly, Siohvaughn's mental state has deteriorated, largely thanks to actress, Gabrielle Union, who is Dywane's desperate girlfriend. As my very reliable source well apprised of what happened in this matter in Miami, Florida communicated to me, scheming Gabrielle attempted to "unravel Siohvaugh to show Dywane that she (Gabrielle) was the better choice" via "engaging in stunts" on the internet and in person to cause maximum distress to Siohvaugh, hoping it would drive her crazy and manifest via a nervous breakdown.

Well, girl, you got your wish. I just hope you can live with yourself if something tragic comes out of this - and that's my concern at this point. Gabrielle has repeatedly been pushing Siohvaughn's buttons not caring about the consequences. The Wade children are being exposed to traumatic displays and arguments all because of a determined jump off that pushed the wife out of the picture (girl, you're not the only jump off and you better hope the other chicks aren't as scheming and conniving in trying to push you out of the picture).

Be careful trying to push people over the edge. I'm not wishing this but last week, in seeing photos of a mentally distraught Siohvaugh, I kept remembering a jarring movie I saw when I was a kid called the "Betty Broderick Story." It was based on a true story.

It was about a couple whose marriage was destroyed by a scheming attention seeking woman, who pushed the wife, Betty, out of the picture via a series of calculated offenses meant to get under the woman's skin. And it worked...worked so well Betty regrettably shot and killed them dead (which was the wrong thing to do).

As stated above, I am not wishing this on anyone, as Wade is one of my favorite basketball players and I admire the charity work he does as well as his mother's remarkable story of beating drugs and opening a church to help others, but you need to talk to Union and tell her to stop trying to get at your ex-wife. She needs to knock it off before Siohvaughn snaps.

Siohvaughn has clearly become unstable and after what happened this month regarding the homeless display, she could snap at any time if pushed further. In the Judiciary Report's estimation, it is a risk leaving the children in her custody for non-supervised visits, but she should be allowed to see her kids.

When she set her sights on well-known Miami Heat basketball star, Dwyane Wade, she began targeting his wife as well, but in Siohvaughn Wade's case, in a negative way.

The public knows what you've been doing, as feedback comments all over the internet indicate.

Siohvaughn fought back, but in the wrong way and lost custody of her children. Wanting to hurt Wade, she even lied about him not supporting her financially and claiming in court papers he gave her an STD, which was unfounded. It begs the question, as Hollywood is a twisted place where stars like to hire private investigators to harass and terrorize people and celebrities who lack morals like to steal people's spouses which always comes back to bite them is Union responsible for the deterioration in Siohvaughn's mental health.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, Kabbalah/Illuminati member, Union, who is known for being a twisted, vindictive, difficult witch behind the scenes, played a great role in Siohvaughn's mental health crisis. Do remember, you reap what you sow. Reports in the Miami Herald (yes, the Miami Herald) and on social networking indicate Wade is already cheating on Union with a woman on Miami Beach and a second chick in Miami as well.

But go ahead Gabrielle, keep making a fool of yourself dragging that man down the aisles kicking and screaming, as he clearly doesn't want to marry you. You stole him from a woman, Siohvaughn, who God deemed his true mate via marriage (and that's going to come back to you Gabrielle, as what goes around comes around - you don't go around destroying people's families and God not bring it back to you). It's hard to watch a movie and get into it knowing the woman behind the character keeps breaking up people's marriages and taunting people online she has done wrong. But it turns out, he has been paying the mortgage on her luxury home, the taxes, insurance as well as the payments on her not one, two or three, but FOUR cars. Wade’s lawyer issued a statement to refute his ex-wife’s claims (see below).

But according to the Miami Herald Wade has another girlfriend in addition to Union, so he was trying to smooth things over with the actress and it inadvertently ticked off his already unstable ex-wife.

A statement from Dwyane Wade’s lawyer read: "Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches have reached a financial settlement. The agreement was submitted in court last Tuesday, July 16 prior to Ms. Funches’ recent unfounded and erratic public display outside the courthouse this past Friday. Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process.

Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life. Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be "homeless" and "destitute," Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process. Ms. Funches has made a mockery of homelessness which is a serious and personal issue for Mr. Wade as his mother was homeless for a period of time when he was a child.

Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody of their sons by the court in 2011. The safety and wellbeing of his children are his main priority. Due to Ms. Funches’ current unstable mental state, her visitation will be determined by the court. Mr. Wade continues to hope that one day he will have a civil relationship with his ex-wife for the sake of their sons."

Siohvaughn Wade, the ex-wife of NBA star, Dwyane Wade, has engaged in publicity stunts attempting to get back at her ex-husband for divorcing her and hooking up with serial home wrecker Gabrielle Union. While the Judiciary Report sympathizes with Siohvaughn regarding Union rubbing salt in her wounds (really Gabrielle, leave that woman alone) she is going about things all wrong in a manner that is doing her no favors in the court or court of public opinion.

As stated in the Saturday, July 20, 2013 column, Siohvaughn is claiming she is homeless, but the Miami Herald reports she was given a $1,000,000 lump sum in a divorce settlement and $35,000 per month in alimony payments. Yesterday Wade's lawyer confirmed he has been paying her the aforementioned alimony payments (which include travel) as well as having paid for her mortgage and four cars.

Therefore, in light of this recent announcement by his lawyer, reaffirming what was in the Miami Herald months ago, Siohvaughn was wrong to take to the streets pretending to be homeless. It has greatly damaged her credibility. One minute Siovaughn says she's broke, the next she states she doesn't want any money (see video above). It can't be both. Furthermore, if Wade truly did not pay her, she could have had him arrested months ago on a warrant for non-payment.

What the site finds particularly odd is that Siovaughn sued Gatorade and Staples, in a legal action she brought against Wade. This has also damaged her credibility, as it was highly inappropriate under the circumstances. What did Gatorade and Staples do to you, other than put money in your ex-husband's pockets and food on your children's table, via endorsements deals. When you try to mess up Wade's business that technically has nothing to do with you, you're also messing up your children's financial future. Stop doing that.

Surrendering your dignity in laying down on a sidewalk in public, ranting and raving about your ex-husband while pretending to be homeless, is not the way. It's an insult to the truly homeless. Holding up signs for yourself when many are focused on raising signs for Trayvon Martin is also not good. Be sensitive to public sentiment.

Many women have faced divorced with a scheming, callous, covetous woman taking their husbands and wrongly stepping into a life with him that should have been theirs. It's not fair, but it has happened to women. You can't be bitter about these things or it will eat you up inside. Focus on your children and yourself. Your kids need you to be at your best, not tearing their daddy to pieces. Let go of the bitterness. Work to make your life and the lives of your children better. Start a new, productive, positive career. Do good things for yourself, your family and your community. Put your energies into something positive.
