Nick Denton And Michael Barrett Skid Into Bankruptcy Over Perverted Voyeurism In Secretly Spying On Others Via Video

Denton illegally uploaded secretly recorded video of wrestler Hulk Hogan having sex with Heather Clem. Barrett stalked, hacked off the peephole of the hotel suite sportscaster Erin Andrews stayed in while on assignment for the ESPN network, used his mobile phone camera to secretly record her naked in the room, then uploaded it to the internet like a real degenerate.

Denton and his company Gawker were hit with a $140,000,000 court judgment. Denton is liable for a portion of the judgment. Hence, Denton preparing to file personal bankruptcy. However, if other cases serve as an example, it will not benefit Denton much in a personal filing. Here's why. Barrett was hit with a $27,000,000 judgment from the Andrews civil case. The bankruptcy court has already ruled Barrett cannot discharge the court debt under his filing.

Therefore, Barrett is still indebted to Andrews, who can garnish his wages until every dime is paid ($27,000,000). Barrett complained it is difficult obtaining work being a felon, as he served time for the criminal offense. However, Barrett created the situation he is currently in via his illegal conduct. Other felons have found work and so can he. Every time his paycheck is docked to pay Andrews, he can remember how he destroyed her life, as she has to live with what he did in violating her privacy in a very sick way.

Judge Trish Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy court in Oregon ruled that the damages owed by Michael David Barrett are “non-dischargeable,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Barrett was ordered to pay 51 percent of the $55 million awarded to Andrews in damages in March. Barrett filed for bankruptcy in Oregon, where he lives, in 2012. Previously, he had served two years in prison after pleading guilty to interstate stalking of Andrews in 2009...

Erin Andrews Settles Hotel Peeping Tom Lawsuit With Marriott Hotels

A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed by sports analyst, Erin Andrews, filed against the Marriott Hotel, after poor security led to a stalker invading her privacy. Stalker, Michael Barrett, was able to obtain Andrews' suite number from a Marriott Hotel staff member and booked a room right next to it. This enabled him to watch her movements and hack off the hotel room peephole, placing his mobile phone camera up to it and film her naked in the suite, while she was getting ready to make television appearances. Barrett caused Andrews tremendous emotional and mental trauma by uploading the secretly made video from the peephole, to the internet, where millions watched Andrews naked in her hotel room, without her permission.

The Marriott Hotel has settled with Andrews for an undisclosed sum of money, after jurors threw the book at them for their poor security practices. Jurors informed the media they were very dismayed by the case and want greater assurances their privacy will be protected in places such as hotels. Contrary to what a handful of crazy people like to think, particularly in Hollywood, the world is not headed in the direction that it is permissible or appropriate to spy on people in their homes, hotels and public toilets, to satisfy someone's sick sexual urges, in behavior psychiatrists denounce as the mentally ill sexual disorder known as voyeurism. It is depravity of the highest order associated with sexual predators and pedophiles.

Jury Awards Hulk Hogan $25 Million More In Damages In Gawker Secret Sex Tape Case As Editor Reveals He Would Publish Child Porn On The Site

Last week a Florida jury awarded wrestler Hulk Hogan $115,000,000 in a leaked sex tape case he filed against the Gawker website. Gawker, owned by Nick Denton, was given a secretly filmed sex tape of Hogan, shot without his permission or that of his sex partner. Gawker lawlessly decided to publish the voyeuristic tape and was hit with a $100,000,000 lawsuit for this misconduct. The jury has now awarded Hogan an additional $25,000,000 in damages. Jurors revealed seeing the tape during trial made up their minds to throw the book at Gawker for this egregious misconduct.

The jury's verdict in this case and others, such as Erin Andrews v. Marriott Hotels and separately Lastonia Leviston v. 50 Cent, is the American people sending the media and Hollywood a clear message that the public is not agreement with secretly spying on people in their homes, hotels and public toilets - and to make it worse, publishing the contents of the illegal voyeurism. The media and Hollywood are in their own world where anything goes, but the American public and the world as a whole are not in agreement with this perversion that is criminally violating people's rights to privacy.

What's also alarming is Gawker's editor, A.J. Daulerio stating celebrity sex tapes are newsworthy, meaning they should be made public with or without the subject's consent. When asked what would constitute going too far, Daulerio answered, "If they were a child." Hogan's attorney asked "Under what age" to which Daulerio perversely and troubling replied "Four." That means Gawker would publish child porn if the subject is 5-years old and up. These are the kind of perverts Gawker has on staff. Is there any wonder those perverts at Gawker gleefully and illegally published the secretly filmed Hogan sex tape.

The whole thing is sick, stomach turning and deserves to be slapped down in every legal venue possible. Adults and separately children's rights are being violated, by perverts who are deviants and sexual predators desperate and hard up for any form of sexual stimulation they can find. This is not legal porn where of age actors are paid and know they are being filmed. This is secretly watching and filming people in private places, such as their bedrooms, hotel rooms and public toilets and it has to stop. It's disgusting, sick and denotes serious mental problems in people engaging in this criminal behavior. Anyone engaging in such depraved behavior belongs in a mental institution, as they are a danger to the public.

Daulerio, 41, was sitting ramrod straight in the Florida courtroom during the awkward moment when he was asked on video by Hogan’s lawyer, “Can you imagine a situation where a celebrity sex tape would not be newsworthy?”

Salina Stevens, a 35-year-old college-campus safety agent from St. Petersburg, Florida, told reporters once she saw the video she knew Hogan's privacy had been violated. 

'The video was worse than I expected in some ways. 'Not so much the sex part of it but just the conversation. 'I just feel like if he knew that he was being videotaped, he would not have spoke about the things he spoke about,' Salina said. She said the conversation between Hogan and the woman in the video was 'very human' and proved to her the wrestler didn't know he was being recorded. 

'I understand that we have a First Amendment, and I stand behind the First Amendment but I don’t want that to be used improperly. 'I think that it is used improperly way too often, and we also have privacy laws, and I hope those will be taken into more consideration when stories are being ran,’ Salina said. 

Hogan was awarded an additional $25million in punitive damages - three days after the jury ruled in his favor with a $115million judgment. That $25million will be covered by both the site and its owner Nick Denton, who jurors ordered to pay $10million of the punitive damages out of his own pocket. The jury's decision came just hours after Judge Pamela Campbell informed the four women and two men deciding the case that Denton is worth $121million while the site is valued at $83million. 

Judge Campbell also informed the jury that the former editor of the site who posted the video, 41-year-old AJ Daulerio, has no assets and owes $27,000 in student loans. He was hit even harder than Denton by jurors Monday, who ordered him to pay $100,000 of his own money despite being told about his financial status earlier in the day...

Jury Awards Wrestler Hulk Hogan $115,000,000 Over Sex Tape Leaked Online By Gawker Website

This is a follow up to the March 8, 2016 Judiciary Report article "Hulk Hogan Takes The Stand In $100,000,000 Leaked Sextape Lawsuit Against Gawker Website" where the site slammed the behavior of the website for engaging in unlawful behavior that perversely invaded Hogan's privacy in a very sick way.

A week and a half later, on Friday, March 18, 2016, a jury awarded wrestler Hulk Hogan $115,000,000 in damages against website Gawker and its founder, Nick Denton, for leaking to the internet, the illegally made, secret sex tape between the star and the wife of his former best friend. This figure is $15,000,000 more than Hogan requested in the civil lawsuit, but fair under the circumstances, as this case is sick and a gross invasion of privacy. Gawker intends to file an appeal. However, Gawker and company should be made to financially pay for their conduct. A prison sentence would have been appropriate as well in criminal court.

Gawker was arrogant to publish the secretly made sex tape. Hogan and his sex partner, Heather, maintain they did not know they were being filmed by the latter’s husband, Bubba The Love Sponge Clem, who had secretly set up a camera in the closet, to film his wife's activities in their open marriage. The tape was then offered to Gawker, who illegally published it online and made $15,000,000 in advertising from the misconduct. Gawker knew they did not have Hogan or Heather's written permission to do so. They are playing dumb and twisting the law to suit their vile narrative in violating others.

Society is going in a sick direction when third parties are of the deranged and misguided belief, they have the right to secretly watch and or film others in situations privacy is to be expected. As stated in the column previously, psychologists classify voyeurism as a mental disorder. It is not something to be championed or praised. It is mental illness to secretly watch people in their homes, hotel rooms, business or toilets in public establishments, without their consent.

Recently, sportscaster, Erin Andrews was awarded $55,000,000 due to a stalker secretly filming her naked in her hotel room and uploading the mobile phone video to the internet. Rapper 50 Cent was slapped with a $5,000,000 court judgment for arrogantly uploading a video of Lastonia Leviston, the ex-girlfriend of rival rapper, Rick Ross, to his website, without her consent. Leviston is the mother of Ross' minor child. She became suicidal after 50 Cent posted the tape to the world without her consent and mocked her to boot. It was a nasty, traumatizing event in her life. 

The aforementioned individuals that illegally recorded and or published secret sex tapes should be in prison for these sick, perverted offenses and hit with massive criminal fines. What people do in their own bedrooms, hotels, private offices and public toilets is their own business. It is nasty and sick for third parties to think they should be secretly watching. You are sex offenders and sexual predators dragging society right into the gutter. People have a right to privacy. Stop violating it.

Erin Andrews Wins $55,000,000 In Case Against Marriott Hotels Over Being Stalked And Secretly Filmed In Her Room By Sick Voyeur Who Disseminated The Video Online

ESPN sportscaster and "Dancing With The Stars" television host, Erin Andrews, was victorious in court this week, with a jury awarding her $55,000,000 in damages against the Marriott chain of hotels (and her stalker), for allowing her deranged voyeuristic stalker, Michael David Barrett, to obtain her hotel room information and booking him a suite next to her, enabling him to secretly record her naked, then upload it to the internet like a depraved pervert and sexual predator. As the damages are split 51/49, Marriott Hotels is liable for $27,000,000 in damages. Barrett, who is not wealthy, is liable for the remaining damages. As such his wages will be garnished, as will any existing bank account in his name, likely for the rest of his life, in attempts to financially repay his victim. Barrett was also sentenced to 5-years in prison in a separate criminal case.

Andrews sued for $75,000,000, but the jury awarded her $20,000,000 less than requested. Previously, the Judiciary Report alluded to the fact the damages requested would be considered high for the crime in question, as usually cases that resulted in death for the victim (filed by heirs) or extreme medical misconduct, are awarded such high damages (Erin Andrews Seeks $75,000,000 In Hotel Voyeurism Case). The Judiciary Report's figure of $20,000,000 in damages is in line with what Andrews is likely due to receive, regarding the $27,000,000 verdict. The $27,000,000 damage award could be reduced on appeal, but hopefully the verdict regarding said figure will stand. Nonetheless, it is a sizeable sum of money for such a case.

Andrews deserves the money. What was done to her is cruel and inhumane. It was meant to degrade and humiliate. Regrettably, the Marriott's negligence facilitated the sick conduct of a sexual predator. Under the law, they are liable for the severe mental and emotional trauma Andrews sustained. Hotels are not supposed to release the information of their guests to unauthorized parties. It is an invasion of privacy and security risk. What if Barrett had been a killer.

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained there needs to be stronger privacy laws in America, as people's rights are being violated by unscrupulous vultures in sick ways. The current voyeurism laws are too weak with slap on the wrist penalties for what is abhorrently sick behavior. The late U.S. senator, Arlen Specter, presented the Surreptitious Video Surveillance Act in Congress for passage, but since the time of his death it has stalled. It would bar individuals from secretly filming others without their consent, as in the case of what transpired against Erin Andrews. These sick acts of voyeurism are not only violating adults, but children as well. Recently, someone placed a hidden camera (via hidden mobile phone that was recording and transmitting the feed over the internet) in a Starbucks bathroom without the knowledge or consent of the coffee chain and filmed a 5-year-old in a state of undress, who was using the toilet.

In another disturbing incident, rapper Lil Wayne was secretly filmed having sex without his knowledge or permission, in a tape being shopped around for payment and potential publication. The lawbreaking individuals who are demanding big money for the video have offered it to sites such as TMZ, as well as porn companies, in criminal violation of basic privacy and voyeurism laws. Wayne is threatening to sue, as it truly is a gross invasion of his privacy.

Mom Horrified After 5-Year-Old Son Finds Hidden Camera in Starbucks Bathroom in Lancaster

Posted 11:09 PM, July 9, 2015 - Sheriff's deputies in Lancaster were investigating the discovery of a hidden cellphone camera recording video inside the ladies bathroom at a Starbucks in Lancaster on Thursday. A woman, who asked not to be identified, told KTLA that her 5-year-old son made the discovery around 10:30 a.m. at a Starbucks near Avenue K and 10th Street West.

"My son used the restroom first and I used the restroom after him," she said. "I noticed he was staring at the sink a little bit perplexed. I asked him what was wrong and he said, 'Mommy, why is there a phone under there?'" When she looked under the sink, the woman saw a cell phone propped up by paper towels with the camera pointing toward the toilet.

She immediately notified employees who contacted the sheriff's department. "The deputies discovered that the cellphone was running in a video-recording motion," said Lt. Joseph Fender with the Lancaster Sheriff's Station. "It's such a violation of privacy," the victim said. "Not only of mine, but my son." It was not clear where the video was being sent or how long the phone may have been recording...

Sports commentator and "Dancing With The Stars" host, Erin Andrews, continues to pursue her lawsuit against the Marriott Hotel chain, over staff failures that led to a stalker illegally filming her in the nude in her hotel room, via hacking off the peephole. Convicted stalker, Michael Barrett, violated Andrews' privacy in 2008, via stalking her to a number of hotels as she covered sporting events in America.

Marriott Hotel staff negligently gave Barrett her room information and allowed him to book an adjoining suite, which allowed the stalker to monitor her movements, fraudulently dress up as a workman and remove the door peephole to her hotel room when no one was watching. Barrett then perversely used his mobile phone to film Andrews naked in her room via the hole in the door where the peephole was once located.

Barrett unconscionably uploaded the video of a naked Andrews getting dress in her room before a sporting event. He was arrested, tried and sentenced to jail for his crimes. However, Marriott does bear liability, due to staff having given Barrett her room information he was not entitled to in any measure. Andrews has now named a figure in her case, placing the request for damages at $75,000,000. That figure is a bit a high. $20,000,000 would be a more viable starting point for a jury. However, no amount of money will be able to change the terrible violation of her privacy.

Leading Rental Company Facing Lawsuit For Spying On People In Their Homes Through Their Laptops

It has been confirmed, America's leading rental company, Aarons, is facing a lawsuit for secretly spying on people in their homes, while they were partially undress or naked, via the laptops consumers rented from their stores.

This conduct is completely criminal and sick. Brian and Chrystal Byrd of Wyoming, have sued Aarons rental company, as the police confirmed, store employees were spying on them and their 5-year-old, in their home, through the laptop they rented. As stated in the couple's lawsuit, the police informed them software made by the company Designware LLC of Pennsylvania, was used to remotely turn on the laptop's camera and record every keystroke they typed.

This sick breed of voyeuristic perversion has been cropping up in certain cases and has been featured prominently online and in the press, indicating said strain of invasion of privacy, has become a problem that is violating innocent people.

The public witnessed as it was reveled, via the upsetting case of the Lower Merion School District, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, faculty administrators and computer techs, spying on students in their very homes, in various states of undress, by remotely and illegally taking control of the webcams on their school issued laptops (Truth Comes Out In School Webcam Spying Case).

Last year, there was also the Erin Andrews case, regarding the beautiful ESPN sportscaster, who was illegally and secretly photographed naked in her hotel room. Stalker, Michael Barrett, pried off the peephole of Andrews' hotel room door, then uploaded to the internet, nude photos he surreptitiously took of her, without her knowledge or consent, using his mobile phone. He has since been imprisoned.

Prior to these two cases, I wrote of my awful experiences regarding pop singer, Madonna and her sick Kabbalah cult, who are currently under investigation by the IRS and FBI, for human trafficking, tax fraud and stealing donated charity money, among other things. Madonna's private investigator, is also the notorious Anthony Pellicano, who was imprisoned for criminally spying on people on behalf of stars that paid him $100,000 in each instance.

In 2008, Pellicano was convicted on serious charges of illegal hacking, wiretapping, racketeering and identity theft. However, other private investigators, such as Gavin DeBecker, continue the illegal tradition on behalf of stars in Hollywood, such as Madonna

Madonna commissioned criminal acts of invasion of privacy, to pilfer preexisting copyrights stored on my computers, that she and her cronies in Hollywood later illegally used without permission or payment, also extended to spying on me at home. She engaged a private investigator, who works in tandem with her Kabbalah cult, to illegally spy on me in my home, via, among other things, illegally hacking my computers and turning on the webcam and microphones, in deeds that are positively sick. Two separate computer companies confirmed in writing my computers were hacked. The hacks were digitally traced back to the staff of Madonna.com.

To add insult to injury and to be vile, as these cultists are very depraved, Madonna began sending members of Kabbalah, to approach me in public or call me over the phone, issuing threats and regurgitating the invasive contents of what they illegally witnessed in my house, via spying on me in my home. Madonna and said cult are the nastiest, sickest people on the planet.

This form of misconduct was also present in the Anthony Pellicano case, which was later written about in the New York Times, after I filed a complaint with the FBI and went public with said allegations. Professional attorneys suing Hollywood stars over personal and or financial misconduct, complained to the FBI that Pellicano would illegally spy on them in their offices, then call them at their places of business and repeat to them VERBATIM, what they had just said privately over the phone or in the office to a client, in criminal violation of attorney client privilege, privacy laws and wiretapping statues.

In another case I first broke online in 2005, via filing a formal criminal complaint against Rupert Murdoch's Newspaper Groups, which was later renamed News International, due to the bad publicity, it was later proven in 2006 and again this year that the aforementioned company, did indeed hack into the phones of a number of people and spied on them in criminal violation of the law. My allegations were proven 100% and correct.

What is very disturbing about Murdoch's commissioned misconduct using private investigators to hack people's phones and emails, then trail them in public, is there is another hidden danger to privacy via this invasive spying. As electronic experts have shown on television, hackers can remotely turn on the audio, video and camera functions on a person's phone and use it to secretly spy on them in their home.

A word to the public: be careful where your privacy is concerned and do your very best to protect yourself and your family from certain perverse people out there, who have no sense of decency. There are sick in society, exploiting technology to spy on others in insidious ways, as they are mentally ill and very perverted.

Your home is your castle. It is sacred. No one should be spying on you in there. Under the law, it is a crime to spy on others in their home, office, car, public bathrooms and changing rooms in stores. World governments need to start making examples of these perverts, until this sick conduct is stamped out from society.

Author and blogger, Andrew Breitbart, made an appearance on the Sirus satellite radio show "Anthony And Opie" to talk about the sexting scandal surrounding congressman Anthony Weiner. During the interview, Breitbart whipped out his mobile phone to show the hosts a photo of Weiner's penis, the congressman had texted to a woman, who in turn inappropriately leaked the picture to the blogger.

This lead to the uncensored penis pic being released unto the internet today, in conduct that is inappropriate and a criminal violation of Weiner's rights. Though Weiner's conduct in consensually sending said picture to a woman, who was not his wife, is unethical and a betrayal of his marriage vows, he did so privately with the "reasonable expectation to privacy" as prescribed by law.

I don't agree with Weiner's politics, but humiliating him or anyone in this manner is wrong. Adults and teenagers have committed suicide over such sexting photos going public without their consent, not able to handle the public humiliation, over what was a private moment.

In the Erin Andrews case, an innocent sportscaster suffered great emotional trauma and distress, after her privacy was invaded by a perverse person that criminally snapped photos of her, through a hotel room key hole, then illegally made it public.

ESPN sportscaster and stalking victim, Erin Andrews, made an appearance today in the US Congress, to lobby for tougher penalties against criminals that stalk and harass people.

Andrews was viciously violated when stalker, Michael Barrett, followed her from state to state, whilst she covered sporting events for the famous channel. Barrett rented hotel rooms next to hers, hacked off the peephole of her suites, videotaped her nude, getting dressed and uploaded the illegally filmed footage to the internet.

As the Judiciary Report has stated for years, the penalties for such crimes are too lenient, emboldening and enabling stalkers to continue to wreak havoc on innocent people. Stalking victims are often assaulted or murdered by their predators, who have lost all sense of reasoning and human decency, as no normal or moral person would do such a thing.

However, at the end of the day, Congress, which frequents this website according to site stats, does not care. The Judiciary Report warned for years that very mentally disturbed people in Hollywood, have been abusing video and computer technology, to literally spy on unwitting people in their homes, whilst they are in different states of undress and the legislature did nothing to stop it.

It wasn't until a group of perverts on a school board, in the Blake Robbins case, decided to install spyware on school issued laptops, without notice and watch kids in different states of undress in their homes, taking 56,000 illegal images, did the Congress decide to propose the Surreptitious Surveillance Act. And even that has not been made law.

If Congress actually strengthened stalking laws and enforced them, they'd have to lock half of Hollywood up, who routinely commissions acts of stalking, spying, abuse and assault, for their own perverted kicks, as seen in the Anthony Pellicano case (while others like Gavin DeBecker, carry on the despicable tradition).

These cases often become federal, as civil rights laws are violated and stalkers cross state lines, whilst engaging in the offending criminal conduct. However, the FBI doesn't enforce anti-stalking and illegal spying laws on the books, due to outright corruption.

The Judiciary Report commends Andrews' effort, but for the average person in America, nothing will be done, as the government is steeped in corruption, wanton negligence and apathy.

Erin Andrews Sues Hotels Over Peeping Tom Videos

ESPN sportsanchor and "Dancing With The Stars" alum, Erin Andrews, has sued the hotels that negligently allowed a stalker, David Michael Harris, to obtain her room numbers, hack off the peepholes to her doors and illegally film her in different states of undress, uploading it to the internet.

Andrews deserves to win this lawsuit, as hotel security and proper protocols were sorely lacking on two levels and caused her massive emotional and mental distress. The jury should award her serious damages, if the Defendants unwisely refuse to settle.

One, her room numbers should not have been given out by reception, allowing the perverted voyeur to book rooms next to her in more than one state. Two, why didn't security cameras notice Harris hacking off the peepholes to her rooms in different cities. Hotels need to change their policies, as it could result in a stalking victim's death.

In Hollywood, people routinely bribe others to find out where others are staying and under what room number, then engage private eyes to follow them around. This practice needs to stop as well, because stalking is illegal.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, one of the hosts of the television show, "The View" has tearfully apologized to ESPN sportscaster and "Dancing with The Stars" contestant, Erin Andrews, for criticizing her costumes on the program, stating the now incarcerated voyeur that targeted her, should have waited and watched the show, if he wanted to see her without clothes.

Hasselbeck was slammed by many for these comments, as Andrews was perversely spied on by a sexual deviant, that compromised the peepholes on her hotel room suites and used his mobile phone to film her nude, whilst she was getting dressed to cover sporting events.

Michael David Barrett, the sexual predator that criminally stalked and and perversely recorded ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews nude in her hotel room, without her knowledge, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay $7,366 in restitution.

Andrews was not happy with the sentence, believing he deserves more time in prison and she is right. As it was his first offense and no act of violence was involved, it was most likely the best the prosecutor could do, under established sentencing guidelines.

However, it was reported he engaged in this misconduct against a dozen other women. If he was prosecuted for each victim, he could spend the next two decades behind bars. He should also be forced to register as a sex offender.

Barrett, 48, of Westmont, Ill., pleaded guilty to various charged in December, including having the intent to "harass or to cause substantial emotional distress" to Andrews. He admitted that he used the Internet to try to distribute his videos...

“I am subject to crude comments," she told the court in December. "I walk into stadiums, and fans make crude comments to me. I have nightmares about this sexual predator.”

ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews, is requesting that stalker, Michael Barrett, be locked away for as long as possible, as he is a, "Threat to women everywhere." Barrett illegally filmed Andrews in her hotel rooms, without her knowledge, via a peephole he altered, then unlawfully uploaded the videos to the internet.

As stated previously, another victim of Barrett's anonymously gave her story. It has now been disclosed, there are a dozen other victims he committed these invasive crimes against.

Tiger Woods Obtains Nude Photo Injunction

Lawyers for golfer, Tiger Woods, have obtained an injunction in British court, to bar anyone from publishing purported nude photos and videos of the athlete. He states in the legal filing, he is not aware of any such photos or videos, but seeks to put a stop to any potential misconduct.

Let's hope they were not taken or filmed using hidden cameras, which is nasty Hollywood's way (Kabbalah and Scientology perversely and criminally like to spy on unsuspecting people they target via hidden cameras in homes and hotels). That would be a crime punishable by years of imprisonment.

Earlier this week, Playgirl magazine, based in America, declared they are looking into publishing alleged nude photos of Woods they obtained from a third party. No word on any pending injunctions against Playgirl.

Cases such as Woods, Erin Andrews, Aaron Reid and several others the Judiciary Report has covered, is proof positive Congress has lost control of the country in the area of human rights, that such perverse, invasive misconduct can openly transpire in ongoing misconduct that is positively sick.
