Michael Jackson’s New Song Sounds Old

The Michael Jackson estate has released another song by the deceased singer entitled "Much Too Soon." This one does sound like Jackson on the track. It is said to be an old recording done in the 1980s, but was never released with the "Thriller" album.

The song sound a lot like Jackson's old tune "Heal The World." The mere fact Jackson kept these songs hidden that long, without releasing them in any fashion, makes one wonder if he wanted them in the public domain at all.

Sony Music has debuted two new Michael Jackson posthumous releases and neither would have been approved by the singer if he were alive. The first is a track entitled "Hold My Hand" featuring rapper/singer Akon, which comes across as authentic, but unfinished. It also makes one think of Hootie and the Blowfish's 1990s hit of the same name. The second is a 2003 music video for the track "One More Chance" which is an older song that was released on a previous Jackson album.

The promo clip, reminiscent of Toni Braxton's 1991 clip "Seven Whole Days" is not what one usually expects from a Michael Jackson video. It too looks unfinished, like they ran with the little footage they had left. Last week, Sony released "Breaking News" - a song that clearly features a Michael Jackson imitator, pretending to be him on the tune, backed by old samples of the singer ad-libbing.

Michael Jackson's nephew, TJ Jackson, was sent an item via Twitter, stating Jason Malachi is the individual singing on the new Sony Music track "Breaking News," which purports to be the deceased singer. An observer has done a comparative video online, which reveals the vocal similarities present in the song "Breaking News" to Jackson tribute artist/impersonator/fledgling singer, Jason Malachi's voice.

As stated yesterday, the Judiciary Report does not believe Michael Jackson is the person singing on the song "Breaking News." Anyone with a basic ear for recollecting sounds will realize that is not him. Sony Music has copied and pasted previous Jackson vocal snippets, taking a word here and an ad-lib there, then placed it in the background of the song, while having someone else, reportedly Malachi, singing in the foreground.

It's actually quite appalling. Jackson has been reduced to a background vocalist by Sony Music, which is insulting to any mainstream artist. Dirty trick, indeed. It's quite vile and despicable when you think about it.

Sony Music are a bunch of liars. The Jackson family contends, the new song the label released entitled "Breaking News" reportedly performed by Michael Jackson, is not the late singer. The Judiciary Report listened to the song last night and agrees, that is not Michael Jackson on the track. Sony is trying to pull a fast one, out of sheer greed. The individual featured on the record sounds like a Michael Jackson imitator, which constitutes fraud.

However, it wouldn't be the first time a record label did such a thing. In the 1990s, the dance music group, C&C Music Factory, used a model to front their music, which was actually performed by Martha Wash, as she didn't fit with the band's youthful, photogenic image.

Milli Vanilli, famously fronted records produced by Frank Farian that was sung by a group of older singers, which ended in a terrible scandal and the overdose of one of its members, Fabrice Morvan. After being slammed for accepting Grammys for music not their own, the move was on to discredit and destroy the group, which led to drug, alcohol and prescription medication abuse, claiming Morvan's life.

Another fraud that is going to unravel...Carrie Underwood, accepting awards and millions for songs she did not write, but stole in violation of the law. And as the Bible says, "Great shall be the fall thereof."

Ironically, so-called singers today, are still lip-syncing and taking credit for writing music not their own, criminally stolen in acts of Copyright Infringement, forbidden by domestic and international law. It's only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down once again, as history always corrects itself.
