Reality star Kim Kardashian and her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, have undergone nose jobs, breast implants, cheek fillers, limp fillers and Botox. The mainstream press, which is largely controlled by Hollywood, constantly push these surgically altered stars on the public as the acceptable way to look in society. But is it fair?

These stars don't even look like themselves, so why are you asking the public to look like them and hold them up as role models and templates for what people should look like. Too much emphasis is placed on looks rather than talent and it is doing society a great disservice. No longer do many young women believe they have to develop their minds, personality and talent. Hollywood is teaching them all they need is breast implants, nose jobs, facial fillers and a willingness to go around next to naked to be famous and popular. This dear friends, is not an accomplishment. It is a farce.

My advice to the public is this, there's nothing wrong with plastic surgery, but if you do have work done, make sure it is for the right reasons. It should be to look your perceived best, not to get a fake butt or fake breasts to pose half naked on Instagram or in a video or to get some vain man who cares about looks over character. If you get a nose job, let it be because it is something that will make you feel better about yourself and not because someone picked on you at school or on social networking.

Plastic surgery is a personal choice and as with all surgery, there are potential risks and complications. Over time, if you give yourself a chance, you will grow to love yourself as a person. People's vain or vicious opinions will not matter nor will society's contrived, surgically altered beauty ideal.

I was humorously informed yesterday that thieving pop singer Madonna has spent an estimated $1,000,000 on plastic surgery over the course of her career that has failed over the past decade. I was informed some years she spent $100,000 on facelifts, nose jobs, turkey neck wobble removal, liposuction, implants, breast lifts, arm surgery, butt surgery, knee surgery to remove wrinkled skin, cheek implants, collagen and botox.

At first I laughed because I thought to myself, if you spend that much money on plastic surgery, you should be fabulous like Megan Fox, who's had work done. You should be fierce like Halle Berry, who is also beautiful. You should be gorgeous like Christie Brinkley. However, Madonna has spent over $1,000,000 on plastic surgery and looks busted. Time for a refund!

Many do not like the new look, which has to be a source of concern for Zellwegger, whose looks are apart of her career. However, Zellwegger states she is happy. The Judiciary Report recommends Zellwegger shape and fill in her brows with a darker hue, get bangs and opt for a warmer shade of blonde. This would be beneficial to her appearance and highlight her good looks.

It appears former "American Idol" host and current "X-Factor" ahem, talent judge is taking his seriously slipping ratings seriously. It looks like his face is slipping as well, after spending to much time in the Botox chair and at his plastic surgeon. The results are not pretty. His face is uneven, lumpy, puffy and fake looking. You can tell he's had work done - bad plastic surgery (must have the same surgeon as Madonna).

Cowell's look is not a good endorsement for plastic surgery. When one gets work done, it should make one look better, not worse than ever. It shouldn't scare little children either. The mainstream entertainment industry lives in a bubble where they lose track of reality, as they are surrounded by yes men and women, who only care about staying on the payroll. When people in the real world get work done, they have family and friends quick to tell them how good or not so good it turned out. It's better to have wrinkles than an elastic band face.

I don't get it. Some plastic surgeons in Los Angeles do such great work. The person that did Megan Fox's original surgery, mainly her nose, did an excellent job and made her career (she's had too much other work done since that time to her nose, cheeks and lips), as did the surgeon that did work on actress Jennifer Grey and television personality Sharon Osbourne. However, some surgeons suck and leave their patients looking worse off.

 

This woman broke Photoshop. She made Photoshop need Photoshop the damage was so bad the software couldn't fix it. She made Photoshop need CGI.

Another scary looking one, Cowell's partner in crime Madonna, pictured above, who manages to looks worse with each surgery. Clearly Frankenstein is their plastic surgeon, because this kind of scary doesn't happen on its own.

Plastic surgery is supposed to make a person look and feel better for themselves. It's never wise to get surgery for a man, as some are so fickle, their heads are all over the place.

Former "American Idol" talent judge and current resident chief grump on "X-Factor" is exploiting children for ratings on the show. Nowhere was it more apparent than the breakdown of 12-year-old Rachel Crow on air, when she was eliminated from his contrived show that is completely rigged.

Hollywood actress, Megan Fox, had more cosmetic work done to her face, much to the dismay of internet audiences. Many feedback posters on different blog sites, keep stating Fox should lay off the cosmetic work, as she does not need it, but she refuses and it is negatively altering the look of her face.

Fox looked her best in 2009, before the Botox, fillers and latest nose job. She is still beautiful, but keeping her 25-year-old face free of cosmetic fillers, toxins and plastic, concentrating on maintaining blemish free skin, which she currently has, would serve her best.

As Fox gets older, she will regret tampering with her face, as it can prematurely age a person. I still can't believe she keeps getting more work done. Hollywood is sad, if someone as beautiful as Fox thinks she needs cosmetic surgery and other procedures in that realm.
