However, one month after the Judiciary report's exclusive, US Weekly broke the story Affleck has been having sex with the couple's nanny, Christine Ouzounian, confirming this website's previous claims. Affleck to the nanny on a trip to Las Vegas that his wife was not supposed to find out about, but did and it ended their 10-year marriage. Ouzounian has been living lavishly, purchasing luxury items that one cannot buy on a nanny's salary, leading to speculation Affleck paid for it all.

Family is more important than meaningless affairs. Now sadly Affleck's three kids will be in the middle of a divorce and broken home. Divorce devastates kids. They remember it for the rest of their lives. It also makes them pessimistic about marriage, which is regrettable, as being married is something to be cherished. No matter what they tell you, co-parenting is not the same thing. There will be painful changes for all involved and lasting damage. It's always sad to see a family break-up. I am of the belief Ben and Jennifer are meant to be. Hopefully they'll reconsider.

The 19-page lawsuit, filed by attorneys Skip Miller and Brian Procel of L.A.'s Miller Barondess firm, demands at least $2 million on causes of action for sexual harassment, retaliation, failure to prevent harassment/retaliation, constructive discharge in violation of public policy, breach of oral contract, unjust enrichment, and negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
