Joe Arpaio, who proclaims himself "America's toughest sheriff" is after President Barack Obama. The anti-immigration sheriff is retaliating against the Obama administration for bringing a case against him, over laws enacted in the state of Arizona where Arpaio works.

Arpaio stated, "I’m not going after the president to keep him off a ballot or anything else, but that could happen. I’m going at it strictly as a law-enforcement guy investigating a possible forgery and fraud. I’m sticking with that, but I’ll tell you one thing. We got tons of other information that could be very shocking, too, but I’m sticking now with just the [forgery] investigation and possible criminal violations.”

To get back at the Commander-in-Chief, Sheriff Arpaio, began using his law enforcement connections to investigate Obama, who he states was not born in America, making him ineligible to be President of the United States. Arpaio better be careful, as Obama is wiping his butt with the Constitution and might have him picked off, having the Secret Service pop a few caps in his butt. Obama already turned American Anwar Awlaki into Souflaki. You could be next (*singing* "How do I, say goodbye...").

Why did the FBI let Al Qaeda cleric Anwar Awlaki go in October 2002, when they had him in custody with demonstrable evidence he is a terrorist. Awlaki, the 40-year-old American born cleric that indoctrinated and instructed individuals in undertaking terrorist attacks on Fort Hood, a Detroit bound airliner and Times Square, has become the most prolific criminal in the Al Qaeda outfit, since Osama Bin Laden. They even look alike.

His terror rants and writings online, became an instrumental tool in turning law abiding Muslims into terrorists. He also knows America well, as the Santa Fe, New Mexico native was raised in the States, making him more useful to Al Qaeda in attacking the nation.

Questions need to be asked as to how and why the FBI got it so wrong. It was also revealed Awlaki was invited to the White House in 2002, with the FBI’s parent agency, the DOJ, praising him in writing.

This is after it was discovered Awlaki knew three of the September 11th terrorist hijackers. This is also after it was discovered Awlaki has a criminal record for prostitution and loitering around a school (Pedo anyone).

Ah, the FBI is living up to its reputation again of getting it wrong. They are a very poor judge of character. Who they are supposed to lock up, they let go. Who they are supposed to commend, they harass and try to kill (see: Martin Luther King jr).

If only FBI headquarters worked for Al Qaeda. Then the terrorist group would descend into chaos, fumble terror attempts, ineptly attack each other instead of enemies, ignore all warning signs of impending trouble and waste money. America would be so much safer. Hey, maybe Al Qaeda will trade their weapons and bombs in exchange for FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. It’s not like he’d be missed at the agency.

In the days proceeding the September 11th terrorist attacks, the U.S. Pentagon invited Anwar al-Awlaqi to lunch at the Pentagon. You know, the same guy that is now leading Al Qaeda. It's hard to believe he was without any terrorist leanings at that point in time, which begs the question, how did the Pentagon not know it. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Why can't the government catch real terrorists, who are actively waging Jihad against the West, as inappropriate retaliation for wars in the Middle East. Men like Osama Bin Laden and Anwar Awlaki, have evaded authorities, eluding capture, while releasing message after message, calling for more attacks on the West.

Billions in taxpayer money has been spent, yet all the major players remain free. What exactly has happened here. How can this much money be spent, to no real results. Thus far, all the FBI has done is parade around wannabe, homegrown terrorists, inspired by the negative messages of real terrorists - men like Bin Laden and Awlaki.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, a 23-year-old man from a wealthy African family, was beguiled by Awlaki's internet messages of Jihad and threw his freedom away, attempting to blow up 273 people, including himself.

In the arrest of American Muslim extremist, Sharif Mobley, Awlaki's his name was mentioned once again, as he had mentored the young New Jersey native, who delved into a life of terrorism.

Zachary Adam Chesser

This week, authorities arrested Muslim convert, Zachary Adam Chesser, the blogger who ran the pro-jihad website, RevolutionMuslim, which is unabashedly stocked with threats of violence and death against Westerners, particularly Christians and Jews. Islam states anyone that is not a Muslim is to be killed (beheaded).

South Park

Chesser, previously threatened the Jewish creators of the television cartoon, South Park, for showing an image of Mohammad, which is forbidden in Islam. Comedy Central, the network that airs "South Park" eventually pulled the episode in question, not wanting any causalities, for following the Constitution, in exercising their legal right to free speech.

Months after Chesser threatened the creators of South Park, he was arrested this week for attempting to join an Al Qaeda linked terrorist cell that murdered dozens of people. And once again Awlaki's name surfaced as a mentor to Chesser.

Osama Bin Laden

Why is this cleric taking such a prominent role in terrorism and mentoring so many people that go on to wage acts of Jihad against the West. He is steadily eclipsing Osama as the world's primary terrorist figure. He has become their new poster boy. Each new act of terrorism aimed at the West is proving it.

The question is, how did he fly under the radar of law enforcement for so long and what does the Obama Administration intend to do about what escaped his predecessor's government. No one has been able to apprehend Awlaki. A recent air strike on his alleged home proved unfruitful.
