Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg Under Fire For Comments Apologizes To Donald Trump

Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, put her foot in it criticizing presidential candidate, Donald Trump last week. I do not agree with comments Trump has made about Mexicans, Muslims, blacks and the disabled and expressed my personal view on this site that he needs to apologize. However, Ginsburg unwisely made comments about Trump in a public interview.

Ginsburg labeled Trump “a faker” and further stated, “He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego…How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”

Trump became incensed and stated Ginsburg needs to resign. Trump stated, “Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot - resign!” Ginsburg ironically suffers from something Trump does as well - speaks before thinking (while Trump’s rival Hillary Clinton is too busy deleting emails to speak). Ginsburg is on the Supreme Court. 

In slamming Trump, this means she will have to recuse herself from everything concerning him in the future, as she exposed an obvious bias and outright contempt. Trump is a businessman with significant assets and with that type of portfolio comes lawsuits to protect one‘s property.

I’m all for free speech but what Ginsburg did is self-defeating. Any Trump lawsuit that reaches the Supreme Court would automatically call for a Ginsburg recusal. If Trump becomes president, Ginsburg has major problems, as she will have disqualified herself from everything he would send to the Supreme Court. Items liberals want approved by the Supreme Court, would be hampered with one less judge in the vote.

Realizing what she has done, Ginsburg has apologized. However, the problem she created for herself and her political party, the Democrats, in slamming Trump in the manner she did, still remain and will repeatedly be cause for a recusal under certain circumstances. Furthermore, voters don't form their opinions on who to vote for at the polls based on the words of judges trying to swing the election.

One would think judges would realize, it may feel good indulging in inappropriate speech against someone you think you are in a position to put in their place, but when the soundbites or press quotes come back to haunt you, it could cost you your career and name. Furthermore, calling Trump a “faker” is grounds for a defamation lawsuit. You may and others may think he is fake, but can you prove it.

The Supreme Court wants the public to have confidence in them, yet it has been revealed they take massive stock bribes, engage in racist speech as seen with Justice Antonin Scalia who kept insulting black, calling us “slower” than white people and now open bias as seen with Ginsburg. None of this inspires confidence. Is there any wonder the American public is actively calling the government “corrupt” and “rigged” on social networking sites.

July 14, 201610:44 AM ET - Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says she regrets calling Donald Trump a "faker" and making other disparaging remarks about the candidate. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has apologized for what she called "ill-advised" comments she made earlier this week criticizing presumptive Republican presidential nominee. 

"On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them," Ginsburg said in a statement Thursday morning. "Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect." In an interview with the New York Times over the weekend, Ginsburg didn't hide her contempt for Trump, saying, "I can't imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president" and that her late husband would have said it was "time for us to move to New Zealand." 

She doubled down on those statements Monday to CNN, calling Trump a "faker." "He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego...How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that," Ginsburg continued.

The Washington Post is reporting Texas Judge, Cinderela Guevara, pronounced U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia, dead "without seeing his body." Scalia passed away this past weekend at the upscale Cibolo Creek Ranch in Shafter, Texas, with no security in tow, as he declined protection while on vacation at the resort. The owner of the Cibolo Creek Ranch stated to the press, "We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled. He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap."

Guevara stated she acted on information provided to her by authorities. However, in light of claims he passed away with a pillow over his head, which Judge Guevara may not have been informed about, an autopsy should have been performed. I dislike this rush by Washington to usher Scalia into the grave with such serious questions surrounding his death. In the interest of justice and equity, an autopsy should have been performed.

The former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police, William O. Ritchie stated, "You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack.” He has a good point. 

I find it upsetting that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head. Anyone with a heart should feel sad about that. I didn't agree with his racial rulings, but he was a human being. I sincerely hope he was not killed, but the manner in which he was found, with a pillow over his face, doesn't look good. It's downright sad, as what it implies is horrible. I don't like conspiracy theories, but what are people supposed to think under the circumstances.

Texas judge defends decision not to order autopsy for Justice Scalia 

By Mark Berman February 16 at 7:33 PM -  The top elected official in the Texas county where Antonin Scalia was found dead says the U.S. Supreme Court Justice died of natural causes. The Texas judge who pronounced Justice Antonin Scalia dead over the weekend but did not request an autopsy defended her decision Tuesday in the face of questions and conspiracy theories floating online, saying she was respecting the wishes of his relatives. 

After Scalia died suddenly at a remote West Texas resort, a chaotic and confused scene unfolded in the remote region not far from the border with Mexico. It took hours to find a justice of the peace, and when they did, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara pronounced Scalia dead without seeing his body, which is allowed under Texas law. 

This decision was made based on what Scalia’s family wanted and what she was told by a law enforcement official, Guevara said. Guevara decided against the autopsy after the county sheriff told her “there were no signs of foul play or struggle, and that it appeared that Justice Scalia had died peacefully in his sleep,” she said in a statement Tuesday... 

The decision not to order an autopsy has prompted skeptical questions from law enforcement, like William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police. “You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack,” Ritchie wrote on Facebook. He also questioned whether authorities could be sure “that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack.”...

The news coming out of Texas regarding the death of U.S. Supreme Court justice, Antonin Scalia, isn't pretty. Scalia passed away this past weekend on the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Shafter, Texas (Racist Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia Dead). He was on vacation at the ranch and declined security. The owner of the Cibolo Creek Ranch stated to the press on Scalia's death, "We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled. He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap."

Who sleeps with a pillow over their head. The man was a rude racist, but he wasn't a complete imbecile. Why was a pillow over his face. People found dead with a pillow over their head are usually victims of suffocation at a criminal's hands. Suffocation and an ensuing struggle to breathe can also induce a heart attack. What's also suspect is the government stating Scalia died of natural causes and no autopsy will be performed. This is highly unethical under the circumstances. A thorough autopsy should be performed and an investigation conducted into his death in the interest of justice.

Scalia and the Supreme Court ruled against U.S. President Barack Obama last week, regarding his proposed EPA regulations. It came as a shock to many in Washington and viewed as the Supreme Court rebuffing the president. The Court has come under fire these past few months over conduct the public slammed (Racist Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia States In Ruling That Blacks Are Slower Than Whites Causing Uproar On Social Networking and The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). Scalia and the Supreme Court were also set to decide a number of cases, including items concerning President Obama's political plans and policies. 

Scalia's convenient passing means Obama gets to nominate another Supreme Court justice, who would rule in his autocratic favor. However, there are reports of a resolution passed by Democrats in 1960 that forbids the appointment of a Supreme Court justice during an election year under these types of circumstances, "S.RES. 334, 'Expressing the sense of the Senate that the president should not make recess appointments to the Supreme Court, except to prevent or end a breakdown in the administration of the Court’s business.'"

If Scalia was indeed killed, he deserves something he denied many people in life in his role on the Supreme Court, which is justice. Murder is wrong.

A first-time guest to the Cibolo Creek Creek Ranch, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was animated and engaged during dinner Friday night, as one of three dozen invitees to an event that had nothing to do with law or politics, according to the ranch owner. 

Just hours later, he would be found dead of apparent natural causes, which media outlets were reporting Sunday was a heart attack. "He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, 'it's been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep," recalled Houston businessman John Poindexter, who owns the 30,000-acre luxury ranch.

When Poindexter tried to awaken Scalia about 8:30 the next morning, the judge's door was locked and he did not answer. Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him. "We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter. "He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap," he said.

Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile, He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend...

Justice Antonin Scalia said to have died of 'natural causes' 

WASHINGTON (AP) -- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died of natural causes and no autopsy was necessary, a judge has told The Associated Press. Chris Lujan, a manager for Sunset Funeral Homes in Texas, said the 79-year-old jurist's body was taken from the El Paso facility late Sunday afternoon and was to be flown to Virginia, although he had no details. Scalia's family didn't think a private autopsy was necessary and requested that his remains be returned to Washington as soon as possible, Lujan said. 

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told The Associated Press on Sunday she consulted with Scalia's personal physician and sheriff's investigators, who said there were no signs of foul play, before concluding that he had died of natural causes. He was found dead in his room at a West Texas resort ranch Saturday morning. Guevara says the declaration was made around 1:52 p.m. Saturday. 

Terry Sharpe, assistant director for operations at El Paso International Airport, said a private plane carrying Scalia's body departed around 8 p.m. EST Sunday. Scalia's body was accompanied to the airport by U.S. marshals, he said. The body was returned to Virginia late Sunday. Scalia's weekend death was as much of a shock to those at the ranch as it was to the rest of the nation...

David Bernstein at the Washington Post’s Volokh Conspiracy blog: Thanks to a VC commenter, I discovered that in August 1960, the Democrat-controlled Senate passed a resolution, S.RES. 334, “Expressing the sense of the Senate that the president should not make recess appointments to the Supreme Court, except to prevent or end a breakdown in the administration of the Court’s business.” Each of President Eisenhower’s SCOTUS appointments had initially been a recess appointment who was later confirmed by the Senate, and the Democrats were apparently concerned that Ike would try to fill any last-minute vacancy that might arise with a recess appointment. The GOP opposed this, of course. Hypocrisy goes two ways. But the majority won. As it should this time.

It is being reported this evening that Scalia has died on a Marfa, Texas ranch. Reports reveal he was not feeling well yesterday and did not come down for breakfast this morning. He was subsequently found dead. He was 79-years-old. Scalia will be remembered as the racist who stated blacks are slower than whites and should not be admitted to elite universities. He will also be remembered as the Supreme Court judge who robbed politician Al Gore of his destiny in corruptly awarding George W. Bush the 2000 U.S. Presidential election, which set in motion a deceitful war that left over 1,000,000 people dead and darn near bankrupted America. Scalia was unrepentantly and unapologetic racist, corrupt and defiant to the end. Scalia has a lot to answer for when he meets God, the true Judge of us all that made us all equal.  

Social networking is not mourning Scalia. Thousands of comments have been posted slamming him, Clarence Thomas and the Supreme Court as a whole. Americans are fed up with the decisions pouring out of the Supreme Court, as they are not instep with the will of the people. It also doesn't help that Supreme Court judges are corruptly sitting on many millions of dollars in stock in major U.S. corporations that are petitioning the court, when said justices can't afford said stocks on their salaries (The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right). It doesn't look good.

Donald Trump Slams The Racist Comments Of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, a man who has gotten himself into hot water these past few months over racist, bigoted, xenophobic and sexist statements he has made during his campaign, has slammed the racially biased statements of Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia, made against black students in America. See, even Trump thinks Scalia's comments are racist.

Scalia has been ripped in newspapers and the blogosphere, as well as by the public on social media, for stating black students are "slower" than their white counterparts. Scalia stated in a legal brief, regarding the case, Fisher v. University of Texas, that black students should be sent to "slower" universities, rather than elite, fast paced schools in America.

The lawsuit was brought by Abigail Fisher, a white student who was not accepted to the University of Texas. Fisher blamed it on "affirmative action" granting admission to a black student, resulting in the rejection of her application. However, the University of Texas contends Fisher's grades and test scores were not good enough for admittance. That's a serious hurdle for Fisher and one that should not be glossed over. A black "affirmative action" student would still have to meet the grade and test score requirements. The bar is not lowered in that respect.

Universities in America all have different standards of admission regarding grades and test scores. Elite schools ("Ivy League" as they are called) such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton and MIT, demand high test scores and great grades from applicants' high school years to be admitted. However, community colleges on the whole accept all students and many of whom have gone on to successful, well paying careers in their chosen fields. 

Scalia did not take this into consideration. He saw a chance to put black people down and he took it, being the racist that he is as a person. Scalia's comments provoked such outrage online, it has generated tens of thousands of feedback comments on social networking and newspaper website comment sections slamming him. Scalia has yet to respond to the backlash or disgrace he has brought on the Supreme Court. Not only are people aghast in America, but a number of outlets worldwide have slammed Scalia's comments as well.

One thing is for certain, someone with such racist, partial, biased views, is not fit to judge or contribute to legal rulings that impact millions of people in a nation. Scalia has shown he can't even put his personal prejudices aside when rendering rulings. That's a terrible warning sign.

Ironically, this is not the first time Scalia and his archaic views have struck. Vanity Fair stated, "Scalia's statement isn't a total surprise coming from a justice who once called a provision of the Voting Rights Act, which protected black voters from discrimination when registering to vote, a 'racial entitlement.'"

Donald Trump stated of Scalia: "Well, I thought his remarks were very tough. I mean, I don’t comment on them. They — you know, he’s a respected Supreme Court judge. But I thought his remarks actually were very, very tough. Well, I think they were very, very tough to a certain community. There’s no question about it. I thought it was very tough to the African-American community, actually. I don’t like what he said, no. I don’t like what he said."

If America did not have such a terrible history of abusing minorities "affirmative action" would not be necessary. Scalia is ticked off by "affirmative action," but he must have taken history classes at some point to realize why it was created or he is a deluded revisionist. I see it this way, as a black woman, I don't get ticked off when American Indians are given special breaks in society. Historically, American Indians were treated horribly, abused and terribly defrauded. It was a dark and ugly time in American history.

If I as a black woman can see and acknowledge that horrible things happened to American Indians, necessitating compensation and something to level the playing field in the fact of discrimination, why can't Scalia comprehend the horrors of slavery, segregation and the heinous mistreatment that occurred during the civil rights movement that left many blacks dead, to understand why "affirmative action" is needed. America was stolen from the Indians and built by the labor of blacks during slavery. No amount of historical revisions will change that fact. The discrimination and abuse was so prominent, laws had to be made in an effort to stem the horrors that occurred.

Once again, Scalia is living proof that "affirmative action" is needed, as said racist had the nerve to put on paper that black people are slower than whites and it is not a good idea to admit African-Americans to elite schools. How ignorant! And there are other people like him out there who think that way (not everyone, just select people, but some of them are in prominent positions in university admissions and employment recruitment in the workplace).

I don't think any race is smarter or slower than another. I do believe all races are equal. Studies have shown black people thrive at Ivy League schools, just as much as other races do. However, due to institutionalized racism "affirmative action" was implemented as a quota, to insure qualified minorities were not shut out of educational and employment opportunities by racists.

...The statement was made during oral argument in Fisher v. University of Texas, a case seeking to strike down the university’s affirmative-action policies for violating the Constitution under the Equal Protection Clause. It’s the second time the case has made the court, and to liberal observers, petitioner Abigail Fisher, a white woman who was rejected from U.T. Austin and believes that it was due to her race, has a bunch of sour grapes. (The University of Texas argues that Fisher’s test scores and grades weren’t strong enough to admit her to the flagship school.)...

U.S. senator, Harry Reid, has slammed Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia as a racist, after the prejudice, ignorant judge stated black people are slower than whites. Reid stated, "These ideas that he pronounced yesterday are racist in application, if not intent,” Reid said. “I don’t know about his intent, but it is deeply disturbing to hear a Supreme Court justice endorse racist ideas from the bench on the nation’s highest court. The idea that African American students are somehow inherently intellectually inferior [to] other students is despicable. It’s a throwback to a time that America left behind a half a century ago. … That Justice Scalia could raise such an uninformed idea shows just how out of touch he is with the values of this nation."

Scientists have slammed Scalia's comments as wrong and highly inaccurate, "We share the outrage and dismay already expressed by many other groups and individual scientists over the comments of Justice Scalia...Affirmative action programs that aim to bring the number of minority students to more proportional levels are an important ingredient in our ongoing work...Affirmative action is just one part of a larger set of actions needed to achieve social justice within our STEM and education fields. We embrace the assumption that minority students are brilliant and ask, ‘Why does physics education routinely fail brilliant minority students?" 

 

Antonin Scalia has brought an enormous amount of shame on the Supreme Court with his racist comments

As stated in the column last week, each person has a right to their opinion. If you want to be racist, that’s your sin. However, when you have a job that requires impartiality to all and you are rendering corrupt decisions based on your racist, ugly views against black people (and other minorities), you should be removed from said post.

Scalia’s prejudices are clearly interfering with his ability to judge fairly and correctly. Last week’s comments on black people proved this fact. Scalia disgraced the entire Supreme Court to the nation and watching world, as his name began to trend on Twitter, read by billions around the globe, for racist, disgusting remarks he made about black people. Tens of thousands of comments appeared on Twitter slamming Scalia's awful statements.

Less and less people will petition the Supreme Court and it is on the road to becoming an antiquated, outdated, unpopular model very few people will use in the future. That roar extended from Supreme Court chambers across First Street NE on Thursday morning, where Senate Minority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) used his morning floor remarks to lambaste the Republican-appointed Scalia. “These ideas that he pronounced yesterday are racist in application, if not intent,” Reid said. “I don’t know about his intent, but it is deeply disturbing to hear a Supreme Court justice endorse racist ideas from the bench on the nation’s highest court.”...

Field Negro: Those Negroes are just not that smart

Dec 10, 2015 - I am tired of writing about Donald Trump. Tonight I want to focus on another powerful racist in America. His name is Antonin Scalia, and he makes decisions that have more of an impact on your life than even the president of the United States.

“In the oral arguments Wednesday for a Supreme Court affirmative action case, Justice Antonin Scalia—a well known critic of affirmative action—suggested that the policy was hurting minority students by sending them to schools too academically challenging for them.

Referencing an unidentified amicus brief, Scalia said that there were people who would contend that “it does not benefit African-Americans to — to get them into the University of Texas where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced school, a less — a slower-track school where they do well.” He argued that “most of the Black scientists in this country don’t come from schools like the University of Texas.” “They come from lesser schools where they do not feel that they’re — that they’re being pushed ahead in — in classes that are too — too fast for them,” Scalia said.” 

This is truly scary. And it is just wrong on so many levels. I could talk about the countless amount of African American youngsters who I am personally familiar with who are destroying their White classmates at Ivy League and other fine schools in this country. (My little cousin, bless her heart, graduated with high honors from Swarthmore not too long ago with a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology or something like that.) But what would be the point of this? The racist and unintelligent among us, like Antonin Scalia, would never believe it.

Mr. Scalia is not alone. In the state of Michigan a republican lawmaker made his feelings known about the cognitive abilities of Blacks as well. “As a first-term state senator, Marty Knollenberg of Troy is far from high-profile. He’s not in Congress, though he is the son of a man who served eight terms in the U.S. House.

Sen. Knollenberg, a 52-year-old Allstate agent, is suddenly less obscure — though not in a good way. The Republican is the subject of articles at two national news sites — Huffington Post and Raw Story. He’s also the target of criticism and ridicule on social media, including comments at his legislative Facebook page.

The outcry is provoked by widespread posting of videotaped remarks at a Senate education hearing, where the Oakland County politician said: “You mentioned these school districts failing, and you mention economically disadvantaged and nonwhite population are the contributors to that. I know we can’t fix that. We can’t make an African-American white. That’s just, it is what it is.” "It is what it is” indeed. The Donald might just become our next president after all. He is, after all, “the anger translator” for all the secret (and not so secret) racists in America.

Black Leaders Call For Justice Scalia To Recuse Himself From Controversial Affirmative Action Case 

Posted 5 days ago - Chief Justice Antonin Scalia‘s comments that African American students should attend “slower-track” schools won’t go away quietly. Colleigates responded with #StayMadAbby, a social media ode to Black excellence, now prominent African American lawmakers are weighing in.

One of the most renown figures of the Civil Rights movement, Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.) released a statement saying, “[Scalia’s] suggestion that African Americans would fare better at schools that are ‘less advanced’ or on a ‘slow-track’ reminds me of the kind of prejudice that led to separate and unequal school systems — a policy the Supreme Court declared unconstitutional decades ago.”

Congressional Black Caucus Chair Rep. G.K. Butterfield (D-N.C.) believes Scalia’s comments are clear evidence that he can not provide an unbiased decision on the case, which are is for his recusal.

His statements are “disgusting, inaccurate, and insulting to African Americans” said Butterfield. Lewis also agreed that Scalia’s “evident bias is very troubling” and calls into question “his ability to make impartial judgments in this case.”

According to The Huffington Post, in order for a Supreme Court justice to be removed from the bench, he or she must be impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate — a move that has never happened in U.S. history. Recusal, however, is solely up to the justice. The U.S. Code (Title 28, Section 455) states a judge should recuse him or herself from a case whenever there is conflict of interest, including a biased opinion or the involvement of a family member. We hope more politicians continue to speak out and hold Scalia accountable for his dishonorable comments.

Scientists Combat Scalia's Recent Arguments Against Affirmative Action

12/12/15 6:45pm - Recently Supreme Court Justice and noted delightful human Antonin Scalia claimed that affirmative action prevents African Americans from becoming scientists. As it happens, actual science-practicing scientists disagree, and have composed an open letter to SCOTUS saying as much.

According to Mic, Scalia voiced this argument in regards to the Supreme Court case Fischer vs. University of Texas, which examines the school’s affirmative action policy. More generally, he contended that “it does not benefit African Americans to — to get into the University of Texas where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced, a less, a slower track school where they do well.”

Drawing on this amici brief, Scalia directs his argument at the sciences and the opportunities for African Americans therein. The United States, the brief posits, “now has fewer African-American physicians, scientists, and engineers than it would have had using race-neutral [admissions] methods. It probably has fewer college professors and lawyers too.” “Race-neutral.” That’s a cute and viable concept.

Meanwhile, a group of physicists and astrophysicists are speaking out against Scalia’s racist remarks with an open letter addressing the importance of diversity in STEM fields: “We share the outrage and dismay already expressed by many other groups and individual scientists over the comments of Justice Scalia...Affirmative action programs that aim to bring the number of minority students to more proportional levels are an important ingredient in our ongoing work...Affirmative action is just one part of a larger set of actions needed to achieve social justice within our STEM and education fields.”

The scientists moreover interpret the lack of diversity in science as a failure of the discipline — not the student: “We embrace the assumption that minority students are brilliant and ask, ‘Why does physics education routinely fail brilliant minority students?’” The letter has currently collected over 660 signatures and will ostensibly be sent to SCOTUS after circulation.

Racist, arrogant, smug Supreme Court justice, Antonin Scalia, has issued a disgusting ruling in the Fisher v. University of Texas case, which led to him being slammed on social networking. Scalia's name began to trend on the social networking website Twitter yesterday, as many people expressed their disgust and offense at his legal brief. Scalia gave his legal opinion on an "affirmative action" case which is a federal mandate allowing minorities such as black people, opportunities in employment and education, due to historically documented acts of hateful racism and segregation in America.  

Scalia insultingly wrote in his legal bried that blacks are better off at "slower" schools "where they don't feel pushed too hard" since very few African-Americans have been admitted to the University of Texas. Scalia disgustingly expressed his view that blacks do not belong in America's top universities, "I don't think it stands to reason that it's a good thing for the University of Texas to admit as many blacks as possible." He stated blacks belong at "less advanced schools." His ignorant comments prompted outrage online, as many people, both black and white, posted comments slamming him on Twitter and Facebook.

It's alarming that Scalia had the gall to state such a thing in writing. He is so comfortable and brazen with the corruption and hate that he felt no qualms about disgracing the court system to untold millions in America and the world who read it online, in such a hateful, racist, ugly legal document. He is a disgrace. Scalia should be impeached. How can justice be properly dispensed from a court with a racist ignoramus holding such vile, archaic, dumb, discriminatory views. It's because of racists like Scalia that affirmative action was created in the first place.

Scalia, among others, is more proof that America still has a problem regarding racist people in society, who continue to abuse their posts in efforts at holding black people back. And make no mistake, Scalia not wanting blacks admitted at the University of Texas is a brazen and ugly attempt at holding black people back. Once again, racism is rearing its ugly head. I guess Scalia was inspired by Donald Trump's open hatred, racism and bigotry this week [Defiant Donald Trump Stands By His Call To Ban Muslims From America (Video)].

I am for "affirmative action" as America still has a problem with racism. Not everyone is racist, but many events over the past few years reveal it is still festering and cropping up around the country. "Affirmative action" was created to give black people equal opportunities in America. Let's face it, there was a time not long ago in the 1960s when black people were not allowed to drink from the same water fountains as whites, let alone attend the same schools. Black schools did not (and some still do not) receive the same funding as schools in predominantly white areas. The discrimination birthed the civil rights era (yet Scalia is trying to launch America back to that struggle). During slavery, which was abolished in America in 1865, black people were not allowed to read and were severely beaten if caught doing so, in something that was ingrained in African-Americans and led to poor, broken English being spoken.

Today, there are people in certain job positions who are and have been caught red-handed discriminating against blacks and other minorities. There have been widely publicized reports of select employers discriminating against applications with black or Hispanic names, refusing to even consider applications submitted by minorities. Ugly, racist private videos have been leaked revealing executives at select major U.S. corporations making racist statements about black people. Some of the videos even contained white executives dressing up in racially offense clothing, while mocking blacks in songs and using racial slurs. The hacker group Anonymous recently released a list of members of the KKK (Klu Klux Klan) who are in positions of power in America and it is very disturbing, as these individuals are making decisions in legislature, court, school system and corporate sector.

I'm not surprised at Scalia's conduct. He is a racist who has shown he cannot be impartial. It's amazing how he is degrading blacks and not looking at his own culture. The case I originally filed against Italian-American pop singer, Madonna, several years ago contained serious issues regarding criminal copyright infringement, wiretapping, computer hacking, harassment, stalking and threats, regarding her and associates she does business with (Madonna has been engaging in business deals for years with known members of the mafia). The mafia has been engaging in acts of organized crime in Hollywood for years and continues to do so.

The Supreme Court, under Scalia, declined to review the case, despite the fact my life has been at stake due to acts of commissioned violence and Madonna and company literally stole a fortune in copyrights from my company that the depraved, lazy, shiftless kleptomaniac with a long history of theft tried to completely takeover in violation of the law. Scalia and company decided to help Madonna and company criminally steal preexisting copyrights from a hard working black woman in deeds that later culminated to that piece of trash Madonna feeling so secure and confident in corruption that she sent a Kabbalah Center member in Miami to assault my elderly mother who walks with a cane, while she was in Chase Bank, prompting the staff to rush and save her from him.

Since the filing of that case, my statements have proven true and correct in that Madonna's private investigator, Italian-American Mafioso, Anthony Pellicano, who belongs to the Colombo family of La Cosa Nostra (mafia), was indicted 4 months after the FBI interviewed me twice and I gave them documents about him and others, as well as my personal testimony on their criminal behavior. He is currently in prison serving a 15-year sentence. I have since filed a new case and secondary one regarding one of Madonna's hackers (with other cases on the way).

During the course of the first case, I received mafia styled threats from Madonna's Kabbalah Center members she keeps sending to stalk me, repeatedly telling me about "Madonna" "Italy" and things relating to her being "Italian." One of the more distinct threats a Kabbalah member told me on Madonna's behalf is that "When the mafia orders a hit on someone, the order comes down from the top, then works its way down to the bottom and then the person is killed." I have also been called "nig*er" and "slave" by them, among other things (Madonna herself has used the n-word on Instagram and was widely slammed for it in the press and on social networking).

One of Madonna's relatives, who is in the mafia, was also arrested by the FBI and police in Los Angeles for extortion, in threatening to beat and kill famous actor/movie producer, Steven Seagal, if he didn't give him a cut of his copyrights. There is a trend regarding the Italian-American mafia getting involved in corporate theft. Recently, the FBI arrested members of the mafia (the Lucchese family) for criminally stealing a company worth $1 billion dollars, FirstPlus Financial Group Inc, through strong arm tactics, violence and death threats. Then the members of the mafia began looting FirstPlus Financial Group Inc's bank accounts to live in luxury, even buying themselves a plane.

Why doesn't Scalia address the issues regarding the mafia, apart of his culture, illegally operating in Hollywood through people like Madonna among others and in other parts of the financial sector, via lazily refusing to work, opting to steal hardworking people's money and property, threatening to viscously beat and murder others if victims resist. Instead Scalia opts to trash black culture, while glossing over the blaring problems of his own.

Many reports indicate Scalia is the Supreme Court judge that aided George W. Bush in stealing the 2000 presidential election in America from rightful winner, Democrat, Al Gore. Widespread election fraud occurred in the state of Florida during the 2000 presidential election. At the time, Bush's brother, Jeb Bush, was the Governor of Florida. They engaged in massive corruption to take away the right to vote from many Floridians, who were registered Democrats. These Democrats would have voted for Gore. 36,000 newly registered Democrats were turned away at the polls in Florida, not allowed to vote on election day. A number of other Democrats were turned away at the polls labeled "convicted felons" when they were not (felons are not allowed to vote in U.S. presidential elections).

Other scams transpired during the election via the Bush family. Votes for Gore were found in election boxes that had been criminally tossed into the Everglades (Florida swamp) among other places and not counted. Other issues occurred in Florida with "hanging chads" which were bits of perforated paper on the sides of ballots that in many cases caused the votes in Florida to be misread or not counted. Florida became the subject of mockery in America on television and social settings over the theft of the election, in an image problem that has remained with the state to this day.

Based on reports, when the case went to court, Scalia strong armed the rest of the Supreme Court into misdeeds that awarded George W. Bush the election. Scalia was appointed to the Supreme Court by Ronald Reagan, whose vice president at the time was George H.W. Bush (George W. Bush's father). According to a report by CBS, among other outlets, Scalia strong armed the rest of the Supreme Court into halting the vote recount and tossing out votes for Gore. With that corruption Bush won the election.

It was outrageous and very autocratic in nature. And the government wonders why some people don't give a darn about voting. Over 50,000,000 people voted in the 2000 election and 1 crooked judge on the Supreme Court, Scalia, strong armed 3 others into invalidating an entire national election in favor of a man destiny had not chosen. Let that sink in, 50,000,000 people voted, yet 1 man ended up deciding the election. That's not democracy. That's a criminal farce. What a disgrace!

How can the U.S. government state there are "checks and balances" supposedly creating fairness and justice, yet 1 crooked man in a court invalidated the votes of millions of people, who took the time out of their day to go to the polls, wait in line and vote in an election. Scalia corrupted justice in favor of the administration who appointed him to his position on the court. That's vile.

So disgracefully arrogant is Scalia, he even taunted Gore after corrupting the election at the Supreme Court, "Richard Nixon, when he lost to Kennedy thought that the election had been stolen in Chicago, which was very likely true with the system at the time. But he did not even think about bringing a court challenge. That was his his prerogative. So you know if you don't like it, don't blame it on me. I didn't bring it to the courts. Mr Gore brought it into the courts." What an arrogant, smug savage.

Beware of robbing other people of their destiny, as God will turn it into disgrace. Ooops, that's exactly what has since happened regarding George W. Bush. He is now considered the most hated president in U.S. history. Sadly, Bush cost America trillions of dollars foolishly spent on a deceitful war he lied about and governed the nation so poorly during his tenure it led to the massive, unprecedented 2008 financial crisis. Worst of all, Bush cost America and the world millions of lives in ill-fated wars to steal oil and gold in the Middle East (the Bush family owns an oil company and his former vice president, Dick Cheney, has extensive financial ties to the company Halliburton, who greatly profited from the war). Said wars have created deadly terrorists groups in the Middle East who are actively targeting the West.

Scalia needs to beg God for forgiveness. His corrupt deeds at the Supreme Court in tandem with the Bush family changed the course of humanity for the worse, not the better. He also robbed a man of his destiny and on such a grand scale, in what led to the deaths of millions of people. And make no mistake, God will seriously punish him for it. I also think Scalia should be impeached. He has robbed Gore of his destiny. Therefore, his should be taken from him via being booted out of the court in disgrace. 

I keep stating in articles that the U.S. court system is corrupt and with other factions of the U.S. government, is going to end up bringing about the fall of America. The nation has never seen such financial and social turmoil and corruption that just keeps getting worse. Rome and Babylon fell under similar corruption and injustice. With what's happening in the U.S. government and parts of corporate America, the nation is headed for a massive fall that will change its standing and place in the world.

La Cosa Nostra - Lengthy Prison Terms for Lucchese Crime Family Members

09/08/15 - In a world inhabited by international cyber criminals and violent terrorists, it would be easy to think of La Cosa Nostra—the Mafia—as a throwback to a bygone era. But a recent New Jersey case involving the Lucchese crime family is proof that traditional organized crime can still be a potent threat. Members and associates of the Lucchese organized crime family—one of the families traditionally associated with La Cosa Nostra (LCN)—were recently sentenced to lengthy prison terms in New Jersey for a financial fraud scheme that illegally netted millions of dollars.

Nicodemo “Nicky” Scarfo, Jr., whose imprisoned father was an LCN crime boss in Philadelphia, was sentenced in July to 30 years in prison for racketeering, securities and wire fraud, and other charges related to the 2007 illegal takeover of FirstPlus Financial Group Inc. (FPFG), a publicly held company in Texas. His associate, Salvatore Pelullo, also received a 30-year term. Brothers William and John Maxwell received 20- and 10-year terms, respectively.

“Essentially, Scarfo and Pelullo used extortion and other illegal means to gain control of the company,” said Special Agent Joe Gilson, who investigated the case from the FBI’s Atlantic City Resident Agency in New Jersey. “And then they systematically looted the company.” FPFG, once a billion-dollar financial organization that specialized in mortgages, had filed for bankruptcy. The company was dormant, said Special Agent Bill Hyland, who assisted in the investigation, “but still had assets, thanks to the continued proceeds from all the mortgages it had financed.”

In 2007, Pelullo and Scarfo used threats and other tactics to intimidate and remove FPFG’s management and board of directors. They were replaced with Mafia associates, including the Maxwell brothers—William was named special counsel to FPFG, while John became the company’s CEO. “Within several weeks of gaining control,” Gilson said, “Pelullo and Scarfo had lined their pockets with $7 million. Before they were arrested in 2011, more than $12 million was illegally funneled to them—money that rightfully belonged to the company’s stockholders.

The investigation revealed that between 2007 and 2008, Scarfo received $33,000 per month from FPFG as a “consultant”—at a time when he was on home detention in New Jersey for violating his parole from a previous conviction. The money was being paid to a shell company controlled by Scarfo. Pelullo, using a different shell company, had a similar deal. With their ill-gotten gains, the mobsters purchased an airplane, a yacht, and expensive jewelry.

“Complicated financial crimes are not normally the strong suit of LCN,” Gilson noted. But Pelullo, who had two previous federal fraud convictions, “was a persuasive con man. He could maintain an air of legitimacy, but behind the scenes everything was a fraud.” Using a variety of investigative techniques, including a court-ordered wiretap (monitored by retired FBI agents, some of whom had helped put Scarfo’s father behind bars), investigators unraveled the scam with the help of federal partners including the Department of Labor and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. During the more than five-year investigation, a million pages of paper documents were analyzed and the contents of more than 100 computers were searched.

Scarfo, Pelullo, the Maxwells, and others associated with the fraud were convicted in 2014. “We feel great that our team was able to put a stop to these crimes and bring the subjects to justice,” Gilson said. “The FBI remains vigilant against all types of organized crime, including LCN.”
