Chris Brown
R&B crooner, Chris Brown, 26, slammed singing newcomer,
Kehlani, 22, over a suicide attempt she publicized on the
website Instagram. Kehlani made posts on Instagram showing
an IV in her arm, with a caption that revealed she tried to
kill herself over online claims she cheated on her
boyfriend, basketball player, Kyrie Irving, with
ex-boyfriend, musician Party Next Door. She was placed on a
psychiatric hold. A photo was posted online by Party Next
Door revealing him holding Kehlani's tattooed hand in bed,
"After all her shenanigans, still got the R&B singer back in
my bed."

Brown, skeptical of Kehlani's suicide attempt, posted a
scathing series of tweets slamming the incident as a cry for
attention and likes on Instagram, "There is no attempting
suicide. Stop flexing for the gram. Doing s**t for sympathy
so them comments under your pics don't look so bad." Brown
further slammed her for cheating on his friend Irving.

Brown's comments and that of others may have gotten to
Kehlani, as she has deleted all the posts on her Instagram
page, including the item about attempted suicide. Some on
social networking showed her sympathy, others did not. After
she was released from the psychiatric hold, she returned
home and released a statement thanking her supporters.

Ironically, Brown
previously
posted items on Instagram about
being suicidal and wanting to shoot himself in the
head, due to the problems in his life that are plaguing him.
There have been many people who have attempted suicide and
failed. It is an inadvisable thing to do. People who take
drug overdoses or poison themselves in other ways, die slow,
painful deaths.
Chris Brown's tweets slamming Kehlani
Those who commit suicide via a gunshot wound to the head,
which is gruesome, leave their families devastated by their
deaths and having to bury them with their face looking
completely damaged and distorted at the funeral, as they say
goodbye. Suicide is not a good idea on so many levels. Don't
do it. Suicide is serious and not the answer to anyone's
problems.
Kyrie Irving and Kehlani
People contemplating or attempting to commit suicide is an
issue that needs to be confronted and treated via medical
professionals, with the hope of saving lives. No matter what
you are facing in life, just know that with time things can
get better. Do not take your life over people or situations
you are not looking at in the right context or perspective.
Life is precious. Enjoy it.
