Kanye West has a problem. Today the rapper attacked another photographer
with absolutely no justification. The incident occurred in Los Angeles
outside LAX airport and was witnessed by several people and caught on
tape. The video has been circulating online.

The paparazzo politely spoke to West, didn't even touch him
and the irascible star went off on a terrible tangent, attacking the man.
Paramedics were summoned and the pap taken to the hospital. West is completely in
the wrong. There was no demonstrable threat to life and safety.
Annoyance is not a valid legal reason to pounce on someone.
