Britney Spears
Britney Spears’ former manager, Sam Lufti, who is suing the schizophrenic
star for defamation and unpaid wages, has accused the pop star’s mother, Lynn
Spears of not only being anti-Semitic, but punching him as well, constituting
assault. If true, said behavior is very wrong. As it was not self-defense, under the law, that
is not permissible, as there are
better ways to deal with financial and contractual disputes. The question
remains, why didn’t Lufti call the police and report her for the alleged
assault.
Spears’ mother has pushed her daughter into questionable things in the
entertainment industry and is partly responsible for her demise. Parents should
not encourage their children in unethical behavior and be more vocal when they
observe their offspring falling in with the wrong people. To be a pushy stage
mom, yet sit idly by when the so-called powers that be in the industry send
one's child down a detrimental path, all in the name of money, is a sign of poor
parenting.
