Earlier in the year when teen singer Justin Bieber got a new haircut, which caused a noticeable dip in his Twitter numbers, the Judiciary Report stated he would look better with "spikes" as opposed to the free flowing cut that really had no form or definition to it (Justin Bieber Cuts His Hair). A few days ago, Bieber premiered his new haircut on the television show "Dancing With The Stars." It is a haircut that has some spikes in it and it is the best I've seen him look so far.

Now that we've covered the hair...let's talk about the voice. On this week's "Dancing With The Stars" appearance, Bieber had discernible trouble holding and hitting targeted notes. Ah, puberty is biting you in the butt. Time to change one's vocal regimen.
