Ed Miliband Wants Leveson To Recuse Himself From The Case
"Video: Leveson sets out plans for phone hacking inquiry"
British High Court judge, Justice Leveson, is facing scrutiny this week, as head of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband, wants him to recuse himself from the phone hacking case, due to his ties to the Murdoch family, who owns News International/News Corp.

Several thousand people's phone lines have been illegally wiretapped and hacked by News International/News Corp, with the contents perversely printed in the news and broadcasted on television, for financial gain.

With all due respect, under the circumstances, it does present a conflict of interest in the case that Justice Leveson preside over the legal proceedings. It would be in the best interest of justice that he recuse himself from the case, lest the public debates whether he will be impartial.
