U.S. President Barack Obama to General Stanley McChrystal: If I could fire you twice I would!
U.S. President Barack Obama asked General Stanley McChrystal to step down from his post, after incendiary comments he and his aides made in Rolling Stone magazine, painting the Commander-in-Chief and his administration as weak wimps, who lack competence.
General Stanley McChrystal: uh oh!
The President was said to be "angry" at the embarrassing, derogatory remarks and subsequently forced the resignation. General David Patraeus will assume McChrystal's post. Last week, Patraeus had a bit of a turn and started passing out in the U.S. Congress, while Senator John McCain was questioning him.
