Saudi Prince Charged With Murder In London


A 33-year-old Saudi Arabian prince, Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Nasir Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has been charged with murder in London, for allegedly killing a servant from his homeland, who accompanied him to Britain.

The 32-year-old servant, Bandar Abdullah, even slept at the foot of his bed. He was found dead in London's plush Landmark hotel, strangled with head injuries.

10:05pm UK, Thursday February 18, 2010 - A man linked to the Saudi royal family has been charged with the murder of another Saudi national at the Landmark Hotel in central London.

Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Nasir Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, 33, will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in the morning accused of killing Bandar Abdullah on Monday.

He is also accused of committing grievous bodily harm on the same man on January 22. Bandar Abdullah, 32, was found strangled and with head injuries in a room at the five-star London hotel...
