A visibly distressed and weary looking Joe Jackson, dad of the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, made an appearance on the Larry King Show last night, to discuss the death of his son.

Joe Jackson leveled allegations against doctors involved in the case, stating his son was murdered under circumstances that constitute foul play. He stated his son had trouble sleeping, they gave him something for insomnia and, "Michael never woke up."
Joe pointed the finger at Dr. Tohme Tohme, who he labeled a criminal with a murky past and Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's last physician, both men having befriended his son.

It is true that some overdoses are not accidents. That is not implausible. There are many cases on the court dockets of individuals, who were deliberately overmedicated into non-existence.
It's hard to ignore the fact, Jackson's physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, took 30 minutes to call 911, administered CPR incorrectly, then disappeared for 3 days after the singer's death, as that is so egregious, it goes way beyond malpractice and negligence.
Years of prescription pill abuse had also weakened Michael Jackson and his body weight had dropped, as seen in tour rehearsal footage taken hours before his death.
