The people of Haiti, who have been effected by a 7.0 earthquake that hit the capital this week, are in danger of disease, due to contaminated water, in the fall out from the structural damage that occurred.
However, once again, there is some good news. Millions more dollars in aid have been raised via giving from people all over the world and rescue teams are actually on the island at the present time with food, water and medicine.

Nidal Malik Hasan
The U.S. Government is currently conducting an investigation into the law enforcement failures that led to 13 people being murdered at the Fort Hood army base, by Islamic radical, Nidal Malik Hasan.
Thus far, the public knows, the incompetent Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) did not correctly interpret the emails they had in their possession, revealing U.S. Major Nidal Malik Hasan had become a radicalized time bomb.
Hasan was enquiring with one of the world's most vicious hatemongers, Anwar Awlaki, on violence against American civilians and soldiers, yet the FBI didn't piece that transparent little puzzle together and bring him in. The unedited emails need to be released to the public.
It is also being stated via additional findings, several army member failed report Hasan's disturbing statements, such as comparing suicide bombers to heroes.
Some in Washington have tried to push the excuse that everyone in government is responsible, to shield the negligent from blame and job termination. However, it is highly irresponsible. The FBI is the agency most to blame, as they had disturbing, extremist emails by Hasan, in their possession for well over 6 months and did nothing about it.
The FBI is America's first line of defense against terrorists and leaving the same individuals in their posts that allowed this devastating tragedy via criminal negligence, is inviting future failures of the same order that could cost more innocent people their lives. The FBI is not up to the task at hand.

Eight Officers Could Be Disciplined; Gates Calls Failures 'Significant' - Jan. 15, 2010 - The Pentagon gave itself a harsh assessment in the aftermath of the Fort Hood shootings, and could pursue disciplinary action against several officers who "failed to comply" with policies in place to get rid of officers who were unfit.
In an 86-page report released Friday, Defense Department investigators determined that the procedures in place meant to head off violent behavior are "outdated" and "incomplete."
The review commissioned by Defense Secretary Robert Gates called the failures "significant" and "in need of immediate attention."...
Senior Administration Official - Fort Hood Shootings were "An Act of Terrorism"
January 15, 2010 4:39 PM - A senior administration official said today that the shootings at Fort Hood by Major Nidal Hasan were "an act of terrorism."
Asked if the shootings were a "terrorist attack," this official (who was briefing on background) told reporters on a conference call: "It certainly in my mind was an act of terrorism as far as the tactic that was used there."…
The senior administration official was briefing about the findings of a review ordered by President Obama after the Nov. 5 shooting. This review is separate from the one done by the Pentagon and another by the FBI.
Gilbert Arenas
Washington Wizards basketball player, Gilbert Arenas, has pled guilty to felony gun possession charges, for brandishing an unlicensed weapon in his team's locker room, during a dispute with teammate, Javaris Crittenton. Guns are prohibited in locker rooms.
When the felony charges were filed, it was first reported, Arenas sought a plea deal, reducing the charges to a misdemeanor. However, as of today, a misdemeanor deal was not struck, as he has made a plea to felony charges. His teammate, Crittenton, is still under investigation for brandishing his gun as well, which the police have yet to find.

Arenas would be a material witness in any prosecution of Crittenton, whose alleged gun has not yet been found by authorities.

Jason Trawick, the manager of pop lip-syncer and schizophrenic, Britney Spears, was recently caught cheating on her with two women. This news is ironic, as a Los Angeles court called for a hearing today, regarding Spears' mental state, amidst reports she had another mental breakdown.
However, when TMZ posted news of the hearing, the paparazzi prepared to assemble at the Los Angeles court and Spears' appearance was cancelled by her legal representatives.
As stated above, there have been numerous reports of another Spears meltdown, which her publicist has denied. Then again, when she had the first meltdown, shaved her head and screamed she is the anti-Christ, her publicist lied about that as well, stating she did so for a roll role.
No one believed the lie and when she was sectioned and placed in a psychiatric ward twice in one year, for attacking her toddler and going around Los Angeles displaying multiple personality disorder, it served as confirmation of what everyone already knew, Spears is deeply mentally ill from the kooky cult Kabbalah brainwashing.
Madonna, who pestered Spears to get into Kabbalah, is the worst thing that happened to Spears, as she is still appearing on stage, in public and interviews, mentally damaged, dazed, crazy and confused. It is not the same Spears that debuted years ago, as she's lost her mind. Spears is still not performing well on stage. She looks like a startled, displaced, overmedicated animal in a cage.
The Judiciary Report is of the belief, Madonna, who began mentoring Britney in her career and Kabbalah, sent her down a bad path out of jealous, as the much younger, then attractive singer, Spears, was selling 10 million CDs per release in the late 1990s and was getting all the attention. The press and public believed, at her previous pace, she would go on to outsell and outstrip Madonna's hype-filled career.
Spears had become more famous than Madonna, who couldn't stand it. She was the new it girl. People were no longer talking about Madonna, in favor of publicizing Spears' every move as the new pop sensation. People were also comparing Madonna to Spears in an unfavorable light, claiming the newer star was the good looking one with the wider audience.
There was even an incident where, Madonna became offended at Spears sending her a movie script she liked, in which the older singer would play her mother. To crazy Madonna, who was in her mid 40s, this was an insult, as in her warped mind she is 21 (Hence, Madonna always dressing like a 21-year-old, even though she is in her 50's).
Madonna is an obsessive, overly competitive, neurotic loon that even displayed signs of jealousy and unprovoked animosity towards Whitney Houston, who can actually sing, when Madonna can't carry a tune.
Her need to be number one without the talent to back it up, brought out the worst in Madonna, who could not stand the thought of others surpassing her on the charts and in the public eye. She kept an envious eye out for new singers with promise, hoping to questionably reap their talents to prop up her fading career that is all smoke and mirrors.
Even established artists with actual talent, felt the brunt of her nasty jealousy and envy. The late Michael Jackson stated Madonna was jealous of his success and ability to move an audience to tears and called her a terrible person for spreading vicious rumors during her interviews, aimed at damaging his career.
One has to be careful of evil people like that in life. They will try to use you, then destroy you, to prove some sick point to themselves, that they somehow measure up and are the best, by pulling everyone else down. People who do such things are always the least, not the greatest.

While I do not agree with companies using other business entities names in different territories, Jay-Z lawsuit is hypocritical. It's amazing that Jay-Z is suing over a name he stole from America's famed Rockefeller family, while engaging in pseudo-aspirations of being a wealthy businessman, when at the end of the day, he's nothing but an unrepentant, grubby, thieving criminal, stealing people's copyrighted music and pushing musical poison, since he quit pushing drugs for cash. This dude really believes his own hype when he has absolutely no talent.
This Jay-Z lawsuit is just as arrogant as bisexual singer, Katy Perry, suing a designer for using said name, when that's not even her birth name (unlike the fashion designer).
Jay-Z Loses Court Dispute Over Roc-A-Fella Name
Jan. 14, 2010 - Jay-Z recently lost a court dispute with an England eatery over the name of his former empire.
The rap impresario sued celebrity chef Terry Miller over the use of the word "Rockafella," a New Castle restaurant launched when Miller used his winnings from cooking reality television show Hell's Kitchen to open it.
The lawsuit entered courts in 2006, when Jay claimed the name would confuse fans into believing the restaurant would be associated with his Roc-A-Fella business.
A court, however, ruled in favor of Miller and granted him the exclusive trademark and rights to use the name in the United Kingdom...

U.S. President Barack Obama is considering levying a tax on American banks and those doing business in the country, to raise funds as a vehicle to recoup bailout money.
Any decent revenue obtained in an appropriate manner would certainly help the nation's coffers. The banks should give back for all they've received from the taxpayer. However, banks are already "eying possible ways around it."
