U.S. President Barack Obama's health care bill is moving forward, due to a Senate vote. Many are still divided over the bill, as senators have snuck in numerous items, such as forcing Americans, who do not believe in or agree with abortions, to pay a monthly fee to subsidized said immoral procedure.
International pressure is also on the Obama Administration to restrain spending, as world governments have stated they cannot continue to buy U.S. treasuries, to underwrite the massive financial initiatives authored by the White House.
Rep. Stupak: White House Pressuring Me to Keep Quiet on Abortion Language in Senate Health Bill
Tuesday, December 22, 2009 - (CNSNews.com) - Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) said the White House and the Democratic leadership in the House of Representatives have been pressuring him not to speak out on the "compromise" abortion language in the Senate version of the health care bill.
Climate Change Secretary, Ed Miliband, sensationally admitted there were a number of failures at the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit, as numerous nations did not achieve a significant accord on several key issues. He labeled the event a beginning in the climate change battle.
The FBI has released half of Michael Jackson's file and it is a real snoozefest. They've withheld the major items, citing an ongoing investigation. What they did release makes FBI HQ look weak, as their investigations did not come across as very comprehensive. Overall, these files did not help Michael Jackson's name either.
The highlights include, U.S. Customs seizing a VHS tape Michael Jackson had in his possession, which was labeled "Michael Jackson's Neverland Favorites, An All Boy Anthology" and having it sent to the FBI to be analyzed for child pornography.
The title "Michael Jackson's Neverland Favorites, An All Boy Anthology" was not a good label for a tape and it probably raised suspicions. Jackson had the mind of a child in many ways, but that VHS tape title can be easily viewed a certain way.
Another file indicates the FBI believed two kids that gave testimony exonerating Michael Jackson at his private eye's office were "coerced."
Another file indicates a witness interviewed by the FBI, regarding a train ride with children present, where Jackson slept in the same room as a young boy, he was said to be "possessive of" later resulted in said witness hearing "questionable noises through wall." The FBI did not elaborate on that.

According to TMZ, many prescription medications were found in the nightstand of the late Kabbalah cult actress, Brittany Murphy, who died last week from cardiac arrest at age 32.
TMZ states she was on the following 10 medications, "Topamax, Methylprednisolone, Fluoxetine, Klonopin, Carbamazepine, Ativan, Vicoprofen, Propranolol, Biaxin and Hydrocodone." That's a lot of stuff.
Some of the Judiciary Report's regular readers may recall the medication "Topamax" and its generic "Toprimate" which this site slammed a month ago on November 21, 2009, as terrible pharmaceutical drugs.
If Murphy was indeed on "Topamax" certain aspects of this story now make sense. As previously stated on this website, "Topamax" can cause "Metabolic Acidosis" which can lead to organ failure, coma and or death if left untreated.
"Metabolic Acidosis" is a terrible condition where there is too much acid in the blood. It causes stomach pains and shortness of breath, among other things. Murphy complained of "stomach pains and shortness of breath" before she died.
"Topamax" also creates a loss of appetite and cognitive trouble, such as difficulty reading and finding words on a page. It was reported Murphy had become very thin and was also fired from a film this month, because she kept botching her lines. If she was indeed on "Topamax" it would make perfect sense this happened, as it has done that to thousands of people, who complained online.
"Topamax" combined with the other medications found in her home, would definitely be enough to have killed Murphy. There were also previous allegations of illegal drug use, which have not been proven yet. That's a lot of toxicity.
Some doctors love overmedicating people. Medicine is good, but in moderation. Murphy should not have been on all those pharmaceutical medications, as it was ill-advised and dangerous.

As stated before, during the Michael Jackson case, there needs to be a database where doctors can cross reference items to know exactly what medication each patient is being treated with, to prevent toxicity and overdoses.

As stated previously, other Kabbalah members, such as Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, are on a host of pharmaceutical meds and have experimented with illegal narcotics as well, posing a great danger to their collective health.

Heath Ledger, a deceased actor that dated Lindsay Lohan during the time of his death, also died of a prescription med overdose. Hollywood refuses to learn from past mistakes. Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Paramedics moved Brittany from the bathroom to the master bedroom, where they found a slew of prescription drugs -- "A check of the nightstands revealed large amounts of prescription medication in the decedent's name. Also noted were numerous empty prescription medication bottles in the decedent's husband's name, the decedent's mother's name and unidentified third party names."
According to the notes, the medications included Topamax (anti-seizure meds also to prevent migraines), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (depression med), Klonopin (anxiety med), Carbamazepine (treats Diabetic symptoms and is also a bipolar med), Ativan (anxiety med), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Propranolol (hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (pain med) and miscellaneous vitamins.
The notes say, "No alcohol containers, paraphernalia or illegal drugs were discovered."...
China, the largest holder of U.S. debt, has used its strongest language to date, warning Washington to decrease its wild spending, as it is devaluing the U.S. dollar and in turn, the Communist nation's investment in America, to the tune of $1 trillion dollars. It has been reported, Chinese Prime Minister, Wen Jiabao, snubbed President Obama last week.
Based on reports, the Chinese government is not happy with the Obama Administration's spending, labeling it a, "Determination to expand the U.S. social welfare state" that "Will necessarily meet a limit when foreign nations lack the U.S. dollar foreign exchange reserves needed to purchase increasing amounts of U.S. Treasury debt."
In short, China and the rest of the world is not willing to bankroll the Obama Administration's wild spending, for fear everything will collapse again, but to worse degrees and take their nations' economies with it, for having invested in this unsound spending.
Tensions aside, the White House and Congress devaluing the U.S. dollar, sending it in the direction of making said currency worth less than the paper it is printed on is very inadvisable. The Obama Administration cannot spend the nation's way to prosperity, as world economics does not work that way.
There are more creative, sound ways to tackle America's financial woes. Right at the top of the list should be reduced government spending, budget cuts and a solid return to American manufacturing. Stop using the taxpayers money in this manner, as it is not going to add up.

The Shanghai Daily reported that Zhu told an academic audience that it was inevitable the value of the dollar would fall in value given the increasing reliance of the Obama administration on issuing U.S. Treasury debt to finance deficit spending.
"The United States cannot force foreign governments to increase their holdings of Treasuries," Zhu said. "Double the holdings? It is definitely impossible."
Zhu's warning was clear.
"The world does not have so much money to buy more U.S. Treasuries," he said.

The Donald Eugene Gates case, once again highlights a persistent problem that exists at the FBI/DOJ, of framing people for crimes they did not commit, just to close out a case.
Gates spent 28-years in prison for a crime he did not commit, because 13 FBI employees, engaged in treachery and wickedness only the devil could be proud of, via lying in court and submitting falsified documents that send an innocent man to rot in a prison cell for over a quarter century. Does that sound like justice to you.
The aforementioned FBI employees criminal misdeeds constitute contempt of court, lying under oath, conspiracy, fraud and depriving the public of their honest services.
It is a nefarious habit the FBI has engaged in time and time again, as revealed by numerous court cases, resulting in widespread public condemnation of the agency, as with the aforementioned Gates case.
The question is should FBI/DOJ employees be imprisoned for framing people, via knowingly entering false evidence, testimony and documents in court, to seal convictions or keeping silent as innocent people they wish to be rid of are harmed or killed.
The answer is a resounding yes. Any FBI or DOJ employee that engages in such reprehensible conduct, should face years of imprisonment and massive federal fines.
There is no justification for such misconduct. If that is your definition of justice, you need to get out of that job before you do anyone else any injury.
The Nation: $75 And A Bus Ticket Home
Gates is now 58 years old, and for his three lost decades the government gave him some winter clothes, $75, and a bus ticket to Ohio. He had to pay his $35 cab fare to get from jail to the bus station.
The FBI analyst who testified against him was discredited — along with 13 other analysts — by a Justice Department review in 1997 for having "made false reports and performed inaccurate tests," according to the Washington Post. The judge has now ordered a review of every conviction in which this analyst testified.
Given the 1997 review, what the hell took so long?
And how many more men and women sit in jail awaiting DNA testing?
Friday, December 18, 2009 - It is scary to think how Mr. Gates's release came about only because of valiant, individual efforts. His court-appointed attorney, Roger Durban, was about to retire but was so bothered by the case he wrote in 2007 to both the judge and the D.C. public defender's office, which took up the case. Their efforts to get new DNA testing would have gone nowhere if not for the work of two D.C. police officers, James Trainum and Grant Greenwalt, in tracking down long-lost evidence from the victim's body in the medical examiner's office. It's also scary to think that while Mr. Gates sat in jail, Ms. Schilling's real killer has gone unpunished.
Mr. Gates still must await another court ruling to be exonerated of the charges. Once that happens, he will be able to make a claim for compensation for time spent in prison. Federal law provides for up to $50,000 per year of incarceration; the District leaves the amount up to the court. As much as Mr. Gates gets, it won't be enough.

In total, 37 countries in Africa have laws on the books criminalizing same-sex relations. Burundi's passed earlier this year, before the Ugandan bill even came before Parliament.

Only two weeks ago, Brittany had been fired from a film The Caller. Also, she recently lost consciousness while filming another movie Something Wicked according to TheWrap.com.
Brittany allegedly was practically unable to film her scenes in the forthcoming movie Something Wicked and continuously lost her focus in mid-sentence according to an insider speaking exclusively to The Wrap.
“Her husband was her handler, [gic] he shuttled her around. She was barely there. “She’d go in and out of consciousness in the middle of takes,” said the man associated with the film production to The Wrap...
The witness said Brittany going in and out of consciousness forced producers to rewrite her character. He said movie coworkers believed Brittany used prescription drugs.
The studio and director Matthew Parkhill of The Caller have not publicly disclosed why Brittany was fired from the horror movie, and Perez Hilton reported that she was being replaced by Twilight’s Victoria Lefevre.

James Cameron's latest flick, Avatar, has under performed at the North American box office. It's opening weekend tally is $72 million dollars. It was expected to do upward of $85 million in that time frame. The film cost $200 million dollars to make, with an additional $35-$50 million to market and advertise.
Avatar's impact is somewhat like that of "Watchmen." Big budget, a lot of hype, then massive fizzle. The box office numbers are not far apart as well.

After months of breathless buzz, speculation, and doubt, James Cameron’s Avatar finally arrived in movie theaters nationwide, and its box office prognosis definitely isn’t blue. The 3-D sci-fi epic landed at number one with an estimated $73 million, according to Hollywood.com Box Office.
The number is certainly on the lower end of expectations for the long-anticipated film, but considering that much of the east coast was buried under record snowfall for most of the weekend, it remains an unambiguously solid opening — the best 3-D debut ever and the second-best December debut behind I Am Legend.
