A leading Democratic U.S. senator, Harry Reid, has condemned the Republican Party, for their opposition to President Obama's health care bill. He compared it to slavery, for which he is being criticized online, deeming it an insult to black people.

I do believe health care reform is in the best interest of America, but additional spending shall damage the economy to greater degrees, due to the ongoing recession-turned-depression.

Look for cost cuts, such as medical imaging, in making the technology more affordable and ways to permanently eliminate Medicare fraud. That will be a great start.

It would be great if everyone had solid health care, but the U.S. Congress should pace itself, lest it make the nation's financial condition even worse.

Speaking of slavery, it is still going on, when greedy, unconscionable Hollywood can dirtily and criminally abuse and rob a black woman of a fortune in copyrights and the crooked FBI can drag their feet to help ratchet up the stealing. It's not a good look. The FBI must think the world is stupid and don't realize what they and Hollywood did.

Slavery is back and uglier than ever. Millions have seen it with their own eyes and are not amused, hence the decimated sales of the perpetrators committing the crimes. It doesn't exactly compel the world to invest, witnessing such fraud and egregious misconduct. What was the sense of enacting the Civil Rights Act Of 1964, for the FBI to so viciously violate it.

The FBI has ordered an independent review of the Fort Hood shooting, in light of their terrible, preventable failures as a law enforcement agency, as they had the alleged killer under surveillance for a year prior to the shooting.

The FBI showed itself to be very criminally negligent and quite gullible for believing, Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Malik Hasan, was just doing research, via contacting a violent imam, via email and stating his considerable salary from the U.S. military makes him an asset.

So, you mean to tell me, if a journalist or blogger communicated with violent terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, via email, claiming it was for "research purposes" as Hasan did regarding the imam, the FBI would wave that through as acceptable.

It that why the "I" in F.B.I. (Federal Bureau Of Investigation) does not stand for "Intelligence" like in the C.I.A (Central Intelligence Agency). For the past year, I've devised another acronym for the letters F.B.I. due to this case, but I'll be nice and not hurt their feelings tonight in saying what.

FBI director appoints judge to review lead up to Fort Hood attack

Tuesday, December 8, 2009; 12:16 PM - FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III has asked former director and retired federal judge William H. Webster to conduct an independent review of the bureau's actions in advance of last month's deadly shootings at Fort Hood, Tex., according to government officials familiar with the move.

This is the first indication that FBI officials are sufficiently concerned about bureau actions in the case that they would order an independent investigation. The Department of Defense already has ordered an inquiry into its handling of the matter.

Webster has been named to put "a second set of eyes" on the policies, procedures and actions pursued by two Joint Terrorism Task Forces in San Diego and Washington that reviewed e-mail messages between accused shooter Maj. Nidal M. Hasan and a radical Yemeni American cleric Anwar al-Aulaqi, the sources said, speaking anonymously because they were not authorized to discuss the situation...

Monday – December 07, 2009 – 12:40pm - Jaimee Grubbs -- a 24-year-old cocktail waitress who broke the news to Us Weekly that she had a 31-month affair with Tiger Woods -- says the golfer, 33, never wanted to use protection.

"He didn't use a condom," says Grubbs, who adds that Woods also didn't ask if she was on birth control, either. "It wasn't even discussed. He just never used one."

Apparently, he also didn't use condoms while bedding 33-year-old restaurant manager Mindy Lawton, according to Lawton's sister, Lynn. Gatorade jumps off Tiger's bandwagon

On the first day of the ongoing Tiger Woods saga, I checked to see which sponsors might be most affected by his problems. Gatorade popped up on the list and, on Tuesday, it became the first major sponsor to drop off Woods' bandwagon.

The official decision was made two days before Woods' accident, according to reports.

In a statement Tuesday, Gatorade said: "We decided several months ago to discontinue Gatorade Tiger Focus along with some other products to make room for our planned series of innovative products in 2010."

However, that's a long way from what Gatorade has been saying officially about its relationship with Tiger Woods.

This is getting ridiculous. According to Life and Style magazine, pornographic magazine, Playgirl, is in possession of nude photos they believe to be of beleaguered golfer, Tiger Woods and are currently attempting to verify their authenticity. The implication is the photos were obtained by one of his alleged 10 mistresses. This is just vile. It's really reprehensible the way people are going to such great lengths to destroy and humiliate this man.

Once again, as stated in the Erin Andrews case, Congress needs to pass legislation barring people from publishing nude photos and videos of others without their permission, as it is sick and perverted. Such conduct constitutes egregious human rights violations.

In what may scare a number of NBA basketball players, a new reality show, in the vein of "The Real Housewives" series, has been announced entitled "NBA Wives."

It stars, Shaunie Nelson O'Neal the wife of NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal. Considering the two are legally separated, Shaq may not like what comes out on this show.

Shaunie also pitched the show and roped in other NBA wives such as, "Charlotte Bobcat Eric Williams' wife Jennifer, former Heat player Antoine Walker's ex-fiancée Evelyn Lozada, Shaunie O'Neal, and former Heat Dancer Royce Reed, whom a judge recently banned from even speaking the name of her baby daddy, the Orlando Magic's Dwight Howard."

As the comical saying goes, "Be afraid, be very afraid." I may watch a little bit of this show, maybe the first 57 of 60 minutes, to see what is going to be said.

Pleasure P Molestation Scandal Continues

Pleasure P, also known as Marcus Cooper, is currently under fire for child molestation. As previously stated, it is alleged he molested his 3-year old niece and 4-year-old nephew when he was 14-years-old. The case was sealed by the court, which enabled him to get a record deal as a teenager, with the group Pretty Ricky.

Considering their fanbase is and was largely comprised of preteen and teenage girls, he should not have been in the group, as he posed a danger to his primary audience.

A 2007 case revealed a massive legal squabble in Miami federal court between the two parties. Bluestar Entertainment of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a city in an adjacent county to Miami (Dade county), sued Pleasure P for copyright infringement and breach of contract. Bluestar, run by the dad of the three remaining original members of Pretty Ricky, had Pleasure P under an exclusive artist and music publishing contract, in conjunction with Atlantic/Warner Bros.

The Judiciary Report did a search of Pacer and found the lawsuit Bluestar Entertainment International v. Marcus Cooper (Pleasure P), filed under the case number 07-23245, presided over by Judge Hoeveler with Magistrate Judge Stephen Brown.

They sued him for breach of contract and demanded legal fees and punitive damages. They stated he breached the contract and was about to violate it again ("anticipatory breach"). The filing states he was performing for others and refusing to do promotional appearances for Bluestar, apparently with Pretty Ricky, which is confusing, as the group maintained last week that he was kicked out.

Bluestar was represented by Richard Wolfe's law firm, Wolfe & Goldstein, who is also the alleged legal outfit that had the Pleasure P molestation case sealed, via his partner Goldstein, as revealed by leaked documents on Twitter.

Bluestar requested the court bar Pleasure P from recording with anyone else, which based on the language in the lawsuit, he was threatening to do. The lawsuit was settled on September 4, 2009 and as such dismissed with prejudice. Pleasure P is currently on the Atlantic/Warner Bros. label, but still listed as a Bluestar solo artist.

Recently, Pleasure P received Grammy nominations for his solo CD and that's when the scandal erupted, unearthing his child molestation case.
