U.S. President Barack Obama is pondering a new job creation strategy, debating whether to use the remaining T.A.R.P. money in this endeavor. An article released today confirmed a point the Judiciary Report made on November 14, 2009 in the Obama Calls For Job Summit article, in that the administration's first efforts at job creation was not properly executed.

Based on a new press item today, the Obama Administration's job creation plan, came in at the hefty price tag of $246,436 per job, which is more than some doctors make. Furthermore, the market value of the jobs created are not even 1/5 of the $246,436 per position.

This indicates the budget was not properly planned, nor were funds distributed evenly and accurately, based on current salaries in the marketplace. This wasted a great opportunity. It should not happen again, as it is a waste of taxpayer money, to pay for one job, what should be spent on 12.

Cost-benefit analysis of jobs stimulus

The Obama Administration is touting that their stimulus program has saved or created 640,329 jobs since it was enacted back in February through the end of October. This number is updated and posted on the Administration’s recovery.gov web site. That amounts to $246,436 per job based on the $157.8bn that has been awarded so far! Total compensation earned by the average payroll employee during October, on an annualized basis, was $59,867. If the government had simply used the funds awarded so far to pay for a year’s worth of labor, that would have paid for 2.6mn jobs!

Obama considers whether to use bailout money for jobs programs

01:34 PM - President Obama said today he is considering the idea of using federal bailout money to develop new programs for job creation.

Speaking with reporters at the White House, Obama noted that the Troubled Asset Relief Program used less money than anticipated, but was "not cheap."

The FBI Messed Up The Hal Turner Trial

A mistrial has been declared in the Hal Turner death threat case, where the White Supremacist blogger, called for the death of three Chicago judges, then told the world the FBI paid him to do it.

It is apparent, the FBI's credibility is in a terrible state, regarding public perception of the agency, for a hate speech blogger they arrested, who called for the death of the first black President of the United States and sitting judges, to walk free. A retrial is set for March 1, 2010.

The FBI ought to think about what that outcome really means, as they clearly have an image problem. As the FBI's oversight, Congress should take note of it as well.

NY judge declares mistrial in NJ blogger trial

Monday, December 7, 2009; 2:32 PM - NEW YORK -- A judge declared a mistrial Monday in the case against a New Jersey blogger accused of making death threats against three federal judges in Chicago because they wrote a ruling supporting gun control.

The mistrial came after the jury sent two notes - one during its first day of deliberation on Friday and another on Monday - saying it was hopelessly deadlocked over charges Hal Turner threatened to kill or assault a federal judge. A retrial was scheduled for March 1 in Brooklyn, where the case was moved based on a change-of-venue request...

The Tiger Woods adultery scandal is getting out of control again, as 10 women have now come forward, alleging an affair with the top ranked golfer in sports history. These women have sold their stories to numerous magazines and tabloids, trying to make a quick buck of his wife's suffering, which is not cool.

Rachel Uchitel, the first woman named in the scandal, by the National Enquirer, has reportedly been paid seven figures to keep quiet and not release the damaging emails and text messages she has from Woods. That's basically extortion.

What is also concerning about the case is items from Woods' medical records, such as the medications he takes, have been released to the internet and published in magazines, which constitutes various privacy violations.

Tiger Woods Now Linked to 10 Women?

1. Cori Rist: According to the New York Post, Cori became involved with Tiger after meeting him at a Manhattan club. The New Yorker’s ex husband’s girlfriend said of Cori and Tiger’s involvement, “I am not surprised at all.”

2. Mindy Lawton: Mindy, a 33-year-old pancake-house waitress, claimed Tiger dumped her in 2007 after they were caught having sex in his SUV outside her trailer in April 2007 by the National Enquirer. Over the weekend, Mindy told a British tabloid, “Tiger just used me as his sex toy.”

3. Jaimee Grubbs: Reportedly this 24-year-old Las Vegas cocktail waitress has said she’s had 20 sexual encounters with Tiger in the past 3 years. Tiger left her a voicemail asking her to delete her name from her cell phone’s outgoing message because his wife Elin Nordegren knew about the affair.

4. Rachel Uchitel: A friend of Tiger’s paid for the 33-year-old’s plane ticket last month to meet Tiger at an Australian tournament. Tiger allegedly paid Rachel “at least a million dollars” to say quiet about their affair, according to Rachel’s lawyer’s daughter...

Chris Brown's Sales Plummet

The sales of womanbeater and copyright infringer, Sony's Chris Brown, are way off from his usual numbers. His projected first week sales for his new rip-off album is 150,000 copies sold. His previous CD sold double that amount in the first week, coming in with 295,000 units purchased.

What's ironic to some is his girlfriend's current CD "Rated R" isn't bringing in stellar numbers or gaining strong chart positions, as was previously expected, especially in light of the Grammy she won for stealing "Umbrella." It's painfully obvious the public has soured on both of them and their entertainment careers are not going to survive their misconduct.

In the words of another Chris that was accused of being a womanbeater, "Don't be mad U.P.S. is hiring." Maybe Obama can bail you two out with some of that stimulus money...

Rihanna's CD Tanks Even More In Second Week

In the music industry, the term "You're only as good as your last hit" is usually the way business works, in determining success and failure. Viewing the second week sales numbers for faux singer Rihanna's ill-fated "Rated R" album indicates she is in big trouble, as it only sold a paltry 55,000 copies for the week, bringing the grand total to 235,000 sold. International sales are also very poor as well.

The singles from the album are bombing on the charts as well. Her record deal is now firmly in jeopardy. No doubt, she will try to break into films and television, which will be hilarious for all the wrong reasons, as she can barely speak without choking or staring aimlessly into space.

After hiding her mug for weeks (it was great not being accosted by that face when I visited music news sites these past few weeks) Madonna has regrettably resurfaced, now that the plastic surgery scars have healed and amazingly, once again, looks worse than before. How does she do it!
