Tiger Woods Ticketed - New Woman Surfaces

The top ranked golfer in the world, Tiger Woods, has been ticketed, regarding the late night crash that occurred outside his home last week, in Orlando, Florida's Isleworth gated community. At 2:20AM, on the morning after Thanksgiving, Woods hopped into his black Cadillac Escalade and crashed into a fire hydrant and tree outside his home.

It was reported, his wife, Elin, smashed the vehicle's window with a golf club, as when the engine of an Escalade is running, the door will not open, according to talk show host, Larry King. She dragged Woods out of the car and onto the sidewalk, asking a neighbor to call 911. Woods was unconscious for six minutes. He reportedly woke up for a short time, then lapsed back into unconsciousness. He was later transported to the hospital, then released.

TMZ reported his wife had attacked him with a golf club, he fled the house at 2:20AM with no shoes on, became distracted in the Escalade and crashed into a fire hydrant and a tree. Woods denies this version of the story and it is one the police are not pursuing. Instead, Woods has been issued a ticket for $164 for careless driving.

In the mean time, another woman, reality TV star, Jamie Grubbs, has come out of the woodworks, claiming she had an affair with Woods that went on for many months during his marriage. She claims to have sexually charged text messages from Woods, as proof of her story.

Whether or not these claims of infidelity are true, what good will come of this, as all it will do is hurt his wife and jeopardize his marriage, all in a bid at greater fame and fortune, via someone pushing a tell all. The public didn't need to know this and you need to get right with God, as adultery is wrong, not something to be proud of.

Tiger Woods Cheating Scandal Grows, Other Woman Coming Forward With Voicemails

What's more, one of these women claims to have proof in the form of voice mails from the golfing great. The voice mails are said to be explosive. RadarOnline.com has not heard the voice mails and verified their authenticity.

But we have confirmed that at least two more women are being linked to Tiger in sexual affairs and that one cheating story could appear as early as Thursday.

Several national media outlets are in contact with women who say the have had sexual contact with Tiger while he was married.

It all adds up to the Tiger cheating scandal turning into an even bigger national story, despite his attempts to defuse various reports with a statement on his web site asking for privacy and attacking rumors...

The Civil Rights Act of 1964, bars people from discriminating against others based on race, sex, nationality or religion. This also means, any government agency, hospital, organization, website, company or entity receiving federal funds, may not discriminate or violate the rights of others, as the penalty for such misconduct is the loss and revocation of funding and criminal charges.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was enacted to grant everyone equal access to services and opportunities white Americans enjoy, due to Jim Crow and segregation having gripped the nation. It was also brought into being to protect minorities from being abused and violated, as was the practice during the civil rights era, when the call was made for change.

Sadly, some continue to violate the rights of minorities and others in society, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was meant to protect from harm and undue abuse.

It's amazing in this day and age that people are still violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It's not something to be proud of, as it classes you with the worst of mankind. It is a terrible black mark and a disgrace to violate it in modern times, with society allegedly having progressed towards equality.

However, when one starts discriminating against minorities, citizens' of foreign birth or others based on religion, you have disgracefully spit on the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in a most shameful manner.

A very disturbed man, Maurice Clemmons, who went on a rampage at a coffee shop, murdering four police officers, has been killed by the Seattle Police Department. The officers, Tina Griswold, 40, Ronald Owens, 37, Sgt. Mark Renninger, 39 and Greg Richards, 42, each leave behind spouses and children, in what is a terrible, senseless tragedy. My condolences to their families.

Clemmons clearly had some deep rooted issues and chose to vent them in a very negative manner. Murdering police officers was not the answer to his problems, as now he has deprived four families, with young children, of their loved ones. Violence is not the way.

Tacoma Suspect Is Killed by Police Officer in Seattle

December 1, 2009 - SEATTLE - A man suspected of fatally shooting four uniformed police officers was shot and killed early Tuesday by a Seattle police officer who chanced upon him during a routine patrol.

A memorial for the four slain officers was set up outside the Lakewood Police headquarters in Lakewood, Wash., on Monday.

The death of the suspect, Maurice Clemmons, 37, capped a huge manhunt that had fanned out through Seattle over the last two days involving scores of police officers. Officials said Mr. Clemmons had been carrying a gun that had belonged to one of the four officers, who were killed at a coffee shop near Tacoma on Sunday morning.

Supreme Court Launches Abuse Photo Cover Up

The U.S. Supreme Court overturned an appeals court ruling, decreeing that abuse photos of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan, must remain secret, in accordance with the White House and Congress' wishes.

This is not transparency in government and will not be applauded by the international community, as it lends the appearance of a cover-up, something the world wanted to see gone with the George W. Bush presidency. This ruling is not sending the right message to the world.

Supreme Court rules to keep detainee abuse photos secret

Posted on Monday, 11.30.09 - WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court did all it could Monday to lock up forever some incendiary photos that show U.S. soldiers abusing foreign prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yielding to Congress and the White House, justices took the expected but formal step of reversing a lower court's order that the pictures be released. Using its budget powers, Congress already had moved to keep the photos secret.

In a brief, unsigned decision issued Monday without elaboration, the court cited a provision in a Homeland Security funding bill President Barack Obama signed Oct. 28. The provision permitted the Pentagon to block the public release of the pictures in question, as well as others deemed to "endanger" U.S. soldiers or civilians.

"Disclosure of those photographs would pose a clear and grave risk of inciting violence and riots against American troops and coalition forces," Solicitor General Elena Kagan had warned the Supreme Court.

The Justice Department's brief noted that one picture shows "several soldiers posing near standing detainees who are handcuffed to bars with sandbags covering their heads while a soldier holds a broom as if sticking (its) end ... into the rectum of a restrained detainee."

Dad Imprisoned For Extensive Abuse On Children

Today, a 53-year-old dad, Terrence Eames, was sentenced to five years in prison, for abusing his children over the course of several years.

The abuse includes, but is not limited to, "Repeatedly tormenting his two sons and two daughters over a 13-year period leading up 2000. He dangled one of his sons, then five, over a staircase by his ankles as punishment for interrupting him while he was watching a Formula One race on television. Two years later Eames, 53, burned the son's hand by pinning it to a scalding-hot radiator. He kept all his children locked in their bedrooms for hours at a time, forcing the boys to urinate into a box, the court heard."

There is a difference between discipline and abuse. Parents need to be very careful not to cross that line. The damage it does to a child's psyche is terrible and at times long lasting. There are adults who sustained terrible abuse as children and it effects them to this day, in their relationships and friendships. Such childhood abuse often turns into serious anger management problems in adulthood and dysfunction.

Yes, parents have their problems too, but they should be very careful not to take it out on their children. Kids don't deserve that. Learn to put your problems in proper perspective. Being a parent does not give you the license to treat your children any old way you please.

Mr. Eames needs to seek God's forgiveness, change his ways and find a way to peacefully rebuild his relationship with his children. The family needs healing and restoration from years of trauma and abuse.

Judge Rules Against Blogger Hal Turner

A district judge has ruled against white supremacist blogger, Hal Turner, who the FBI routinely used to incite violence against minorities and members of the U.S. government, such as judges and a black Congresswoman.

Turner, who is on trial for calling for the death of three Chicago judges and even furnished the public with their addresses, claims the FBI ordered him to do so, as it was apart of his job as a paid informant with the codename "Valhalla."

While I do believe the FBI should be on trial as well, for paying someone to do this madness that could have gotten people killed, the judge is right to rule that Turner's comments in calling for the judges' deaths, is not protected by the Constitution. Death threats and inciting violence or murder, is not a right under the First Amendment.

The judge also denied Turner's lawyer additional time to go over copious amounts of documents that were recently released during discovery. That decision was at the judge's discretion, but a time extension of a week or two would not hurt, considering the chances of Turner getting a fair trial after calling for the deaths of judges, is next to nil.

Don't get me wrong, I think he broke the law and deserves prison time, but which judge is really going to side with him in light of his FBI sponsored attack on their profession.

Regardless, if one accepts money to endanger the lives of others, they deserve legal punishment, for jeopardizing public safety. It was an ill-conceived, dangerous plot that deserves repudiation of the strongest order. The FBI should be legally compelled to change their life threatening practices.

North Bergen right-wing shock jock, FBI informant in court today

Tuesday, December 1, 2009 - Brooklyn, N.Y. -- Hal Turner, the ultra-right-wing radio shock jock and FBI informant from North Bergen, arrived in federal court this morning for the first day of his trial on charges that he threatened the lives of federal judges.

Turner, whose racist and anti-Semitic radio diatribes attracted a large audience of neo-Nazis and white supremacists, was arrested last June after he wrote on his radio show blog that three federal appeals court judges "deserved to be killed" after they upheld a gun control law. If convicted, he faces up to ten years in prison.

One of the issues that could play a key role in Turner's trial is his secret life as a FBI informant...

As U.S. District Court Judge Donald Walters took his seat on the bench this morning, Turner's lead defense attorney, Michael Orozco, asked that the trial be delayed. Orozco said that he had only recently received numerous discovery files of evidence from federal prosecutors and needed more time to study them.

Judge Walters rejected Orozco's request and said the trial would begin today.

The defense also raised an objection to the trial based on its belief that the charges against Turner violate his First Amendment right to free speech...

Solange Magnano, 38, died of a pulmonary embolism after undergoing a gluteoplasty in Buenos Aires, a normally routine procedure which involves placing implants in the buttocks to give them a firmer outline.

The mother of eight-year-old twins, who won the beauty crown in 1994, died on Sunday after three days in a critical condition. Roberto Piazza, a close friend, claimed that the procedure also involved injections and the liquid "went to her lungs and brain".

"This woman who had everything is dead because she wanted to have a slightly firmer behind," said Mr Piazza, a fashion designer.

Gluteoplasty has grown in popularity recently as women attempt to replicate the curvy shapes of music and film stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Sandra Bullock. (CBS/AP) An American TV executive says the couple that crashed President Obama's first state dinner is now offering to talk to broadcast networks about it - providing they're well paid.

The executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the network doesn't publicly discuss bookings, says representatives for Michaele and Tareq Salahi contacted networks to urge them to "get their bids in" for an interview.

The executive says the Virginia couple was looking for a payment in the mid-six figures range - about half a million dollars.

The couple's success in getting into the state dinner Tuesday without an invitation embarrassed the White House and Secret Service.

FBI Caught Lying In The Hal Turner Case

The FBI has been caught in a blatant lie, due to the fact, months ago, they played down their involvement with white supremacist blogger, Hal Turner, who was arrested for calling for the death of three judges (no, not the ones on American Idol - real judges with actual intelligence). Why doesn't the FBI ever stop to think of the end result of their conduct, when it is later exposed, as it kills their credibility all over again.

Court documents now reveal Turner was considered very reliable and useful to the FBI, in their harebrained schemes, calling for violence against judges, congress people and other public figures, granting them leeway to investigate crimes. It is a dangerous practice.

The FBI referred to Turner in their memos as, "Highly reliable and is in a unique position to provide vital information on multiple subversive domestic organizations...statistical accomplishments include over 100 subjects identified, over 10 acts of violence prevented and multiple subjects arrested."

I find it very disturbing the FBI is willing to lie at the drop of a hat and employ questionable sources to gain completion of their objectives. This layer of deceit has been employed against the American people and the very U.S. Congress, time and time again, to disastrous results, in bids at meeting arrest quotas the agency set.

It's a complete mind scramble that a law enforcement agency, routinely endangers the lives of innocent people - even other members of government. The public saw it with the 9/11 bombings, 7/11 terrorist attacks in London and Fort Hood.

That's no way to run a law enforcement agency. That's how you get innocent people killed. The head of the FBI, Robert Mueller, is a loon to engage in this madness that is so brazenly endangering the public.

Records show relationship between New Jersey blogger, FBI

November 29, 2009, 1:38PM - TRENTON — Despite downplaying his importance, federal officials apparently made frequent use of a New Jersey blogger in their battle against domestic terrorism.

The Record of Bergen County reviewed numerous government documents, e-mails, court records and almost 20 hours of jailhouse interviews with Hal Turner, who faces trial this week on charges he made death threats against three Chicago-based federal appeals judges.

The newspaper reported today that Turner received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups and was sent undercover to Brazil. Turner also claims the FBI coached him to make racist, anti-Semitic and other threatening statements on his radio show.

According to the ever meddlesome website TMZ, police are seeking a warrant to obtain the medical records of golfer, Tiger Woods, to determine whether his wife, Elin, attacked him with a golf club, leading to a car crash last week.

Tiger cancelled on the police, for the third time yesterday, when they sought to interview him about the case. TMZ cites alleged discrepancies in Elin's story, as delivered to the police.

TMZ maintains, the National Enquirer story regarding Tiger cheating on his wife with hostess Rachel Uchitel, who he met in New York and again in Australia, is true. Uchitel denied the story, pretended not to know the woman that furnished it to the tabloid and was caught in a lie, when they released a photo of her with the friend in question.

Uitchel hired attorney Gloria Allred and has been giving stories to the press, lending the appearance that she seeks to make money off the suffering of Woods' wife.

In other news, Tiger finally commented on the accident, stating it is his fault and the stories being issued by other websites, claiming his wife attacked him, are false. He's talking about you TMZ.

Cops Pursue Warrant in Woods Case

Posted Nov 30th 2009 12:05AM - Sources tell TMZ the Florida Highway Patrol is now focusing on obtaining a search warrant -- allowing them to seize medical records from the hospital that treated Tiger Woods -- in an attempt to determine if the wounds Woods sustained are consistent with a car accident or domestic violence.

We're told authorities believe they can show probable cause a crime was committed, a necessary step in obtaining a warrant.

One big piece of evidence showing probable cause ... sources tell us Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren told FHP troopers she went looking for Tiger in a golf cart, came upon the accident and then used a golf club to break the window to gain entry. That's a very different story from what she first told Windemere cops shortly after the accident -- she never mentioned a golf cart. Nordegren told Windemere police she had walked out of her house, saw the crash, went back inside to get a golf club and returned to the vehicle.

TMZ has reviewed 21 photos from the scene -- no sign of any golf cart...If the FHP determines Elin attacked Tiger, we're told she could be arrested for domestic violence.

11/29/2009 - By Tiger Woods - As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.

Democrats Having Second Thoughts On Afghanistan

TMZ: Tiger Woods Wife Attacked Him With Golf Club

Did Tiger Woods have a Lionel Richie moment yesterday, during a car crash outside his home in Orlando, Florida, which sent him to the hospital. According to TMZ, he did.

For those of you that aren't familiar with the story, singer Lionel Richie was caught cheating on his wife Brenda, who beat him and his mistress with a frying pan.

The TMZ website is notorious for bribing police officers and hospital workers for information and photos and leaking hacked documents. They stated this morning, Woods' wife, Elin, flew into a rage at reports of him cheating on her with a waitress, Rachel Uchitel, who is allegedly known for sleeping with famous men.

Today, Tiger's story is being told as a case of domestic violence, where Woods' wife allegedly went Chris Brown on him, with a golf club, leading to the accident.

What's making the story circulate in an even worse manner, is the golfer's refusal to deny the adultery accusations, published in a tabloid the day before Thanksgiving.

Rachel Uchitel was videotaped leaving the same hotel Woods was staying in during a tournament. She states she was at the hotel meeting with a client, but as a commenter on the Radar Online site wrote, since when do waitresses meet with clients in hotels on the other side of the world. Some clarification is required.

Either way, this is a sad story and I hope the Woods' 5-year marriage survive it. They also have two young children to consider in the midst of this scandal.

Tiger WoodsIt looks like Tiger Woods has been boxed into a corner and his best friend, now, is time -- because he's again refused to meet with the Florida Highway Patrol about the incident with his wife early yesterday. Tiger may well be waiting for the telltale wounds to heal.

Woods' agent told the Florida Highway Patrol Tiger and wife Elin Nordegren would not make themselves available to speak with authorities today about the incident that left Tiger with lacerations and one less fire hydrant on his block.

We know the Highway Patrol is suspicious of the wife's account ... that Tiger just drove off and hit a fire hydrant. She told the first officer on the scene from the Windemere PD that she went inside the house after the crash to get a golf club and then hit the car in an attempt to free her husband. But we know she told a very different story subsequently to the Highway Patrol.

As we first reported, Tiger told a friend that his wife went ballistic at around 2:00 AM yesterday and scratched his face up -- all because of reports he allegedly had cheated on her. He left the house, started driving away and she attacked the SUV with a golf club, Tiger told the friend. He got "distracted" and hit the hydrant.

If Tiger and his wife acknowledge she scratched him up, she could be arrested for domestic abuse...

Megan Fox Is No Angelina Jolie

Actor John Voight stated Megan Fox, the young actress that has emulated his daughter's every move, down to getting a cosmetic make-over to resemble the star, is not in the same league as his child.

I do not agree with Jolie, for spreading atheism and stealing another woman's husband. However, her dad is right regarding Megan Fox, for the following reasons. Jolie is a much better actress, doesn't give vicious interviews, as Fox routinely does and has done much for charity.

Certain celebrities need to remember, they are in the public eye and impressionable teens and adults sometimes take cues from their behavior. Stop leading people astray.

Fox, who is going out there and promoting drug use, selfishness, vulgarity, violence ("Jennifer's Body") and lesbianism, is bound to effect some impressionable youth in a negative manner. Much like Jolie's adulterous relationship with Brad Pitt. People should not follow these stars by example, as many of them are very unhappy and emotionally distressed, due to the choices they've made, but they are not telling you that.

They both need to denounce the drug use, which they've engaged in and violence that teems from their work.

According to Bang Showbiz, Jolie's father Voight was asked if he felt Megan Fox was as good as his daughter. "I don't think she is, no. She's one of our finest actresses. She's gotten to that point in her career," he says of his 34-year-old actress daughter.

"Megan is just starting out, but she has a lot of potential," Voight said. But if Megan Fox is the media's "next" Angelina Jolie, who is the next Megan Fox?...

Blog Flagged As Spam

This blog was incorrectly flagged as spam three times in a little over a week. As such, I was not allowed to publish any new posts for a while, until Google verified this is not a spam blog. The blog did very well, gaining many readers quite quickly, with inclusion in Google Blog search, increasing its visibility to the masses.

Someone disgracefully didn't like that and once again attempted to silence me, violating my right to free speech and free press, via unconstitutionally reporting the blog under the "report abuse" button at the top of the page. They were trying to have the blog deleted, which is pathetic and would have constituted discrimination (see Civil Rights Act of 1964).

If this happens again, please go to my other websites for frequent updates. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it was not my fault.
