Beyonce Steals Song Again

Sony singer Beyonce is being hauled into Federal Court in Chicago, Illinois, on December 10, 2009, barring bribing the judge or a settlement, by songwriter, Ricky Allen, for stealing his copyrighted song "Cater 2 U."

Allen registered the copyright for "Cater 2 U" with the Copyright Office/Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., in 2000. In 2004, a former co-worker of Allen's gained employment working with Beyonce's then singing group, Destinys Child.

That same year, Destinys Child, released a song entitled "Cater 2 U" allegedly written by notorious song thief, Beyonce Knowles, but bearing rip-off music, lyrics and the exact same title, as the preexisting, copyrighted song, Allen registered with the Library Of Congress 4 YEARS BEFORE BEYONCE STOLE IT.

Beyonce, has been sued and or slammed by many and I do mean many, songwriters for willfully, deliberately and knowingly stealing their federally and internationally protected, copyrighted songs, photos and videos. She has done this dozens of times, completely destroying her name. She is a running joke on the internet in this regard.

My mother is of the belief that Beyonce is crazy to keep blatantly stealing copyrighted works and taking credit for them, consistently resulting in terrible lawsuits and bad PR, as if lying about it somehow makes her the author of the pilfered property.

Under U.S. and international law, Beyonce is a criminal, who is consistently committing criminal copyright infringement, which is a crime in just about every country of the world. She continues to disgrace herself, as most of the public now knows of her chronic misconduct and firmly believes she is a thief.

Beyonce speaks in manner that indicates she is uneducated. She's even done interviews, where this undeniable fact came shining through, as she made up words that are not even in the dictionary, mispronounced others, whilst using some in the wrong context. Someone with such diminished mental capacity cannot write music. It's never worked that way.

She often appears confused and dimwitted in interviews, flubbing the slightest questions, even a child could answer with clarity. At this point, anyone that does not believe Beyonce is a thief, is either a crazed, obsessed fan or someone on her family's payroll.

Her conduct stems from greed and pure arrogance, as she can afford to pay writers to author material for her to perform, but living a lie the public no longer believes, she insists on attempting to maintain the illusion that she is a writer, while enriching herself and gaining awards that are not deserved.

She is a disgrace to the black community, teaching young girls it is more important to lewdly use one's body for attention and cheat, steal, lie and defraud innocent people, to gain ill-gotten income, rather than earn an honest living.

November 9, 2009 - Did pop diva Beyonce Knowles and her Destiny's Child rip off a Chicago songwriter's song?

A copycat claim contained in a 2006 lawsuit is expected to land the "Bootylicious" sensation in a witness chair next month as part of a copyright infringement trial to be held in Chicago's federal courthouse.

A Chicago songwriter copyrighted the song "Cater 2 U" long before Destiny's Child came out with a song by the same name. The songwriter also says the lyrics are similar.

In dispute is a song titled "Cater 2 U" released by Destiny's Child in a 2004 compilation called "Destiny Fulfilled." The video features sultry scenes of the musical trio proclaiming: "Whatever you desire, I'll aspire."

But Chicago songwriter and performer Rickey Allen says it's his song, and a judge has given the green light for a jury to hear his claims against Mrs. Jay-Z.

Allen first copyrighted his "Cater 2 U," -- with the same spelling -- in the mid-1990s. He performed the song locally and updated the copyright three times, as recently as 2000.

Allen's song is about "relieving the stress of a significant other, and getting them to relax." He says Destiny Child's version contains similar steamy lyrics.

When Allen's song says: "I want to rub you down," Destiny's Child asks: "Want a foot rub?"

Allen's lyrics say: "The tub has hot steam rising," and "I'm waiting to soak your body through."

The Destiny's Child song offers to: "Let me run your bath water."

"Do we say [Beyonce's] responsible for copying? Yes. But there's no such thing as innocent copying, even if it's unintentional," said Allen's lawyer, Matt Wildermuth. "The jury will decide the notion that these are simple coincidences."

Allen says he passed a copy of his "Cater 2 U" to Chicago remixer Maurice Joshua, and the two planned to collaborate on a demo.

That never happened, Allen says. But Joshua later spent several hours in a session with Destiny's Child recording a different song, according to court papers. Joshua says he never had a copy of Allen's work...

It has also been revealed, Hasan, went to the same mosque in Virginia, as two of the September 11th hijackers. The Judiciary Report is not against the government investigating mosques, as it has been clear for quite some time, some of them play a part in fostering extremist views, which are very dangerous to the nation and the world.

Prior to the Fort Hood shooting, the Judiciary Report's sister site, the Celluloid Film Review, did a review of the informative documentary film "Obsessed" which is about radical Muslims bringing their war of Jihad to the West (America, Britain ect…).

Hasan is currently off the ventilator in the hospital, after sustaining four gunshot wounds. Therefore, the government will be able to interrogate him. Currently, he is eligible for the death penalty, as the massacre occurred in Texas. Wonder if he'll acquire a taste for electricity, as either way, he's going to get some - either from a guilty conviction or the C.I.A. interrogating him.

You know he was mad when he woke up in the hospital and there were no virgins. He should hope the FBI will be the ones to interrogate him, because if it's the C.I.A., all you're going to hear is a stone-faced man in plainclothes asking a nurse, "How much electricity do you think the grid can give without overloading. No reason, just asking. By the way, if anyone asks, I was never here."

Alleged shooter tied to mosque of 9/11 hijackers

WASHINGTON — The family of the alleged Fort Hood shooter held his mother's funeral at the same Virginia mosque that two Sept. 11 hijackers attended in 2001, at a time when a radical imam preached there.

Whether the Fort Hood shooter associated with the hijackers is something the FBI will probably look into, according to a law enforcement official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

The family of Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the Army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 and wounding 29 at the Texas military base, held his mother's funeral at the Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church, Va., on May 31, 2001, according to her obituary in the Roanoke Times newspaper...

Slain Fort Hood soldier's family 'completely blindsided'

November 6, 2009 9:21 p.m. EST -(CNN) -- U.S. Army Pfc. Michael Pearson wasn't much with words, his older brother said through tears, but when he picked up a guitar he let his music speak for him.

"He was a genius as far as we were concerned," Kristopher Craig told CNN affiliate WGN-TV in Chicago, Illinois, late Thursday, reeling from the news that his 21-year-old "little kid brother" was among the 12 soldiers and one civilian killed in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas.

Pearson grew up in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with two brothers and a sister. "He was really living his life playing guitar," Craig said. "When he picked up a guitar, we all understood that he was expressing himself."...

Wounded local soldier 'in terrible condition'

November 8, 2009 - But gunman's 1st victim expected to make full recovery. An Army soldier from Homewood was recovering Saturday after being shot three times in the mass killing at Fort Hood, and his family said they were told by Army officials that he was the gunman's first victim.

Pvt. Najee Hull, 20, was waiting in line at the Texas Army base's soldier readiness center to file paperwork for his deployment to Afghanistan when he was shot --twice in the back and once in the knee, he said.

"I'm in terrible condition,'' he told the Chicago Sun-Times in a phone interview from his hospital room.

He said he was "shocked and surprised ... that it happened on post, the place where I get dressed, the place I trust the most in my Army career." ...

Judge Orders Justin Timberlake To Court

Recently, pop crooner, Justin Timberlake, filed a restraining order in Los Angeles Superior Court, against a mentally unstable woman, Karen McNeil, who has been stalking him. The Court instructed he show up for a hearing to obtain the restraining order. Timberlake, who decided he is a star and thus, must be exempted from Court rules that apply to everyone else, recused the judge, Carol Boas Goodson (I like your last name) when there was no conflict of interest or behavioral issues.

The new Judge, David Cunningham, informed Timberlake of the same, as he must show up to Court to obtain the restraining order. It turns out, Timberlake's stalker filed a 60-page response to his request for a restraining order, which shifted the case in the direction of the squeaky voiced singer actually having to make a court appearance. It's not like he is currently in another country.

Since, Timberlake is in Kabbalah at Madonna's insistence, a sick cult that is notorious for commissioned stalking, harassment, trespassing and assault, with it sometimes ending in murder (Fiona Davis, Gideon Busch ect), for co-signing their madness with membership, he can now see for himself what it feels like having his life disrupted and the sanctity and privacy of his home violated, by an unreasoning crazy person, who won't take no for an answer.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Cunningham just told Justin's lawyer the star must make his case against Karen McNeil by personally testifying.

Justin's lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, was furious, saying McNeil has violated the TRO 10 times already. And besides, Singer says, Justin is filming a movie and has a contract requiring him to be there.

The judge was unmoved, saying it's unfair to make a common working man appear in court but not a high-profile type who has a high-paying gig...

Booted Judge Ordered Timberlake to Court

Posted Nov 6th 2009 5:28PM - TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake was ordered to show up in court Monday to prove the woman he's accused of harassing him is a threat ... but the judge who made the order had already been removed from the case by Justin's lawyer...

McNeil submitted a 60-page response in which she said she's a long time friend of Timberlake's. Although the response is rambling and crazy, it's her word against the bodyguards who don't know Timberlake that well.

As a result, sources tell us Judge Carol Boas Goodson told Timberlake's lawyer to get his client in court on Monday and testify himself about McNeil. But we've learned two days before Judge Goodson made the order, Timberlake's lawyers had already submitted papers to disqualify her from hearing the case.

So bottom line ... Timberlake was ordered to appear by a judge who no long had the case...

Concertgoers in Australia stormed out of a Britney Spears concert a few days ago, as they discovered she was lip syncing. The audience complained they did not pay good money for such fakery and booed her to tears, before promptly departing the venue. It has created quite the scandal in Australia, with even the government chiming in.

The faux singer complained that she is human and very upset by the incident, which is ironically her own making. However, for years, she is the one, who has been attempting to trick the public into believing she can sing. Better be careful she doesn't start buying umbrellas in bulk and beating the audience, as she previously did to a photographer.

Spears is a crazed, schizophrenic individual, whose mind has been destroyed by Kabbalah. Her minders have essentially propped her up to make some more money, before the gravy train that is her phony career, derails once again.

Don't let her have you thinking she is some innocent victim, because she is not. The real Spears is a mentally ill, violent, perverted, loon, who is a danger to her children and innocent bystanders. She actively spied on her husband and other people in the industry, in the same vein of the misconduct that transpired in the Anthony Pellicano case, via illegal wiretapping and worst of all, hidden cameras. Britney is no angel.

Britney Spears Fans Storm Out Of Australian Concert, Complain About Her Lip-Sync

"We are really big Britney fans, but it was crap," Josh Blee told local reporters. "She has let us down. Added Amanda Hawlet, who drove two hours to Perth's Burswood Dome, "I want my money back or I want her to sing properly. It cost me half a week's wage....it was a waste."

Even the Australian government has gotten involved in the dispute. New South Wales Minister for Fair Trade Virginia Judge is considering requiring Britney to disclose on tickets for future shows that she doesn't sing live. "Australians would not tolerate a 'Mickey Mouse' performance," Judge told the Sydney Daily Telegraph. "Let's be clear. Live means live."
