Pop tart Madonna's latest insensitive, distasteful gaffe happened in Malawi recently, as the psychotic pop star stuck her nutty, plastic surgery butchered head out of a moving vehicle (too bad there wasn't a tree around), while crazily waving a bottle of hand sanitizer in her freakishly veiny hand.
As usual, she has no tact or subtlety, as it was interpreted as her implying Malawians are dirty. However, who could be more dirty than Madonna, when according to press reports, she is a woman that engaged in bestiality for her vile "Sex" book. Her children must be so proud (not).
