Did The FBI Fail Again Part 2

Video: Army: Shooting Suspect Taken Off Ventilator

More information has been released on the motives behind the Fort Hood army base shooting, which left 13 people dead and 38 wounded, some physically impaired for life. Wow, how sad.

As covered yesterday, the alleged shooter, Maj. Nidal Hasan, was openly expressing his approval of Jihad activities and getting into arguments with soldiers on the base. That was a bad sign.

President Obama has asked that people not jump to conclusions regarding the shooter's Muslim heritage

The FBI, headed up by questionable director, Robert S. Mueller, has been floating various excuses in the press, including blaming the DOJ, in the Washington Post, claiming their guidelines tied the hands of the error prone law enforcement agency, when it was recently revealed, they were given the shooter's name six months ago.

However, if one makes a written threat to kill the President of the United States, one is eligible for investigation and imprisonment, as has happened to several people. Therefore, you mean to tell me, a man can go on the internet and in writing, call for Jihad, urging Muslims to murder and blow up Americans and the FBI can't do a thing about it. Why am I not buying that story.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller and Senator Arlen Specter

People who espouse pro-Jihad views and make statements to that effect, verbal or written, generally do not fall under the category of mild mannered mischief. Threatening Jihad is some serious stuff. You act like he threatened to throw eggs at someone. He was writing about throwing bombs.

The FBI also cited a heavy workload, as another possible excuse. If the agency didn't have a million and one initiatives and task forces, maybe it could gain some focus and direction. I do not know how they keep track of them all and this is apart of the problem.

Maj. Nidal Hasan

Whatever happened to putting things into simple categories, such as "national security" "terrorism" "pedophiles" "civil rights" "white collar" and "computer crimes." Keep it simple. Then, divide the agents into those categories.

Instead, the FBI is disorganized, too compartmentalized, tribalized, fragmented and splintered, as they literally have hundreds of departments and initiatives, with ridiculously long titles that no one can truly remember off the top of their head the first dozen times. Gain some focus and cohesion. Consolidate.

Once again, I do not understand the FBI, as their ways make no sense to those operating under the principles of logic, order and common sense.

Probe of suspect's motive begins

The FBI contends with a heavy volume of Internet comments from white supremacists, religious radicals and other fringe groups.

Additionally, under Justice Department guidelines, the FBI cannot open an investigation based solely on a person's speech, even if it demonstrates racist or extremist tendencies. The rules applied to James W. von Brunn, the alleged Holocaust Memorial Museum shooter whose writings had come to the attention of law enforcement but who was not investigated before the deadly attack this year.

Tim Reid: Warning signs were there as killer strove to leave military

Saturday November 07 2009 - His name appears above radical internet postings discussing Islamic suicide bombers in a favourable light -- something the FBI was alerted to six months ago.

He became involved in frequent arguments with soldiers at Fort Hood because of his declarations that fellow Muslims "should stand up and fight against the aggressor", and his vocal opposition to US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He even appeared to celebrate the shooting death of a soldier at an Army recruiting centre in Arkansas in June, carried out by a Muslim convert. He said at the time that Muslims should strap on suicide bombs and detonate them in New York's Times Square.

These extraordinarily provocative statements and actions by US army psychiatrist Major Nidal Malik Hasan came months before his massacre at Fort Hood, which began with him shouting "God is Great" in Arabic...

After the shooting in Little Rock, Colonel Lee added: "He seemed happy about it. He said . . . maybe we should get out of Iraq and Afghanistan. He said maybe . . . people should strap bombs on themselves and go into Times Square."

Six months ago, the FBI was alerted to a posting on a website called Scribd.com, under the username "NadalHasan", comparing the actions of an American soldier who threw himself on a grenade in Iraq with those of Islamist suicide bombers.

"He intentionally took his life for a noble cause, saving the lives of his soldier. To say that this soldier committed suicide is inappropriate. It's more appropriate to say he is a brave hero," Nadal Hasan wrote.

"If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard, that would be considered a strategic victory."

US officials said the FBI looked into the posting but had not begun an official investigation by the time of the shooting....

Hmm. Can't imagine what Major Malik Nadal Hasan's motivation could have been

November 6th, 2009

Nor it seems can the liberal mainstream media.

I was watching BBC’s Newsnight when the story broke of a killing spree at a Texas military base and instantly wondered – as I’m sure did 99.99 per cent of its other viewers – whether this had anything to do with the Religion of Peace. Then a news update came in that the suspect’s name was ‘Hasan’. But the BBC’s reporter hastened to reassure us that there was “no evidence” to suggest this was an act of “terrorism”. Phew! Perish the unworthy thought.

Even today, the MSM is treading on eggshells regarding the killer’s possible motivation....

And, yes, of course, that old favourite – passive combat stress:

Having counseled scores of returning soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorder, first at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington and more recently at Fort Hood, he knew all too well the terrifying realities of war, said a cousin, Nader Hasan. “He was mortified by the idea of having to deploy,” Mr. Hasan said. “He had people telling him on a daily basis the horrors they saw over there.”

A Kinder, Gentler Megan Fox (Not)

Megan Fox has been going around pretending to be a gentle wallflower that couldn’t hurt a fly, after all the terrible publicity her vile quotes drew in the press. But most people aren’t buying it, as it is coming across as very insincere.

Why the new Megan Fox may be a total scam; Actress fakes 'new' personality?

November 5, 8:53 PM - 23-year-old actress Megan Fox has announced her life purpose, children's charities. The TRANSFORMERS star claimed she has not yet contributed to charity because she believes she is not yet famous enough to make any kind of difference.

What’s that saying about how the poor man’s five cents shows more love than the rich man's five million?

Following in the footsteps of charitable celebrities Elissa Sursara (actress, animal rights activist), Hayden Panettierre (actress, animal rights activist) and Fox's idol Angelina Jolie (actress, ambassador), Megan claims she would like to "gain the status that will enable me to be truly and legitimately helpful to people."

I appreciate Megan's thought, but I can't help but wonder if this is all a PR ploy to save her tainted image.

Megan Fox shot to fame after TRANSFORMERS, but lost millions of fans when she made no attempts to disguise is a seemingly smug, bitchy and prestige attitude...

Miley Cyrus: Jay-Z Who?

Teen pop star, Miley Cyrus, revealed in an interview, though rapper Jay-Z is name checked in her song, she has never listened to any of his music, as her tune naming him, was written by someone else. Well, that'll be an ego boost for the Camel (not). But Jay-Z is too arrogant, anyway.

Miley Cyrus: 'I've Never Heard A Jay-Z Song'

Updated 8:15 PM EST, Sat, Nov 7, 2009 - Miley Cyrus may sing about her favorite Jay-Z song coming on in her No. 1 hit "Party In The U.S.A.," but the star has revealed that she's never heard a song by the hip-hop icon.

"I've never heard a Jay-Z song," she said in a video posted to her official site, MileyWorld.com. Unlike past Miley hits, she explained, the track wasn't hers.

"I don't know, I didn't write the song – I picked that song because I needed something to go with my clothing line," she explained of her

collaboration with Wal-Mart and designer Max Azaria, adding she didn't realize the track would take off. "It turned out for the best. It was really unexpected."...

Did The FBI Fail Again

FBI Director Robert Mueller and Senator Patrick Leahy

Six weeks ago, on September 24, 2009, in the FBI Blames NYPD For Botched Terror Bust article, the Judiciary Report, once again condemned the FBI's standard practice of letting criminals run free amongst innocent people in society, hoping to catch them in greater wrongdoing, while spooling others into their web of crime. The Judiciary Report has condemned this practice for years, as it is quite dangerous.

Maj. Nidal Hasan

According to published reports in prominent newspapers and on networks today, regarding the Fort Hood massacre that left 13 people dead and 30 wounded, "The FBI was given the gunman's name six months ago" due to threats issued online.

Six months ago, a man by the uncommon name of, Nidal Hasan, which is the exact same name as the American-born radical Muslim being held in connection with the Fort Hood killings, posted very violent items online about the U.S. army and bringing Jihad to America.

Video: Army General: 'This Was a Kick in the Gut'

Hasan made written statements on the internet, calling for Muslims in America to strap bombs to themselves, go to Times Square in New York and detonate them, killing innocent people. He made hateful remarks with very violent leanings regarding America.

Hasan is currently in custody and on a ventilator, after being stopped in his tracks, via four bullets from a quick thinking female solider, by the name of Kimberly Munley. Wow, with that kind of precision, you must be able to shoot a fly off a mosquito's back.

Kimberly Munley

If this allegation regarding the FBI having known about this man's unlawful threats for six months, turns out to be accurate and most press outlets are insisting it is true, it would mean these terrible crimes could have been prevented.

This is exactly what the Judiciary Report was referring to several weeks ago, as something that could happen at the hands of a lone criminal, if the FBI continued to let terrorism targets remain free, to see where cases can lead:

"The Judiciary Report would like to know, why the FBI had alleged terror plotters roaming around among civilians, for such a long period of time, before arresting them.

What if their alleged plan had deviated and a lone surveillance target initiated a bombing on his own, wiping out scores of innocent people. What would you have told the public, then.

These investigations are very poorly handled and pose a great danger to the public. The FBI is playing with fire using behavioral scientists and analysts to guess what these alleged criminals will do next.

There is no perfect science to guessing the minds of crazy people. They are ruled by impulses that often go beyond the realm and understanding of socio-science." - September 24, 2009.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for years the FBI’s method of investigation is terribly dangerous, flawed and would cost innocent people their lives. Why was Hasan not investigated? The written threats made online six months ago should have been immediately investigated.

Paperwork to have that person arrested should have been processed immediately, as the individual is glorifying, threatening and calling for Jihad. The person could have been arrested on treason charges and or making terroristic threats.

Federal law enforcement should have impressed upon the Court that said individual be remanded into custody, as his written threats of Jihad make him a serious danger to the public, where innocent people could lose their lives (As a preventative measure, there should be processing time, allowing law enforcement to hold terror suspects in a cell for a few days, revoking any communication with the outside world, lest they tip off any existing terror accomplices).

While, that was going on, someone should have instruct staff to immediately obtain warrants to search every single thing this man owns or ever did, enabling one to go after leads in investigating each and every phone number, email, text message, credit card purchase, receipt and place he has been, that can be obtained via existing records. This would enable one to find out exactly whom the suspected criminal was communicating with in various formats.

But the FBI doesn't work that way. They conduct investigations butt backwards, posing a terrible risk to the public. Furthermore, if it was indeed Hasan that made the threats online, his security clearance should have been revoked six months ago, as he has been working on a base with 40,000 army personnel.

U.S. President Barack Obama has promised answers on the terrorist attack at Fort Hood

You don’t leave individuals like that to roam among innocent people in society, watching and waiting to see if they will do something violent, when you have enough probable cause to make an arrest.

Stop letting people that show criminal intent via terroristic threats and declarations, wander around free, as you may not have enough time to avert a catastrophe, if they divert from their original plans, substituting it with an improvisational act of violence or murder.

Once again, if the individual that made the aforementioned threats online, was indeed Hasan, as is being stated in the press, had the FBI, who still reads this website everyday, followed what the Judiciary Report wrote several weeks ago and a few months before that and a few months before that, regarding abandoning these criminally negligent wait and see practices in criminal cases, those 13 soldiers would be alive today.

Irrespective of what is revealed regarding the identity of the internet poster by the name of, Nidal Hasan, who made the threats in question, as a "victim of crime" that has been greatly harmed by the FBI’s severe criminal negligence and seen their practices up close, breaking story after story on them, I can testify, there is no method in their madness, to borrow from the phrase. It makes no sense, does not add up, nor does it work out in the end.

They sit back and allow extensive, horrible damage to happen to innocent people, time and time again, due to horrific mismanagement, terrible corruption and very poor leadership at FBI headquarters. For further reference see the Bernard Madoff case, the R. Allen Stanford indictment and the current mortgage crisis, all items the FBI knew of for many years before each transpired and did absolutely nothing to stop from happening and damaging innocent people, though it was in their power to do so.

Their criminal negligence is of such great proportions, no decent human being will ever be able to decipher it, as it is based in bureaucracy, crookedness, arrogance and ego.

FBI Director Robert Mueller

Then, the FBI gets mad and labels outspoken critics such as the Judiciary Report unpatriotic and subversive, but it is they who could care less about people and this site doesn’t support stupidity.

After all, this is the same FBI that thinks it knows more than everyone else on the planet, so much so, it clumsily invented its own form of science in the Bruce Ivins Anthrax case that not one real scientist can make a lick of sense out of, as it is based in, what is the word I'm looking for, stupidity. Ok, I'll be nice, it is based in fantasy.

It’s all good and fine for the FBI to go into Congress bragging about their so-called technological advancements, when the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, began writing about them in 2006, they didn’t even have email or a working computer system, for which the site proactively offered constructive suggestions, through a series of articles, on how to remedy the problem from an IT standpoint, as it posed a great risk to national security.

But at the end of the day, to have the tools and no basic common sense or good management and effective leadership to navigate the nation through the law enforcement challenges of the 21st Century, invalidates any so-called technological strides the FBI claims it has made.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief the FBI needs to be closed and the U.S. Congress should start a new national law enforcement agency, as the current one is not listening to reason, logic or following sound practices, due to being so immersed in corruption and incompetence.

But knowing Congress, they are going to wait until something even worse happens that is widespread and horrific in scope, before they address the problems at the FBI. However, Congress should hope that one day their negligence in overseeing said agency, doesn’t inadvertently affect their families, in the manner they’ve allowed the FBI’s criminal negligence to harm other innocent families.

For example, in the movie “Rendition” there was a corrupt Muslim officer, so immersed in helping the C.I.A. torture an innocent Arab-American citizen, wrongfully believed to be a terrorist, that he failed to pay attention to his own family, namely his daughter, who was dating a man that unbeknownst to her was a suicide bomber. One day, while out in a town square, she went up to him and he opened his shirt to reveal a bomb strapped to his chest, ready to commit a terrible human atrocity. His daughter accidentally died with bomber and many other innocent people in the town square.

Fort Hood shootings: FBI given gunman's name six months ago

Published: 9:59PM GMT 06 Nov 2009 - The US Army major who killed 13 people in a shooting spree at America's biggest military base had come to the attention of the FBI six months earlier over possible links to extremist comments posted on the internet.

Major Nidal Malik Hasan, a devout Muslim who was trying to buy his way out of the Army, was suspected of being the author of postings which compared suicide bombers to heroic soldiers who throw themselves onto grenades to save others.

It also emerged that Hasan, 39, had described the US Army as "the aggressor" in Iraq and Afghanistan and was resisting a planned deployment to Afghanistan, raising questions over whether the military missed warning signs which might have prevented the massacre.

Witnesses said Hasan shouted "Allahu akbar", Arabic for God is great, as he opened fire – a phrase commonly used by Islamic militant suicide bombers – though investigators said there was no evidence he had been recruited by al-Qaeda or other Islamic extremist organisations.

Hasan – who was initially thought to have been killed – is being kept alive on a ventilator after being shot four times by a civilian policewoman who was the first officer on the scene of the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. Officer Kimberley Munley, whose actions were described as "amazing and aggressive", is one of 30 survivors who were shot by Hasan, of whom 28 remain in hospital.

Six months ago the FBI was alerted to postings by a blogger called Nidal Hasan on the Scribd website. The author wrote about a US soldier who had died smothering a grenade blast, saying: "Scholars have paralled (sic) this to suicide bombers whose intention, by sacrificing their lives, is to help save Muslims by killing enemy soldiers.

"If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard that would be considered a strategic victory."...

Rihanna And Chris Brown's Dueling Interviews

I’m so tired of Chris Brown and Rihanna, but as this is a website that covers current events and their conduct is of legal interest to me, I am obliged to report on the dysfunctional miscreants. Both singers gave interviews today, regarding the terrible physical fight they had in February 2009, which resulted in a court case and conviction against Brown.

Rihanna was caught in lies during an interview with Diane Sawyer on the television show 20/20. What she stated to Diane Sawyer during the interview that aired today, contradicted what she said to the police in February 2009, after the domestic violence incident, invalidating items that appear in the official report on the case.

Ten months ago, she told the police she started losing consciousness when Brown beat her repeatedly. Now, she tells Diane Sawyer she didn't start to lose consciousness.

Ten months ago, she told the police Brown was becoming increasingly violent towards her, having thrown her against a wall during one fight and smashing the car windshield in another. Now, she tells Diane Sawyer it's not true, prompting the veteran interviewer to state, either it is or it isn't true, which is it.

Rihanna speaking to Diane Sawyer

Rihanna would still be with Chris Brown today, if sites such as this one didn't slam her for the negative message it sent to impressionable audiences reuniting with him.

She was very arrogant, smug, cocky and coarse during the interview. Rihanna's media coaching came apart during the Sawyer interview, where she looked like a liar, because she is one. She is a woman that previously bragged of beating up men, including her own adult brother, who she hit with a glass bottle to the face. She is not stranger to violence and lied about not hitting Brown or provoking him.

Months ago, her producer Ne-Yo stated in an interview that he saw Rihanna and Chris Brown physically fighting before and it troubled him. Therefore, coupled with other items that have been made public, Rihanna is a liar, attempting to save her career, by lying to the public on television for sympathy sales.

I do believe Brown beat her that night, but she is lying and not telling the truth, which has been going around the industry for months, that she attacked him first and he snapped. However, it does not justify his conduct. But it doesn't justify her hitting him either. No one should be hitting anyone.

He had no business hitting her back. He kept trying to put her out of the car when he felt his temper exploding, but she refused to exit the vehicle, continuing to rile him up. That is not wise. It is not good to be confrontational with people in situations, where things can turn into a physical fight in a matter of seconds.

Furthermore, Rihanna admitted to Diane Sawyer that she went back to Chris Brown after the fight and the two reunited. Months ago, this site was the first to state Rihanna and Chris Brown had reunited (Chris Brown And Rihanna Are Back Together), but her label, management and publicist kept stating the rumor is a lie. Imagine that, calling me a liar, when I've been telling the truth the whole time. It's your girl that's the liar, not me and you know it.

Chris Brown

In reference to people being famous at a young age, Rihanna smugly stated to Sawyer, "The word no doesn't exist. There is no right or wrong. You just do what you want to." Apparently that includes criminal copyright infringement. Clearly, those are the rules she disgracefully lives by.

I do have sympathy for domestic abuse sufferers, but I would be lying if I stated I was sorry for Rihanna. She also stated regarding her stolen music that she, "Built this empire." Don't you mean stole this empire, you arrogant fraud.

You knowingly and arrogantly built a so-called empire on criminally stealing copyrighted music that was to benefit AIDS and cancer victims and used the ill-gotten proceeds to enrich yourself and those in your circle. That's roughly five felonies.

For what AIDS and cancer sufferers have lost because of you and your fellow thieving cronies in Kabbalah and Hollywood, you deserve every bit of evil that befalls you in this life, as disease sufferers are the real victims, having lost so much more than you have in this ordeal.

Lindsay Lohan Punched Her Mother

Her Dad's Trying To Save Her Life...Her Mom's Trying To Save Her Dwindling Bank Account

Lindsay Lohan

It is being reported, one time actress, Lindsay Lohan, punched her mother and kicked her out of a car. A very embarrassing audiotape of a phone call she made to her dad was also released. It features her having a breakdown, crying and blaming her mother for things that she, Lindsay, did that caused her much injury.

Lindsay has also failed to explained why she was hanging out with the head of the Burglar Bunch so often, who were actively robbing numerous celebrities in Los Angeles, out of millions in jewelry, electronics and clothing. They were seen together over a dozen times, where no other celebrity that was burglarized can claim that.

Dina Lohan: Lindsay punched me

Last Updated: 5:53 PM, November 5, 2009 - Lindsay Lohan once punched her mother and kicked her out of a car, a new audio recording released on RadarOnline.com reveals.

"You don't even know what I'd go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff," Dina Lohan is heard telling Lindsay's father, Michael. "She'd like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car ... like you don't know the (expletive) I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult."...

Josh Duhamel’s Type

Clearly, actor Josh Duhamel has a type. When I saw him in traffic in 2006, with the blonde twenty something woman that was swooning, whilst looking at and talking to him, it made me wonder for a bit.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel - the latter looks like he's been crying and not sleeping and the former looks bleary eyed

The reason I referred to her as a “relative or friend” is I wasn't sure of who she was and the woman didn’t look like the stereotypical kind of woman these Hollywood stars date, as she looked a bit older in the face, though she was clearly a young woman.

Stripper Nicole Forrester

Hollywood men tend to date only grand beauties, who look very young, but then again, due to excessive drug use, Duhamel's wife Fergie does not, even though she is only 34.

The stripper Duhamel was caught cheating with is only 34 as well, but she too looks older in the face. It maybe the strain of things in her personal life or something else. After all, it’s not every blonde that looks older than her age, as many look very youthful even into their 40’s.

So, I’m thinking, Duhamel, has a type and now this whole story makes sense, as all these women have the same look – blond and curvy with mature faces. Maybe he has a mommy complex or something. I’m not Freud, I’m just guessing.

Side Bar: Dude, by the way, if you’re going to take these women around in your truck, which a subsequent internet search brought up a fan site confirming it was your truck’s color, make and model, get a darker tint on those windows and not just because in the daytime my vision is like HD and I totally saw you with that chick, if you get spotted by the wrong blogger, you are so up a creek. I was just being nice back then in not posting about it in greater detail.

Lawyer: Josh Duhamel Kept Waking Up Stripper for "More Sex"

Thursday – November 05, 2009 – 11:55am - Nicole Forrester - a 34-year-old single mother-of-two - previously said on The Bert Show on Atlanta's Q100-FM that they "had lots of sex" at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. (Duhamel, 37, is in the city shooting the comedy, Life As We Know It.)

Forrester claimed that they watched a porno movie and hooked up. Forrester's lawyer, Romin Alavi, tells the new Us Weekly, "They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex."...

Roughest Female Soccer Player Ever

New Mexico University’s Elizabeth Lambert is the roughest female soccer player ever. She is rougher than some of the men in international soccer and that’s saying something.

The above-posted video, shows Lambert sneakily beating down other female soccer players like her name is Chris Brown. She has now been suspended.

Wonder if she is related to gay singer Adam Lambert. One thing’s for sure, she’d certainly take Adam in a fight and wipe all that MAC make-up off his face and knock the sparkles right off his little girlie, camp costumes.
